Fake News

The abortion-related death of Amber Nicole Thurman (28) is being blamed on Georgia’s heartbeat abortion law and, of course, on Donald Trump. But it’s a lie. Thurman died because her greedy abortionist couldn’t be bothered to provide quality care.

Shortly after Georgia enacted its heartbeat law, Thurman discovered she was pregnant with twins. She didn’t want them, but was past the deadline. So she drove to North Carolina for a scheduled, surgical abortion. Arriving late for her appointment, the clinic told her they’d given her spot to someone else.

Then, they handed her abortion pills, but neither scheduled a follow up visit nor checked on her progress by phone. She was 9 weeks along. The babies died in utero, but the drugs failed to induce labor, so their little bodies remained inside her body to rot.

She became severely ill and was hospitalized for severe acute sepsis. The hospital administered IV fluids, antibiotics and blood pressure medication for two days before the doctors decided she needed a hysterectomy. She died on the table. There is no evidence her surgery was delayed due to the heartbeat law.

According to FDA statistics, the most common cause of death following the use of mifepristone is sepsis. In many states, women can get the pills in the mail with nothing but a virtual consultation with (“the caring health professionals”) at Planned Parenthood and no establishment of care at a local OB/GYN or hospital.

The Left keeps telling their sheeple that Trump is killing women by denying them medical care for miscarriage. The law prohibits killing unborn babies once their heartbeats can be detected. It certainly doesn’t prohibit removing the remains of dead who have no heartbeats. (Duh.)

What Pope Francis said

Once again, our current pontiff has caused confusion and consternation among the faithful. I just want to remind y’all that a pope’s teachings are only infallible under very specific, very defined circumstances. This one doesn’t even remotely qualify.

CLICK https://x.com/MLJHaynes/status/1834519918907150455 to hear him. My cousin speaks Italian. She listened to this and says it is an accurate translation. I understand what he was trying to say here, encouraging young people to dialogue, not argue about religion.

But he was wrong when he said, “Every religion is a way to arrive at God.” He was not only wrong; he was going against the clear teaching of Jesus Christ, which has been preserved by the church He founded.

What the Bible says –

John 14:6 “Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'”

Acts 4:12 “And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.

1 Timothy 2:5 “For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.”

John 3:36 “Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.

1 John 5:12 “Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.”

John 10:9 “I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture.

What the Roman Catholic Church teaches –

According to the declaration Dominus Iesus (On the Unicity and Salvific Universality of Jesus Christ and the Church), “the Church’s constant missionary proclamation is endangered today by relativistic theories which seek to justify religious pluralism, not only de facto, but also de iure (or in principle)“.

It is clear that it would be contrary to the faith to consider the Church as one way of salvation alongside those constituted by the other religions.

– Issued in 2000 by Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger (later Pope Benedict XVI) as prefect of the Congregation of the Doctrine for the Faith

Also,

This perverse opinion is spread on all sides by the fraud of the wicked who claim that it is possible to obtain the eternal salvation of the soul by the profession of any kind of religion, as long as morality is maintained. Surely, in so clear a matter, you will drive this deadly error far from the people committed to your care. With the admonition of the apostle that ‘there is one God, one faith, one baptism’ may those fear who contrive the notion that the safe harbor of salvation is open to persons of any religion whatever.;” – Pope Gregory XVI, Mirari Vos, 1832

2d AMENDMENT: CLICK https://www.youtube.com/shorts/vH5K1o6Ettw to hear a refugee from Communist China stop the debate.

LEBANON: On September 17, some 2,800 people were injured when their pagers exploded. Eight more were killed. Most people injured in the mass pager explosions sustained injuries to their hands. The exact reason for the rash of exploding pagers is unclear, but many (most? all?) of the injured were members of Hezbollah. If Mossad did this, kudos for ingenuity and restraint. Talk about your “surgical strike.”

SHRILLARY: Just one day after the second assassination attempt on Donald Trump, Her Royal Bitterness got on MSNBC with Rachel Maddow and said, “The press needs to create a consistent narrative about how dangerous Trump is. He is a danger to our country and world.”

