CATHOLIC: Noah also had to build it to specific instructions, put up with the scorn of his neighbors for years, load it and allow himself to be shut in, direct his family to do the same, and then be patient for the end God told him would come. FAUCI: [15:57] – I hope some day Trump realizes and admits that he was wrong to trust Tony Fauci.

FAUXTUS: [10:05] – Leftie media outlets are finally talking about what we’ve all known since before this guy got “elected” to office. It makes one wonder who they have lined up to replace him.

OPERATION CORNFLAKES: [17:31] – Operation Cornflakes was a morale operation by the Office of Strategic Services during World War II that aimed to trick Deutsche Reichspost into inadvertently delivering anti-Nazi propaganda to German citizens. “Cornflakes” referred to mail bags of forged mail that were air dropped into the wreckage of bombed mail trains in hopes the Germans would deliver the envelopes.

WETHERSFIELD SUCKS: Connecticut State Trooper First Class Aaron Pelletier left behind a widow and two fatherless children when he was killed during a routine traffic stop by the man in the graphic. His councilman requested the thin blue flag be raised in his honor on the day of his funeral in Wethersfield. The town refused, saying the flag is “offensive to many” Instead, they lowered the “pride” flag to half mast. Like that one isn’t beyond offensive.

WORLD WAR III: In December 2023, intel specialist Catherine Herridge said of the coming new year, Well, mine’s a little dark. I just feel a lot of concern that 2024 may be the year of a black swan event. This is a national security event with high impact that’s very hard to predict. There are a number of concerns I have that factor into that — not only this sort of enduring, heightened threat level that we’re facing, the wars in Israel, also Ukraine; and we’re so divided in this country in ways that we haven’t seen before. And I think that just creates fertile ground for our adversaries like North Korea, China and Iran, and that’s what concerns me most.”

CALIFORNICATION: The Golden State used to be #1 in job creation. Now it is #50. This week, 48 Rubio’s Coastal Grill restaurants closed. High taxes, ridiculous regulations, and now an obscene hike in minimum wage killed them, along with the hundreds of jobs they provided.

Daily headlines have chronicled job losses, reduced working hours, restaurant closures and higher prices for California’s inflation-weary consumers as a direct result of this minimum wage hike. Feedback from our members suggests this has become a breaking point for many small restaurant businesses.” -Jot Condie, president and CEO of the California Restaurant Association

CATHOLIC: I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever — the Spirit of Truth.” (John 14:16-17) – It boggles my mind that so many Christians can simultaneously believe that the Bible is inerrant and that the Holy Spirit somehow dropped the ball for more than a millennium.

COVID-19: Alina Chan, a Harvard and MIT molecular biologist, says not only that the COVID-19 virus most likely leaked from a Chinese lab, but also that the US bears responsibility for pumping tens of millions of dollars into high-risk research on extremely infectious viruses at the Wuhan facility, which has weak safety protocols. The only thing surprising about any of this is that the report was published as a guest essay in the New York Times, which has long been skeptical and dismissive of the lab leak theory.

FAUCI: On Monday, a House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic questioned Tony Fauci again. [3:47:45]. – I’ve posted the full video above for anyone who cares to watch it. The hearing doesn’t even start until 18:45. Full disclosure: I have not seen any of this.

GRAMMY NOTES: RE: School evals … When I was in graduate school at Cornell, I taught a mini course in Educational Communications. On the first day and in my syllabus, I defined “jargon” and explained both its function and that whenever I used a word with which they were unfamiliar, they should stop me and ask for a definition. One of my students (the snotty, know-it-all one) wrote on his eval: “Teacher used too much jargon.” I don’t recall him ever once stopping me to ask for a definition of anything. He probably didn’t bother to read the syllabus either. ::smh::

St. Charles Lwanga, Martyr

Today is the feast day of St. Charles Lwanga of Buganda, who was martyred for the faith on June 3, 1886. Buganda is the Bantu kingdom that lies in the south-central region of Uganda.

King Mwanga of Buganda ascended to the throne October 18, 1884 at the age of 16. The young king liked boys, but found that many of the pages in his court rejected his advances, because they had converted to Christianity. In addition, two men who held the position of Master of Pages – Joseph Mukasa and Charles Lwanga – repeatedly rescued the royal pages in their care from the king’s sexual predations.

