The Hillary Defense

Sharyl Attkisson was good enough to go through Comey’s testimony and break it down into easy-to-understand blips and tweets.

She also wrote an entire article on it if you’re interested.

It’s a stale but effective defense mechanism. Just claim you don’t remember anything. Nobody can conclude what’s in your mind. Hillary did it every time she had to testify. The contemptible bastard James Comey pulled the same stunt. It’s all a stall tactic. He never was, is not, and never will face any kind of legal jeopardy. He only needs to stall until the democrats take over then it will all go away.

Trump Rips Comey For ‘Not Recalling’ 245 Times Before Congress

Comey’s Friday testimony was published nearly 24 hours after he appeared before the joint House Oversight and Judiciary Committees to discuss investigations pertinent to the 2016 presidential election. Comey claimed on dozens of occasions that he did not recall or he did not know the answer to key questions regarding the FBI’s initiation of an investigation against the Trump campaign in 2016.

Comey told the committee that he did not know when he was fired as FBI director whether there was any proven collusion with the Russian government.

‘Presidential Harassment’: Trump Under Unprecedented Attack On Multiple Fronts

It won’t ever end. He defeated the Hildabeast. He must pay dearly.

“The relentless assaults on this president from every front were previously unimaginable and absolutely unprecedented,” said Sidney Powell, a Texas appeals attorney whose book, “License to Lie,” takes on Justice Department corruption. “The ‘resistance’ has sunk to a new low which I hope they live to regret. They truly became ‘creeps on a mission to destroy the President.’”

For some liberals, Mr. Trump is already guilty.

“In a saner world, there’d be no need to wait for Mueller,” said a Twitter post by Jonathan Rauch, an activist journalist and gay rights advocate at the Brookings Institution. “Nothing he finds will be worse than what we already know: this POTUS was elected and serves in violation of his oath of office. Pity we need prosecutors to tell us that.”

McCarthy: Trump Likely To Be Indicted

Andrew C. McCarthy: Why Trump is likely to be indicted by Manhattan US Attorney

The major takeaway from the 40-page sentencing memorandum filed by federal prosecutors Friday for Michael Cohen, President Trump’s former personal attorney, is this: The president is very likely to be indicted on a charge of violating federal campaign finance laws.

It has been obvious for some time that President Trump is the principal subject of the investigation still being conducted by the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York.

But when Cohen pleaded guilty in August, prosecutors induced him to make an extraordinary statement in open court: the payments to the women were made “in coordination with and at the direction of” the candidate for federal office – Donald Trump.

Prosecutors would not have done this if the president was not on their radar screen. Indeed, if the president was not implicated, I suspect they would not have prosecuted Cohen for campaign finance violations at all. Those charges had a negligible impact on the jail time Cohen faces, which is driven by the more serious offenses of tax and financial institution fraud, involving millions of dollars.

What Did You Expect?

FAKE NEWS: There are rumors running around the conservative internet that Rep. Adam Schiff’s sister is married to George Soros’ son. It’s not true.

Melissa Robin Schiff was the maiden name of the soon-to-be ex-wife of Robert Soros (son of George). But she is not Congressman Schiff’s sister. Per their NY Times wedding announcement, her parents were named Haskel and Marlene Schiff. Per Adam Schiff’s bio, his parents were named Edward and Sherrill Ann Schiff.

Schiff: Trump May Face ‘Real Prospect of Jail Time’

Schiff said, “There’s a very real prospect that on the day Donald Trump leaves office, the Justice Department may indict him, that he may be the first president in quite some time to face the real prospect of jail time. We have been discussing the issue of pardons the president may offer to people or dangle in front of people. The bigger pardon question may come down the road, as the next president has to determine whether to pardon Donald Trump.”

It’s Who, Not What You Know

Sort of an upscale version of the Ghetto Lottery. Try to provoke a reaction from cops, make sure your homies have they Obama phones on to video then sue for a pile of money. They see every sort of slip, fall, fender bender as a means to enrich themselves. It’s even better when your daddy is a race-hustling hoaxster who is buddies with the communist who runs the city.

CtH: Back in the 70s when I drove a school bus, I had a high school student who told me, with GLEE, how he had gotten into a fight on school property and broke his back. He also won $1,000 from the school district when his parents sued. He bought a car with his “winnings” and sincerely hoped he could do something similar again. HE BROKE HIS BACK!

Al Sharpton’s Daughter Bags $95,000 Settlement for Sprained Ankle

Al Sharpton’s daughter bagged $95,000 in settlement money from New York City for spraining her ankle on an uneven Manhattan street—even after posting photos of herself on social media climbing mountains and wearing high heels months after the fall.

“I sprained my ankle real bad lol,” Dominique Sharpton wrote in an Instagram post after she took a tumble in October 2014.

Sharpton claimed in her lawsuit that she suffered from “permanent physical pain,” but subsequent social media posts just months after the fall showed she had a very active lifestyle.

One of her Instagram posts showed Sharpton climbing mountains on vacation, while she sported high heels and climbed a ladder to hang Christmas decorations in other social media photos.

