The State of Florida has revoked Martindale’s nursing license stating, “Healthcare is not contingent on political beliefs, and we have zero tolerance for partisans who put politics above their ethical duty to treat patients with the respect and dignity they deserve.”

- Pretti was an ICU nurse, not a physical therapist.
- Physical therapists work one-on-one with patients. The one working with an amputee on the parallel bars would be walking beside, not standing behind the patient.
- The light reflections on the three men are inconsistent.
- The U.S. flag in the background has only 11 red and white stripes. The American flag has 13.
- The hands on the clock are positioned in the wrong place on the clock face.
FREEDOM OF THE PRESS: Don Lemon was taken into federal custody late Thursday night (January 29) in Los Angeles. He is being charged with violating the FACE Act and conspiracy to deprive others of civil rights.