Enraged, King Mwanga had Joseph beheaded, only to find his replacement, Charles, was just as troublesome. The king ordered all the Christians in his court to choose between renouncing Jesus or dying. All 30 of the Catholic and Anglican court pages chose death.  The stained glass image above shows King Mwanga sentencing the Uganda Martyrs to death on May 26, 1886. It is in the Munyonyo Martyrs Shrine in Kampala, Uganda.

Twenty-two of these men, those who had converted to Catholicism, were first forced on a two-day march to Namugongo. There, they were bound together for several days while wood was gathered to burn them. Charles Lwanga, as the leader, was selected first. The executioners tortured him, offering him life if he apostatized. When Charles refused, they set fire to his stake. He told his executioner, “It is as if you are pouring water on me. Please repent and become a Christian like me.” At last, Charles looked heavenward, exclaimed, “My God!” and expired. It was June 3, 1886.

Within a year after the slaughter, the number of catechumens in the kingdom rose from 800 to 3,000. Uganda is now 84.4% Christian.

END TIMES: This year’s ghastly “Pride” Month will kick off with an ominous portent in the sky. On the evening of June 3, those of us in the Northern Hemisphere will be able to see six planets form a line in the eastern sky with the waning moon at the midpoint between Uranus and Mars. Early the next morning, Mercury will dance slightly out of the planetary lineup to enter into close proximity with Jupiter.

Astrology is sinful, because it promotes both the heresy that the astral bodies control us and the demonic practice of trying to read the future. But seeing God’s portents in the Heavens is not sinful. The Bible says God puts the planets and stars in their places and that He writes history in the sky. Also in the Bible, the number seven represents completion.

  1. Jupiter, the king planet, will be closest to Earth. Jupiter was the chief deity of Roman state religion that persecuted the early Christians.
  2. Mercury, the god of financial gain, commerce, communication (including divination), travelers and boundaries, luck, trickery, and thieves. He also acts as a messenger to the gods and guides souls to the underworld.
  3. Uranus, the Greek god who was the son of Gaia (Earth) with whom he had an incestuous relationship that produced the Titans.
  4. Right in the middle of the line up will be a waning, crescent moon. Astrologists teach that this phase of the moon is “associated with release, retreat, self-reflection, intuition, spiritual growth, and the shadow.” I see “choosing sides” in that.
  5. Mars, son of Jupiter and god of both war and agriculture.
  6. Neptune, Roman god of all water. Salacia is his wife. The word salacious means
    1. Appealing to or stimulating sexual desire.
    2. Characterized by or indicating sexual desire; lustful.
    3. Promoting sexual desire or lust.
  7. Saturn, Roman god of time, generation, dissolution, abundance, wealth, agriculture, periodic renewal and liberation. Saturn’s mythological reign was depicted as a Golden Age of abundance and peace. Saturn’s consort was his sister Ops – i.e., more incest – with whom he fathered Jupiter and Neptune, among others. IOW, the line up begins with the king and ends with the father of the king. Whoa.

FAUXTUS: During a campaign event in Philadelphia, the King of the Kangaroo Clowns said he toured the wreckage of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore the day after it collapsed; it was more than a week between the incident and his visit. He also claimed, “We’re rebuilding a $60 zillion bridge in Balmer.

HATE SPEECH: Babylon Bee “reports” that kangaroos held a press conference in Australia demanding we all stop comparing them to the U.S. legal system.

It’s insulting to kangaroos everywhere. We are proud of our superior judicial system and would never, ever behave like those clowns in New York.

A group of clowns responded by holding their own presser demanding kangaroos stop comparing their shows to the U.S. legal system.

HELL in a HANDBASKET: From Zero Hedge – “For the political left, free speech is relative. If a certain brand of public grievance conflicts with their agenda then it’s no longer considered ‘free.’  All they have to do is label protests they don’t like as insurrections and expressions of defiance as hate speech.

Nothing showcases this hypocrisy more than the legal privileges given to LGBT movements and symbols.  Woke activists can destroy American monuments, deface or tear down historical statues and burn the American flag without fear of reprisal, but if you dare leave a mark on a pride flag in the middle of the road you will face the full force of the law. …

If it’s okay to deface traditional American monuments in the name of free speech, why does the defacement of pride murals require felony charges and a ‘manhunt.’

Why? Because they are zealots, that’s why. This isn’t about diversity or inclusiveness or tolerance or any of the other fake nicey-nice words they use. It’s about “agree with us or die” which is the very essence of every totalitarian regime ever.

