ARIZONA: Thank God! We’ve got another update on the Kelly case in Arizona for ya. After a mistrial where the jury could not reach a verdict in the alleged shooting of an illegal immigrant by George Alan Kelly, the state has chosen not to pursue a retrial. As Kelly was leaving, he said, “The nightmare is over. … God’ll look after me. Like he always has.”

PENNSYLVANIA: Back in 2021, Elon Musk had an $11 billion tax bill, which at the time was the largest single-payer tax bill ever. A guy named Barry Tangent from Mount Joy, Pennsylvania, just shattered that record. Pennsylvania sent him a tax bill for $34 billion. Funny thing is … he doesn’t own any companies, makes less than $100,000 a year, and received a $900 refund from the IRS on the same day as the tax bill. He reached out to the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue, and they told him they’d look into it and get back to him … in a few weeks.