And, as she resurrected the Russian election interference narrative, she suggested that people who engage in wrongspeak should be civilly or criminally charged. Bless her heart. Just never you mind that silly First Amendment thing or that it was she and her campaign who financed the Russia! Russia! Russia! hoax.

SPRINGFIELD, OHIO: CLICK https://x.com/Oilfield_Rando/status/1835327025919185163 [5:12] to hear J.D. Vance freak out Dana Bash. She accuses him. He objects. She says, “I don’t want to talk about that stuff.” Then she yammers while he’s trying to talk and interrupts over and over. He stays calm. It’s beautiful.

On Monday, Republican Ohio Governor Mike DeWine announced that the wave of bomb threats against the town of Springfield, Ohio, have all been hoaxes. “Thirty-three threats; Thirty-three hoaxes,” DeWine said during a press conference in Springfield. “I want to make that very, very clear. None of these had any validity at all.”  He also noted that some originated from one specific foreign country, but declined to name it.

Don’t hold your breath waiting for Bash to apologize to Vance for blaming him for the bomb threats.

THEY’RE EATING THE CATS: Nick Freitas said, “This week, the Left is saying, ‘Nobody is eating anyone’s pets. This means we are one week away from, ‘Why do you care that people are eating pets?’ and three weeks away from, ‘Why eating pets is a good thing’ and ‘Refusing to eat pets is white supremacy.‘” He’s off by a couple of weeks. I saw the headline above in my “Recommended For You” feed yesterday.

KAMALA BUCKS: Her plan for fixing the economy is to encourage people to care about their lawns.

VANCE: This is his first public statement following the second assassination attempt. [3:22] – I have never stopped speaking to anyone because they got a COVID shot or voted for a Democrat. I cannot say the same for some of my former friends and estranged relatives. For me, this problem isn’t new. It started way back during GW Bush’s presidency when people cut me off because I supported the war in Iraq. For my theater major daughter, it began even earlier she enlisted in the Army halfway through her senior year. Her peers and professors, people who had been close to her, known and admired her for three and a half years, cut her off dead. They didn’t talk with her about her decision. They just stopped talking to her. I’ve said it before and I’ll keep on saying it until I die. We are not like them.

WISCONSIN: On Monday, a judge ruled that RFK Jr. may not withdraw his name from the state’s ballots. According to Wisconsin statutes, once a candidate files valid nomination papers, they must remain on the ballot unless they die.

Incitement to Violence

Remember when Sarah Palin’s campaign rhetoric was blamed for the Gabby Giffords shooting (which was perpetrated by one of Giffords’ own volunteers)? Talk about your double standards!

Get a load of the incendiary rhetoric Democrats have used against Trump …

  • Joe Biden: “It’s time to put Trump in a bullseye.”
  • Joe Biden: “I mean this from the bottom of my heart: Trump is a threat to this nation.”
  • Joe Biden: “There is one existential threat: it’s Donald Trump.”
  • Joe Biden: “Trump is a genuine threat to this nation … He’s literally a threat to everything America stands for.”
  • Joe Biden: “Trump and MAGA Republicans are a threat to the very soul of this country.”
  • Joe Biden: “Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic … and that is a threat to this country.”
  • Tim Walz: “Are [Republicans] a threat to democracy? Yes. … Are they going to put peoples’ lives in danger? Yes.”
  • Gwen Walz: “Buh-bye, Donald Trump.”
  • Rep. Nancy Pelosi: “[Trump] is a threat to our democracy of the kind that we have not seen.”
  • Rep. Jasmine Crockett: “MAGA in general — they are threats to us domestically.”
  • Rep. Dan Goldman: “He is destructive to our democracy and …  he has to be eliminated.”

KAMALA: CLICK https://x.com/ClayTravis/status/1834792666686525928 [10:44] to hear Kamala’s first and so far only solo interview. Just like in the debate, the first question is simple and straightforward. And, also like in the debate, she didn’t answer it.

