WEAPONIZING GOVERNMENT: Rep. Jim Jordan [R-OH-4] chairs the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government. On January 17, 2024, he reported, “We now know the federal government flagged terms like ‘MAGA’ and ‘TRUMP,’ to financial institutions if Americans completed transactions using those terms. Why were these terms flagged? Allegedly, they point to “potential active shooters, who may include dangerous International Terrorists / Domestic Terrorists / Homegrown Violent Extremists (‘Lone Wolves’).”