KANGAROO COURT: And speaking of clowns … the jury is back after less than two days of deliberation. The trial was six weeks long trial, with 22 witnesses and 50+ pages of jury instructions that were never given to the jury. “Somehow” these 12 “impartial” New Yorkers found former President Donald Trump guilty of all 34 felony counts, making him the first ever American president to be convicted of a crime.

New York Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan set the sentencing hearing for 10 a.m. on July 11, or only four days before the Republican National Convention, where the former president is set to be formally designated as the GOP presidential nominee.

Remember: Judge Merchan’s daughter, Loren Merchan, is a partner and president at Authentic Campaigns, which has raised $93 million for its Democrat clients using President Trump’s case in their communications soliciting donations.

CLICK https://x.com/NowTheEndBegins/status/1796291422271754686 [1:40] to hear Trump outside the courtroom. “This was a rigged decision right from day one. And we will fight for our Constitution.” Note that Trump is not barred from running for president as a convicted felon.

Remember: (1) Democrats always broadcast whatever they’re doing by blaming Republicans of that very thing. (2) This campaign season, their thing is to accuse Trump and his MAGA followers of being “the greatest threat to democracy ever.

Please pray with me that this will blow up in their faces BIGLY. It has already reaped benefits. Within minutes of the verdict’s announcement, so many people tried to donate to Trump’s presidential campaign all at once that it crashed the website. If tweets are any indication, many of them were from people who had never donated to any candidate before

2A: The Supreme Court has ruled unanimously in favor of the National Rifle Association in the case of NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA v. VULLO, in which the NRA argued that Maria Vullo, former superintendent of the New York Department of Financial Services (DFS), violated the First Amendment by coercing DFS-regulated parties to punish or suppress the NRA’s gun-promotion advocacy. They also showed evidence that then-Governor Cuomo was in on it.

Justice Sotomayor wrote in the majority opinion, “A government official can share her views freely and criticize particular beliefs, and she can do so forcefully in the hopes of persuading others to follow her lead. In doing so, she can rely on the merits and force of her ideas, the strength of her convictions, and her ability to inspire others. What she cannot do, however, is use the power of the State to punish or suppress disfavored expression.” Justices Neil Gorsuch and Ketanji Brown Jackson filed concurring opinions.

COVID-19 MASKS: A study entitled “Changing risk factors for developing SARS-CoV-2 infection from Delta to Omicron” was published May 15, 2024, in PLOS ONE. In it, researchers report what they found in the UK Office of National Statistics (ONS) data from 200,000 adults and children who were tested for COVID-19 every two weeks from November 2021 to May 2022 – a period that covered multiple SARS-CoV-2 variants.

According to the study, those who consistently wore masks at work, school, or in enclosed spaces experienced a reduced risk of infection as compared to non-mask wearers, but only prior to 2021. Once Omicron took over, the balance changed. By February 2022 and onward, wearing a mask offered no protection for adults and potentially increased the risk of infection for children.

Researchers speculate the shift was related primarily to the increase in the number of people who had developed natural immunity and/or had gotten vaccinated. Since other studies have shown that the ‘rona jabs damage natural immunity and provide limited and then negative protection, my guess is that the real change was from the virus having killed off the “low hanging fruit” and infected enough who recovered to put it in the same category as other seasonal viruses.

HELL in a HANDBASKET: In the latest episode of RuPaul Drag Race, a drag artist who goes by the name of Gottmilk performed a celebration of her/his/her double mastectomy entitled “A Tail and Two Titties.” Gottmilk is … get this … a biological female who medically transitioned to male so she/he/she could dress up like a woman and perform in sick, twisted drag shows.

The Pink News is kind of right. I do want to cry, but not for whatever reasons they snicker over. TRANS: A study entitled “Pelvic Floor Dysfunction in Transgender Men on Gender-affirming Hormone Therapy: A Descriptive Cross-sectional Study” was published on April 25, 2024, in International Urogynecology Journal.

In it, researchers report having been curious to see if pelvic floor dysfunction, which is common in post-menopausal women, might also affect trans women taking hormones to make them look and sound masculine.

Cleveland Clinic says, “Pelvic floor dysfunction is a common condition where you can’t correctly relax and coordinate the muscles in your pelvic floor to urinate (pee) or have a bowel movement (poop). Think of your pelvis as being home to organs like your bladder, uterus, prostate and rectum.”

Of the 68 ftm trannies who participated in the study, 95% had developed pelvic floor dysfunction. The average age was 28, but some of the affected participants were as young as 18.