I followed up and figured out the “in an active war zone” clause she dropped in there is the key. We are not currently involved in any active wars; obviously, we cannot have military members serving in places that do not exist. However, her statement is very misleading.

Left-leaning Politifact squishily admitted, “some U.S. military service members are stationed in areas the U.S. government recognizes as combat zones.” And, oh yeah, “In 2024 alone, several U.S. service members have been killed or injured during military operations abroad.” [Bold added by CtH.]

Fact checking Politifact:

  1. Some” = We have tens of thousands of active military members stationed in the Middle East alone. There are 2,500 in Iraq and about 900 in Syria as part of the Combined Joint Task Force-Operation Inherent Resolve effort. Their mission is to defeat ISIS in designated areas of the two regions. Call me crazy, but that sounds like a lot more than “some.”
  2. Several” = In January, three U.S. soldiers in Jordan were killed by a drone attack from an Iran-aligned group; dozens of others have been wounded in similar strikes. Again, a lot more than “several.

Right now, I‘m really feeling that meme about not hating the Left Stream Media enough.

Officer Mathew Bianchi said no. “It’s a form of corruption.” After he pulled over some friend of Police Chief Jeffrey Maddrey and refused to honor the “card code”, he was demoted.

He sued. The NYPD just settled for $175,000 rather than let any sort of discovery happen that would jeopardize their precious and corrupt privilege program.

Second Assassination Attempt

Former President Donald Trump is safe following a second assassination attempt at the Mar-a-Lago golf course. The gunman had a rifle with a scope and a GoPro set up to film what he hoped to do. He was between 300 and 500 yards away when he failed to hit the former president. A Secret Service agent spotted the gun barrel and opened fire; the gunman ran off, but his vehicle was spotted and immediately reported to local LEOs who sent everything they had after the guy. He was apprehended on the highway and is in custody, facing state and possibly federal charges.

Peter Heck writes at Not the Bee, “It’s well past time to acknowledge the truth.

“For all the media hand-wringing about ‘Christian Nationalism,’ all the pearl-clutching about the threat of authoritarianism from right-wing fascists, all the online hysterics about the rise of ‘white neo-Nazis,’ there is an intentional blind eye being turned to episodes of real violence, real death, real political terror.

  • Antifa violence was real and it was left-wing.
  • Black Lives Matter violence was real and it was left-wing.
  • The recent spate of transgender school shooters was real and it was left-wing.

“Now, a second attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump was real and has all the continued markings of left-wing lunacy.”

BUT … according to the Left Stream Media, everything is always Trump’s fault.

Just days before the latest shooting, WaPo headlined their opinion that Trump is inciting violence against himself. The post-shooting coverage is not better.

TIME claimed, “The suspect arrested in relation to the shooting at Trump’s golf course in Florida on Sunday has been identified as Ryan Routh—a 58-year-old with unclear political ideology, a criminal record, and a history of praising Iran and supporting Ukraine.” (Bold by CtH.)

The BBC just went with “Political violence becomes America’s new norm.” Except nobody is shooting at Harris.

As soon as law enforcement released the Mar-a-Lago shooter’s name, Not The Bee scoured the internet to get whatever was there before Lefties could take it down. Interestingly, he lives in Hawaii where his truck sports a Biden/Harris sticker. I’ll be curious to know how he got himself and his weapons to Florida.

His social media history reveals him to be an activist for the Left, with passionate and oft-expressed opinions about hot button subjects like Black Lives Matter, supporting Ukraine in the war with Russia, and condemning Israel for existing. During the 2020 primary season, he posted, ”Sleepy Joe stands for nothing; no plans, no ideas, just as limp as hillary. Bernie…….give them hell…..fight to the death.” He has donated at least 19 times to ActBlue, a major Democratic campaign fund.

His prior criminal record includes hit and run, unlawfully carrying a concealed weapon, possessing stolen goods, and something about a WMD from 2002. In 2020, he tweeted to Donald Trump’s social media account, “I will be glad when you are gone.” Last year, his daughter was arrested for assaulting a government official. This week, his son told The Daily Mail his father hates Donald Trump like “every reasonable person does.”

