Bits & Bytes

ARIZONA: The U.S. Supreme Court has voted to reinstate a state law requiring voter applicants to provide documentary proof-of-citizenship when registering to vote.

BIDEN-HARRIS ECONOMY: Remember when I reported that the Bureau of Labor Statistics has admitted that 818,000 jobs in their “Strongest Economy Ever” didn’t exist?

It gets worse. CLICK https://x.com/WatchGlendale/status/1826448629596598689 [:57] to see Gina Raimondo admit she hadn’t heard about it. Gina Raimondo has been Secretary of Commerce for the Biden/Harris administration since 2021.

In her “defense,” the Bureau of Labor Statistics is a division of the Department of Labor, not Commerce. Still jobs does kinda fall within her “economic growth and opportunity for all” purview …

EDUCATION: Rewarding merit over skin color totally works for me.

FORMER ATHEIST: [9:41] – Fascinating! His search for an atheistic justification for morality and logic led him to realize that atheism is impossible.

KAMALA 2024: [1:32] – After more than a month as the Democratic nominee for president, Kamala Harris’s website STILL has no policy platform listed anywhere. So Trump made one for her.

CLICK https://x.com/WallStreetSilv/status/1826686354417483902 [1:27] to hear Democrats at the convention try to answer “What is your favorite Kamala’s policy?

MILITARY: CLICK https://rumble.com/v5bvl9h-trump-announces-resignations-he-will-demand-on-his-first-day-as-president.html [1:05] to hear who Trump will fire on day one. I can’t wait! My kids served in Afghanistan.

GRAMMY NOTES: [2:02] – Home schooling has started again! Not that the kidlets stopped learning all summer. The Mascots had loads of learning experiences this summer, with nature walks, camps, museums, and more, while three of their cousins went to AUSTRALIA for two weeks!! Talk about field trips! LOL

In other news, the military mom of the world travelers is being deployed overseas for three years, so they and dad will be joining her! Since they’ll be getting to their new duty station in mid-year, they decided to get the curricula from the school they’ll be attending and have dad home school them until they move. So Dad has sold his business and is embarking on a new educational experience of his own as a home school principal, teacher, and PT instructor cuz … when your teacher is a retired Army Sergeant, you can expect the home school day to start with calisthenics!

And BIG BONUS, I’m going to be their art teacher! I’m so excited!! I’ll be teaching twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays … just in case you notice some unusual lapses in my posting schedule. I’ve got loads of planning to do!

  1. Well, let me see… (sips coffee)…

Trying to figure out what I find disturbing about the convert from
atheism video. His approach seems facile. Faith is reasonable, but it’s not achievable by reasoning. There’s a leap involved. Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy if he found his way to solid faith, and perhaps this would be good for those who need it. (“I don’t even watch p0rn anymore, which is an absolute miracle” was an amusing confession.)

The Kamala ad video: Trump’s approach to just letting her own words make the points is amusing. Won’t dissuade those who nod in agreement with all she says, but it may inform those less brainwashed voters who don’t yet fully realize just how awful she is.

The continents video: Cute. But, um, the Europe bit at about 1:18, the owl droppings… a little disturbing.

You might not guess from all my criticisms, but I liked the post today.
