TESLA: The DOJ has charged Cooper Frederick (24) with federal charges for his firebombing attack on a Tesla dealership in Loveland, Colorado. Frederick, a Fort Collins resident, was initially arrested by Loveland Police on March 13 on multiple state charges, including possession of explosives, second-degree arson, criminal mischief, and criminal attempt to commit a felony. Frederick’s federal charges include one count of Malicious Destruction and Attempted Destruction of Property by Fire and one count of Possession of an Unregistered Destructive Device.
