1984: For more than 20 years, people have freely shared a “Letter to America” on the internet. The letter, which has been attributed to Osama bin Laden (who may not have written it) justified the 9/11 attacks as retribution for, among other things, the West’s alliance with Israel’s “occupation” of Palestine.

The letter said that attacking American civilians is justified because America claims to be governed democratically and thus every man, woman, and child is responsible for the government’s decisions. But now the cool kids “stand with Palestine” so a “Letter to America” has had to be disappeared.

The Guardian, which published the letter on November 24, 2002, removed it on November 15, 2023. A copy that was posted on Scribd has also disappeared. And TikTok has removed the hashtag #lettertoamerica from its search function.

Edward Teach writes at Not The Bee, “I hate to tell you, but this was always the end-goal of neo-commie land acknowledgments, tearing down statues, The 1619 Project, and CRT classes. Wokies have been brainwashed into thinking that America is the Great Satan.”

CATHOLIC: CLICK https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=chjSLZMxys0 [5:03] to hear Fr. Mike explain what priests wear at Mass. The vestment colors in the photo (l to r):

  • Violet/Purple symbolizes sorrow, mourning, repentance, and penance. It is used in Advent and Lent. Violet/Purple or Black may also be worn in Offices and Masses for the dead. On Gaudete Sunday (Third Sunday of Advent) and Laetare Sunday (Fourth Sunday of Lent), Rose may be substituted for Violet/Purple. These are the same Sundays when we light rose (not pink!) candles on our Advent wreaths.
  • Red symbolizes the Holy Spirit, the Passion of Our Lord, and for martyrdom. It is used on Palm Sunday and Good Friday, Pentecost Sunday, celebrations of the Lord’s passion, “birthday” feasts of the apostles and evangelists, and celebrations of martyrs;
  • Gold and Silver: May be substituted for white on most solemn feasts and carries the same symbolism of white.
  • White symbolizes joy, exuberance, celebration, resurrection, victory, purity, and innocence. It is used in the offices and masses during the seasons of Easter and Christmas, as well as for celebrations of the Lord, other than of His passion, for celebrations of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the angels, saints who were not martyrs, for the Solemnity of All Saints (November 1), the feasts of the Birth of John the Baptist (June 24), of John, apostle, evangelist (December 27), of the Chair of Peter (February 22), and of the Conversion of Paul (January 25). White may also be used for Masses for the dead.
  • Green symbolizes hope, everlasting life, and fidelity. It is used in the offices and Masses of Ordinary Time.

FAUCI: A FOIA’d email has been released by Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.). It was sent on June 17, 2021 by Fauci deputy, Dr. David Morens, the senior adviser to the director at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Dr. Morens has worked for the agency for more than two decades.

Entitled “CONFIDENTIAL WITHOUT OUR SMALL GROUP, PLEASE,” Dr. Morens’ missive went to a group of colleagues in the American Society of Tropical Medicine & Hygiene (AJTMH). These people included Dr. Peter Daszak, whose EcoHealth Alliance group helped funnel money from the NIH to the Wuhan laboratory to do gain-of-function research that may have contributed to the development of the COVID-19 virus.

In the email, Dr. Morens referred to a request to the NIH by a group of senators for documents on how the NIH handled the COVID-19 pandemic. Morens wrote, “I have retained very few emails or documents on these matters, and continue to request that correspondence on sensitive issues be sent to me at my gmail [sic] address.

Senator Johnson noted that Dr. Morens appears to have intentionally deleted or destroyed the very records being requested. Furthermore, his stated preference to receive correspondence on “sensitive issues” through Gmail shows a willful attempt to evade federal record keeping requirements. Johnson also noted that the NIH has repeatedly failed to hand over the requested records that were requested more than two years ago.

JOY BEHAR: And yet, I also love you, Joy, albeit in a “only because my God commands it” kinda way.

LIFE: On Wednesday, the U.S. bishops affirmed without floor debate that abortion is their “preeminent priority” ahead of the 2024 elections “because it directly attacks our most vulnerable and voiceless brothers and sisters and destroys more than a million lives per year in our country alone.” The amendment passed an overwhelming 225 votes in favor, 11 opposing, and seven abstaining. Methinks 18 bishops have some explaining to do.

COMICS: Like Budweiser, the makers of superhero comics don’t seem to have a clue who their target audience is. In October 2021, DC started a series about a gay Superman who was super into climate change; sales were terrible, so a year later, the series was canceled.

Last month, Disney’s Marvel launched a super gay and ponographic series, “Alan Scott: The Green Lantern (2023-)” which has 2 books so far. Its writer, Tim Sheridan, even begged readers to flip the bird at “the haters and the queerphobes” by making “this book an undeniable success. The only way to prove to the big publishers that there’s a huge market for authentic stories about LGBTQIA+ characters and these stories are for everyone is to buy the heck out of books like this.”

Funny how he didn’t say, “It’s great and you will totes want to read it!” Nope. It’s all “buy it because it’s all gay and celebrating sodomy.” But you know what they say. Get woke and go broke. The book’s sales were so bad that it failed to even make it on to the ComicHub chart. One reviewer at Amazon wrote, “If you ever wonder why so many new Hollywood sequels fail so bad, look no further than this poorly written graphic novel. My six year old son could write a more interesting book. Just really bad.”

TENNESSEE: Montage above shows postings by Nicholas Jones, an elementary school teacher in the White County School District in Sparta. She calls herself “Nicholas Vice”, a “drag queen”, and a “certified sl*t.” Her posts also include dark images about killing people and a lengthy “hate this country” rant saying pro-lifers should “f-ck off.”

VAXXX: The United States Army is begging unvaxxxed soldiers who underwent involuntary discharge for their refusal to take the vaccine to return to service. They’re even offering to remove the reprimands that were placed in their military records.

GRAMMY NOTES: One of Buzz’s birthday presents was this super fun ax throwing game. 🙂

Well, Green Lantern is DC, not Marvel, as if it made any difference. Both companies are conspiring to kill off their comics with super-wokeness. So sad. I grew up in the era of real heroism and good story-telling in comics.

Hi! Nice of you to mention me in the B&B. I’m still in between surgeries for mysterious bowel shut-down. It was a close thing, but apparently I’ve been spared from death… again. Being surgically dis-embowled of sorts, thanks to PoliNation, I’ve known to ask St. Erasmus to put in a good word for me. So far, I’m alive and (otherwise) in good shape. Life takes some weird turns sometimes.

I’m mostly been on the squinty cell. Only got back to the desktop yesterday, and won’t be on it steadily for a while yet, so I’ve been following the blog, but not jumping off to every item you link. Keep on keeping on, friend.

SO GOOD TO SEE YOU!! We’ve been keeping you and your guts in our prayers. Do keep us posted. :)<3

I apologize to you and all comic aficionados. Mama Buzz is always correcting me as well. I enjoy genuine superhero tales, but i can't keep the makers of them straight.