Maxine Wants Revenge

Last month an elected representative publicly stated that revenge is a part of her motivation and agenda when Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) told a constituent gathering in Los Angeles that she is “going to do to you what you did to us.” The “you” Waters was referring to are players in the mortgage and banking industry. The odd twist here is that Waters is planning revenge on institutions for doing what she herself instructed them to do.

Waters, who was easily re-elected in the 2018 midterms with nearly 76% of votes cast, represents California’s 43rd congressional district which includes much of south-central Los Angeles. She appears poised to chair the House Financial Services Committee when Democrats assume control of the House of Representatives in January.

A sitting House representative threatening U.S. businesses with retribution is remarkable enough, but retribution for what?

Apart from the dismissal of personal responsibility inherent in the idea that people were somehow forced into purchasing something they couldn’t afford, of note here is how the situation came about in the first place; how citizens of Waters’ community found themselves able to qualify for mortgages that were beyond their financial means. Making such loans is not in a lending institution’s best interests, so why would one do it? The institutions did it because Maxine Waters, among others, forced them to.

He Can’t Be Gone Soon Enough

Judicial Nightmare: Jeff Flake Has Pretty Much Destroyed His Party’s Agenda On Judges This Year

Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ) is leaving, but not quietly. The immensely unpopular Republican has decided to totally trash his party’s judicial agenda. Flake is the key 11th vote on the Senate Judiciary Committee, and he’s not budging until Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell holds a binding vote on a bill protecting Special Counsel Robert Mueller and the Department of Justice’s Russia investigation. It’s frustrating. It’s deplorable. And it just comes to show you why Flake would never have won re-election if he decided to execute a suicidal banzai charge concerning that effort.

What a duplicitous little prick

Republican Sen. Flake Praises Trump For His Statement On H.W. Bush

Flake’s feud with the president has gone on for quite some time. Just last month, Flake announced his intentions to vote against any judicial nominee if special counsel Robert Mueller was not protected by Congress. (RELATED: Jeff Flake Says ‘Not A Chance’ He Could Win Senate Campaign Due To One Political Move)

At the end of November, the Senate Judiciary Committee canceled the committee’s panel votes on nearly two dozen scheduled judicial nominees, knowing that the nominees would not receive the necessary votes without Flake.

She’ll Never Get Over It

Hillary Clinton Looks Spitting Mad as President Trump and Melania Enter Bush Sr.’s Funeral

Or maybe that’s just her natural face?

She never was a good loser.

Oh… And Obama looks arrogant as hell.

Hillary Clinton Snubs First Lady Melania at Bush Funeral

The Trumps shook hands with Barack and Michelle Obama but when First Lady Melania leaned forward to shake hands with and greet the Clintons, Hillary gave her the cold shoulder.

Bill Clinton was welcoming and shook Melania’s hand but Hillary Clinton snubbed the First Lady – she didn’t lean forward to shake her hand nor did she even give her a smile. Hillary just nodded with a scowl on her face.

In contrast, when George W. Bush walked in, Hillary Clinton stood up, smiled and shook his hand.

Hillary is jealous of Melania Trump’s beauty – she had that same scowl on her face during Donald Trump’s inauguration when she caught her husband Bill admiring Melania’s beauty.

This Could Be The Last Year For Durham’s Christmas Tree Tradition

Durham’s Human Rights Commission has recommended ceasing the longtime tradition, with members saying it is associated with the Christian faith and Christmas celebrations, which may be exclusionary to some people who follow different faiths or are atheist.
The issue came up this year because Rabbi Berel Slavaticki at the UNH & Seacoast Chabad Jewish Center asked to place a 9-foot menorah in the same public park on Main Street where the tree is lit.

Slavaticki was asked to complete an application for a permit, which was denied by Town Administrator Todd Selig because of concerns about vandalism and public safety. It was agreed that Slavaticki could host a one-time ceremony at a different public park, which took place Sunday evening, the first night of Hanukkah

Satanic Sculpture Installed At Illinois Statehouse, Just In Time For The Holidays

In the Illinois Capitol rotunda this month, several traditions are being celebrated. There’s a Nativity scene for Christmas, a menorah for Hanukkah, and then something a little different: an arm holding an apple, with a snake coiled around it.

It’s a gift from the Chicago branch of The Satanic Temple. Called “Snaketivity,” the work also has a sign that reads “Knowledge Is The Greatest Gift.”

Nearby stands a sign in which the state offers a civics lesson — and explains it didn’t have much of a choice:

“The State of Illinois is required by the First Amendment of the United States Constitution to allow temporary, public displays in the state capitol so long as these displays are not paid for by taxpayer dollars. Because the first floor of the Capitol Rotunda is a public place, state officials cannot legally censor the content of speech or displays. The United States Supreme Court has held that public officials may legally impose reasonable time, place and manner restrictions regarding displays and speeches, but no regulation can be based on the content of the speech.”

Except for Scriptures,Crucifixes or anything related to Judeo Christians. Those can be banned on the basis of one butthurt snowflake.