BlackRock is a super powerful investing firm that is constantly pushing globalism, ESG, and international leftist agendas. So, that a potential Trump killer would appear in an ad for them is a strange coincidence.

AFTER BIRTH ABORTIONS: Minnesota governor and VP wannabe Tim Walz signed one of the most radical abortion bills in the nation, stripping protections from babies who would be born alive after failed late-term abortions.

During the presidential debate, Kamala and ABC claimed babies are not denied medical and comfort care after failed abortions. But the Minnesota Department of Health reported that in 2021, at least 5 babies survived late-term abortions and were left on the table to die. Condemned prisoners get a trial, plus 10 years of appeals, followed by a favorite last meal. Condemned babies don’t even get a blanket.

His goal was to use the pain and death of the child to empower a spell some client had paid him to perform. Only 3 times had one of these grisly spells failed; they were the same times people had been outside the clinic praying the rosary during the procedure.

CRIME: According to the Justice Department’s Crime Prevention Research Center (CPRC), rape, robbery, and aggravated assault are up more than 40% under the Biden-Harris administration.

Fortunately, few patients are prescribed that much.

BIDEN-HARRIS ECONOMY: The Trump–Harris debate had 67 million TV viewers, the most of any prez debate in 16 years. One pundit I watched said it doesn’t matter who “won” the debate. “If you want abortion, you’ll vote for Kamala. If you’re upset about immigration, you’ll vote for Trump.” Then, he made a great point, which was that the debate was for those who are still undecided. And their #1 concern is the economy.

I’m sorry I have forgotten who it was or where I saw it.

DOUBLE STANDARDS: CLICK https://x.com/TrumpWarRoom/status/1834637916405993739 [:09] to hear Biden brag about how many black jobs his administration allegedly “created.” Don’t hold your breath waiting for the Left Stream Media to harp on and on about how there’s no such thing as a “black job.”

J6: A U.S. appeals court has vacated the felony convictions of 12 of the Dems’ political prisoners. Some of them have spent years in prison on trumped-up charges.

LATE TERM ABORTION: “[N]owhere in America is a woman carrying a pregnancy to term and asking for an abortion. That is not happening.” That was just one of the Big Fat Lies Kamala was not challenged about during the debate. The map at the link below, created by the Guttmacher Institute (Planned Parenthood’s research arm), shows that 25 states, plus D.C., have either no limit or have the slippery “health” exception.

IOW, in slightly more than half the country, late-term abortions are happening in America. The Left would also like to remind us that they constitute a “teeny tiny” share of the total. Lyman Stone did the math and concluded that this “teeny tiny” shared amounted to about 5,000 babies who were murdered after they were viable. Even if half of those were due to “unsurvivable conditions”, that’s 2,500 homicides. “There were about 23,000 homicides in the US in 2023. If that teeny tiny share of abortions covering very late abortions of totally viable kids without lethal health issues were counted, those extremely rare abortions would compose fully 1-in-10 homicides in the United States.”

A good point. But what I don’t get is why unborn babies with allegedly lethal conditions need to be murdered at all. To my mind, we should give them every day of life that God permits. I know two women who were diagnosed with such babies. They went to term and gave their little ones as much love in the minutes they survived as they could soak up. I can’t help thinking the souls of those loved ones had an easier death than the ones who get murdered prematurely and often painfully.

MILITARY: [5:29] – We could have predicted the content of his dismissive response. What I find revealing is that he sent it to a group mailing list without removing Fox first. So let me guess who else was on that list …

SIDS: A study entitled “Early Newborn Metabolic Patterning and Sudden Infant Death Syndrome” was published last week in JAMA Pediatrics. In it, researchers report having identified 14 biomarkers that, if atypical at birth, may increase an infant’s risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). The hope is that this could allow at risk babies to be identified shortly after birth.

GRAMMY NOTES: [5:12] – TY to Mindful Webworker for this fun clip. It reminded me of when I was 11 and visited London. I had been carefully taught to look “Left Right Left.” Let me tell you something. This does not work in London. If someone hadn’t grabbed me and quickly dragged me back, I would’ve been hit.

