   Didn’t you read the fine print??? Those weren’t “taxes.” They’re just fees and penalties and expenses and such, but definitely NOT “taxes!”

     And you’re oh so right, Rose, that the O admin said at first that the IRS thing was a “penalty”, not a “tax.” But then a judge said if so, the case should continue in the courts, because no court has ever ruled if the govt has the right to require anyone to purchase a product.

     I read recently the Zero’s legal beagles switched tactics by deciding that, ‘oh wait they ARE taxes, but the courts have no say in this, because Congress has a Constitutional Right To Levy Taxes!”
