In Colorado, an illegal alien from Mexico killed one man and seriously injured another when he veered off Highway 285 near Conifer, CO. At the time, the man – who has an atrocious driving record and has been deported sixteen times – was driving a semi for a California-based trucking company. The truck was loaded with pipe and angle iron when he caused the accident and dumped his load on top of five cars. Although he was arrested for vehicular homicide, the DA refused to charge him with more than misdemeanor traffic violations. He’s been sentenced to one year in prison.