Debate Round Up

Now that people who watched the debate have had time to write their reviews, I can summarize their reviews cuz, basically, I can not stand to listen to Kamala. Yesterday, I showed you the initial impressions, all of which were about what a trash job ABC did “moderating” the debate. This will be a more detailed account of the same.

Roger Kimball at The Spectator put it this way: “The evening was supposed to offer Kamala Harris and Donald Trump an opportunity expose themselves to the public and explain their positions on various policy matters that are important to the public. [Instead] the immoderators, David Muir and Linsey Davis, repeatedly pecked at and corrected, or pretended to correct, one candidate, Donald Trump, while passing over lie after lie after lie emitted by Kamala Harris.”

CLICK https://x.com/ImMeme0/status/1833742645207654796 [4:38] if you didn’t already hear Megyn Kelly’s rant. She explains why we should not be surprised that ABC did such a partisan hack job. The owner is one of Kamala’s bffs.“This should be the last time that Republicans ever do this.” I really hope and pray their bias backfires on them. Below is a list of some of Harris’ unchallenged lies.

Harris made two false claims in one sentence when she said, “In [Trump’s] Project 2025 there would be a national abortion — a monitor that would be monitoring your pregnancies, your miscarriages.” the Democratic National Convention and the Harris-Walz campaign ads have both repeated this double lie.

Lie 1: Project 2025 has nothing to do with Trump. It is a political initiative published by the Heritage Foundation in 2022 to promote conservative and right-wing policies. Trump has said, “I wish them luck, but I have nothing to do with them.

Lie 2: Project 2025 does not contain anything like what the Dems call a “period passport.”The Biden administration’s most recent annual report on the numbers of abortions performed in the U.S. excludes statistics from California, Maryland, New Hampshire, and New Jersey. Project 2025 merely says all states should be required to report their abortion statistics accurately.

Harris repeated the endlessly debunked claim that Trump once called neo-Nazis “very fine people.” Even the Soros-funded Snopes site has said it’s a Big Fat Lie. CLICK https://x.com/JoshLekach/status/1311380094489817088 [1:27] to hear his original statement.

Harris false claimed that “Donald Trump the candidate has said in this election there will be a bloodbath, if the outcome of this election is not to his liking.” The Left has repeatedly said that he was calling for violence if he loses. But what he talking about was tariffs on cars! The term “bloodbath” is commonly used in the financial sector to refer to a major economic downturn. When Trump used the term, he was contrasting his tariff policy with Biden-Harris’ with respect to China’s electric vehicles. He wants a 100% tariff, so China can’t compete with U.S. made cars. It is clear from t he context that he meant, “If I don’t get elected, it’s going to be a major economic disaster for the U.S. car industry.

Harris falsely claimed, “If Donald Trump were to be re-elected, he will sign a national abortion ban.” Trump’s actual and clearly stated position is that abortion legislation belongs at the state level. He opposes any federal legislation for or against. Again, the moderators didn’t correct her.

Harris claimed late-term abortions are a myth. But in its most recent report on the subject, the CDC noted that 12.3% of the 600,000+ abortions in the U.S. each year are performed after 21 weeks’ gestation, which is a week past half way through a 40-week pregnancy. The third trimester and fetal viability begin at 27 weeks of pregnancy. The report does not distinguish gestational age beyond that point; however, abortions on third trimester babies are well-documented. Six states, including my own, have virtually no restrictions on when or why an unborn baby can be put to death.

Babies born before the third trimester may survive with high-level NICU care. At 26 weeks, they have a survival rate of between 86 and 89 percent. The odds decrease with each week prior with babies born at 22 weeks having a slim 5 to 6 percent chance. The youngest premie to survive was born at 21 weeks + 2 days. He weighed 11.9 oz.

During the debate Harris was also not challenged when she repeated the lie that pro-life protections prevent doctors from treating women suffering from miscarriages. Harris said she had spoken to women “being denied care in an emergency room, because the health care providers are afraid they might go to jail.” That is just 100% b.s.
