I’ve been battling walking pneumonia for a couple of months now and my doctor really wants to see how I’m progressing with the current protocol.

ST. JOSEPH THE WORKER: Yesterday, on May 1, Catholics celebrated the life and work of Saint Joseph, the earthly father who protected and supported the Holy Family and helped Mary raised Our Lord. The faithful are encouraged to ask for his prayers in work-related matters, employment, and financial stability. Pope Pius XII instituted the feast in 1955 to coincide with the International Workers’ Day, because he recognized the growing threat of communist and socialist ideals against the dignity of workers and family life.
GRAMMY NOTES: [11:02] – Re: damaged covers … Wish I’d known this years ago when a high school friend who never replied to a college letter from me saw me at a hometown summer party and showed me the letter, which he had finally received. It was badly burned and marked with the date and place of the post office where the fire had happened. I would LOVE to have that in my collection now!