2024: The article linked below includes the following – “One adviser to major Democratic Party donors provided a running list that has been shared with funders of nearly two dozen reasons why Biden could lose, ranging from immigration and high inflation to the president’s age, the unpopularity of Vice President Kamala Harris and the presence of third-party candidates like Robert F. Kennedy Jr. … ‘The list of why we ‘could’ win is so small I don’t even need to keep the list on my phone,’” he adds.

END TIMES: LifeSiteNews email today featured the following articles …

  1. Male drag ‘artist’ dances for kids at Vatican’s World Children’s Day
  1. Vatican issues statement apologizing for Pope Francis using ‘homophobic’ term
  1. Catholic leaders beg US bishops to cancel agency funding Marxist, pro-abortion, pro-LGBT groups
  1. Archbishop Viganò: ‘Bergoglio is one of the main activists of the hellish LGBTQ + agenda’

LAWSUITS: The article linked below discusses how lawsuits are successfully derailing the trans conveyor belt that is destroying children’s lives.

LIBERTARIANS: RFK Jr. was kicked off their prez ballot in the first round of voting. Their nominee is a homosexual who supports COVID jab mandates and open borders. LifeSiteNews reports the theme of their convention was “Become Ungovernable”, as they have apparently embraced the Marxist Left’s anti-child, anti-marriage, anti-American, anti-human, and ultimately anti-God ideologies.

LGBTQIA+: The plus (+) stands for a host of sick, sinful sexual practices, including bestiality. So a group of 9th grade girls were told by a guest speaker at Renmark High School in South Australia.

The students were ordered to leave their regular classes to attend a special hour-long presentation focused on “relationships.” Parents said they were not notified about the presentation, nor was it consented to. There were no other adults supervising the bait-and-switch hit job, which focused on relationships that offend God, including bestiality which the students say was “explained in detail.

Some of the students were so uncomfortable that they asked to go to the bathroom and never came back. Some parents have unenrolled their kids. The administration claims they were blindsided by the content of the presentation, but admit they did not follow the prescribed procedure for notifying parents. The school has arranged a social worker to help support affected students.

SOROS: The apple didn’t fall far from the tree. George Soros’ son Alex has joined those attacked Harrison Butker’s pro-family commencement speech. Patrick Reilly, the president of the Cardinal Newman Society, noted that conservative, pro-family Catholics like Butker stand in “stark contrast to the radicalism and confusion at most other colleges.”

TRANS: Alliance for Defending Freedom (ADF) is representing a teenaged female athlete in West Virginia against the Biden administration’s new Title IX rules requiring schools to allow trans males to compete against females. Just one of these twerps not only defeated nearly 300 girls more than 700 times in middle school track events, but also sexually harassed actual girls, forcing them to avoid the girls’ locker room altogether.

CATHOLIC: [5:07] – A “proudly gay female” who goes by Jetty Nique attempted to receive Holy Eucharist at the 10 a.m. Mass at St. Thomas Aquinas Church in St. Cloud, FL. Because she didn’t open her mouth or reply “Amen” when he said, “Body of Christ,” Father Rodriguez asked her when she has last received the Sacrament or gone to Confession. She refused to tell him, so he gave her only a blessing.

She re-presented herself for Communion at the 12 p.m. Mass, at which point he said he was not judging her but needed to know if she had gone to Confession. She told him it was “not his business” then extended her arm and crumbled several consecrated hosts. The priest struggled to restrain the woman as she refused to let go of the hosts. When she pushed him, the priest, unable to use one hand because he was holding the ciborium, bit her hand so she would let go of the hosts. She was immediately asked to leave.”

She reported the incident to the police as assault. “He wouldn’t give me the cookie. I don’t know if it was the way I was dressed, or if it is what I like,” she told police. The priest informed them that yes, “I bit her, I am not denying that. I am defending myself and the sacrament.” The full video and the police report show the woman initiated physical contact and acted inappropriately.

According to the local media, the St. Cloud police department has handed the case over to the Florida Attorney General’s office for further investigation.  The Diocese of Orlando has defended Father Rodriguez saying, “he was simply attempting to prevent an act of desecration of the Holy Communion, which, as a priest, Father Rodriguez is bound by duty to protect.”

COVID-19: The NY Post articles linked below details how NIH senior adviser Dr. David Morens deliberately deleted government records and used his private email account to deliberately dodge records requests from the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic. More than one email show that Tony Fauci was involved in preventing the victims of his government mandates from knowing knowing the facts behind them all.

