DIVINE MERCY: [35:27] – We serve a great and merciful God!! Remember, once you have met the requirements for today’s astounding plenary indulgence, say this prayer or something like it:

Jesus, you promised that the soul who has met the requirements You gave us through St. Faustina will receive complete forgiveness not only for all sin, but also for all temporal punishment for sin. As I have satisfied these requirement, I ask you to please give me this grace. Amen.”

I mentioned to my confessor yesterday that I really want that Divine Mercy indulgence and he said, “Well, YEAH!!” lol

MEDICAL MIRACLE: [4:04] – Amazing story.

MONDAY: [1:46] – Solar eclipse tomorrow!!! CLICK https://svs.gsfc.nasa.gov/5123/ to see and/or download the map. Barring cloud cover, everybody in the continental U.S. will be able to see some portion of this rare event. We’re excited that our house, while not in the path of totality, will be very close. I never thought I’d get to experience this amazing event that terrified the ancients. We elected to not get the glasses; we’re going to just stand on our deck and watch the world around us go dark.

NEW JERSEY: Christina Amira Khalil is a Green Party candidate for the New Jersey senate.

TRANS: A study entitled “Development of Gender Non-Contentedness During Adolescence and Early Adulthood” was published in “Archives in Sexual Behavior” in February. In it, Dutch researchers report on the results of their survey of youngsters at six times during their lives between 10 and 26 years of age. Their finding strongly oppose the Left’s current push to medically transition minors.

  • 78% reported having no gender discontentment (aka, gender dysphoria);
  • 19% reported having gender dysphoria for a time, but that it went away on its own;
  • 2% reported having gender discontentment that increased as they aged.

GRAMMY NOTES: One of the benefits of organizing and decluttering my work space is that I found my stamp collection! I’m having a lot of fun getting back into the hobby again. I just received my first order from Mystic Stamps and wow … is this customer service or what?! Instead of using metered postage, which would surely be easier and faster, they actually went to the trouble to stick all different stamps on the envelope and space them out to make it extra easy for me to soak them free and add to my collection! It’s so cool that, for $10, I can treat myself with something that will amuse me for hours. 🙂

UPDATE: I got a response to my “wow” email – “Thank you for your email. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the stamped packages! Two of our primary goals here at Mystic Stamp Company are to handle customers’ orders as quickly as possible, and to keep the prices on our services and merchandise as low as possible, in order to make stamp collecting an affordable hobby for our stamp collecting friends. With the large volume of mail we ship from Mystic (literally thousands of pieces each week, and hundreds of thousands of pieces each year) our goals of fast service and affordable prices cannot be met without the use of a postage meter. There are slow times at our business when we do make an effort to use postage stamps on certain categories of our mail. We know the extra enjoyment this bring to our customers, and try our very best to do so when time allows.” It kinda makes it even more fun knowing it’s not an every day thing. 🙂
