DOGE: The Department of Health and Human Services will not longer be paying Family Endeavors $215 million per year to operate empty facilities.
FIVE THINGS: Fewer than half of the 2.3 million federal workers responded to the first “pulse check” email. They have gotten a second one; for those who didn’t respond due to security concerns, the second one says they should just write “All of my activities are sensitive.” As Elon said at the cabinet meeting, the point is not to find out what people are doing, but who among the massive federal work force is alive.
While Democrats, who were “Yes!” to “Take the jab or lose your job”, are hollering “How dare you?!” to “Do your job or lose your job”, I’m sitting here wondering how much more $$ we’ll save when DOGE removes all the dead people from the federal payroll.

In September 2020, she joined Nicolle Wallace and Chris Hayes in destroying a Georgia gynecologist’s reputation by reporting that he was performing unnecessary surgeries on female ICE detainees. These three “crack reporters” didn’t bother to check if their source for this heinous claim – a coalition of progressive advocacy groups – might have lied.