EVs: The Biden admin set a goal of building half a million electric vehicle charging stations in the United States by the year 2030. During the three years that Mayor Pete has been in charge of Transpo, they have built eight. I’m not complaining about the lack of EV stations, but I surely would like to know what they did with the $7.5 BILLION we taxpayers got dinged for this long con back in 2021.

PHILATELY: Even if you’re not interested in stamps or space flight, this episode is worth watching. [8:18] – “No idea what this event was.” ::sigh:: I was in COLLEGE when this happened. It was a very BIG deal at the time. I’m so sad that it’s been forgotten … except by space enthusiasts and philatelists. So score another one for my awesome hobby. 🙂

Democrats Weaponize the Justice System

The following is by Catherine Yang at The Epoch Times:

After six weeks, former President Donald Trump’s criminal trial is nearing an end, with closing arguments set to begin May 28. Here’s what to know to catch up with the case.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg charged Trump with 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree, a class E felony.

New York Business Law 175.10 states: “A person is guilty of falsifying business records in the first degree when he commits the crime of falsifying business records in the second degree, and when his intent to defraud includes an intent to commit another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof.

The second crime in this case is conspiracy “to promote or prevent the election of any person to a public office by unlawful means,” say prosecutors, but Trump was not directly charged with conspiracy.

The 34 allegedly falsified records are 11 checks cut to Michael Cohen, ex-lawyer to Trump, and the corresponding vouchers and invoices. Prosecutors allege these payments, categorized as legal expenses, were reimbursement for money Cohen paid to Stephanie Clifford, better known as adult actress Stormy Daniels, as part of a scheme to influence the 2016 elections.

To prove their case, prosecutors need to show that Trump had the intent to defraud – more specifically, the intent to conceal the alleged conspiracy – when causing these records to be created. There is no proof requirement that the goal of the conspiracy was to promote the election of a person by unlawful means, or the extent of Trump’s participation. The jury will be instructed on the concept of accessorial liability, which explains that Trump did not have to commit the crimes himself in order to be criminally liable.

On the witness stand, Cohen painted the picture of urgency in mid-October 2016: representatives for Stormy Daniels were pressing him to close the deal on her story of an alleged sexual encounter with Trump, or it would go to another news outlet. Meanwhile, he claimed his boss instructed him to “delay, delay, delay,” because if they could push it past the election in just a few weeks, they wouldn’t need to pay; the story would no longer matter.

Clifford declared the contract null and void, and Cohen caved. He testified that, with Trump’s approval, he made a $130,000 payment.

Cohen also testified to being intensely angry later that year, when he discovered his bonus had been cut by two-thirds from what he typically received. It prompted discussions with former Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg, who purportedly drew up plans to reimburse Cohen $130,000 for the payment to Clifford and $50,000 for an earlier payment to Red Finch he said he still hadn’t been reimbursed for. The sum was then doubled to $360,000 to account for taxes, and then Weisselberg added $60,000 to supplement Cohen’s bonus.

Prosecutors had claimed Weisselberg’s “grossing up” the figures for tax purposes was evidence he intended to conceal reimbursement as income, satisfying the elements of the crime.

Weisselberg, currently serving a five-month prison sentence for perjury in a separate case, did not testify.

Jurors were told to expect a long day when they come back from the Memorial Day long weekend.

On Tuesday, prosecutors will sum up their case by reminding jurors of what they believe is the most compelling evidence. Beyond Cohen’s and Clifford’s testimonies, most witnesses were called for to authenticate records like call logs, texts, and emails, which were then entered into evidence.

But for the defense, especially having called only two witnesses, this will be a key moment to present their own narrative.

Defense attorneys are expected to argue that nothing criminal occurred as non-disclosure agreements are legal, as is the payment of an attorney for legal services, and that influencing an election through lawful means cannot be a crime.

They will not be allowed to offer their interpretation of the statutes invoked in the prosecutors’ novel legal theory, as it is the judge’s job to instruct the jury on how to interpret the law.

But, they can be expected to try to poke as many holes they can find in the evidence prosecutors presented, arguing the district attorney failed to meet the burden of proving Trump had any intent to defraud.

These summations should take up the better part of the day, and the judge expects his instructions to last an hour.

Then it is up to the jury to deliberate. They will have as long as they need, but if the 12 jurors cannot come to a unanimous verdict, the result is a mistrial.
