But wait, there’s more! Monterroso-Lemus is unmarried, yet has six living children. Her behaviors cost her custody of two of them. She was originally arrested for failing to appear at a custody hearing; the ICE detainer followed. Her age (37) put her pregnancy at high risk. She had experienced pelvic pain that sent her to the hospital in February before she was detained. GRAMMY NOTES: Actually, the kids who got ignored learned that tantrums scored them nothing but snotty faces, headaches, and sore throats. It was the kids (like Veruca Salt) whose parents gave them whatever they wanted to shut them up who learned to scream to get what they wanted.
