Bits & Bytes

AMERICAN HISTORY: On June 17, 1775, American colonists inflicted heavy British casualties in their loss at the Battle of Bunker Hill. Showing that the inexperienced colonial militias could stand up against the well-trained British, It raised morale and increased support for independence.

COLORADO: Denver Public Schools Board has voted unanimously to fire a gay teacher after she reportedly made female students kiss each other and graded them on it.

FBI: The FBI and its law enforcement partners disrupted an alleged plot targeting this weekend’s UFC Freedom 250 event in Washington, D.C. The alleged plan involved using explosive-laden drones to hit buildings near the event, force a mass evacuation and steer crowds toward a pre-staged sniper team. A “second wave” was then allegedly planned to storm the White House gate.

FLEABANE: [7:43] – This native annual is important to pollinators, so obviously it needs to be featured here. 🙂

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MR. PRESIDENT: [15:14] – CLICK https://x.com/RealJamesWoods/status/2066555621240086903 [:34] to hear what a “tolerant” Democrat wished for Donald’s birthday.

IRAN: A fake news story is circulating alleging we will pay Iran $300 million. Trump says it was started by “Dumocrats.” It’s pretty rich of them, seeing as they had zero problems with Obama sending $400 million in pallets of cash to Iran in 2016.

MAINE: The Democrat’s Nazi-tattooed Senate nominee, Graham Platner, is in trouble again, this time for posts he made on Reddit. In one from 2012, he commented on a young girl’s failed suicide attempt, “Someone clearly isn’t trying hard enough.” In another from 2020, he responded to a piece entitled, “White People Aren’t as Racist or Stupid as Trump Thinks” that “Living in white rural America, I’m afraid to tell you they actually are.

MILITARY: On Monday morning, during a routine flight, a B-52 bomber crashed shortly after takeoff at a U.S. Air Force base in Southern California’s Mojave Desert. All eight people aboard perished.

NORTH CAROLINA: After Charlie Kirk was shot and killed, a junior at Ardrey Kell High School in Charlotte got permission from the front office to paint the school’s spirit rock, a tradition kids have used for years.

Within hours, the school had painted over her message. Then the principal emailed the entire school that the girl, Gabby Stout, was a vandal who had broken the code of conduct and was being reported to local law enforcement. The administration also pulled Gabby out of class again and again, confiscated her phone and made her write a confession.

Her family sued and has just won. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools has been court ordered to pay the family $95,000, publicly clear Gabby’s name, and admit in writing she did nothing wrong.

TOLERANCE: Her family wrote, “She leaves behind an extraordinary legacy of creative energy, whip smart humor, delight in her family, adoration for little dogs, burning hatred for Trump, passion for second-hand thrifting, and love for a good story. We are bereft without her. We loved her so so much, as did all who met her.”

This story has me wondering how many souls choose an eternity in Hell over accepting that God loves Donald Trump too.
