Wow! I loved the photos, and yours, too, Chrissy. This is a fun snarky Grudge. I have been sick, and busy, and a good friend died Christmas Day, so I will be busy again this week helping the family. I won’t be around much, but I will read when I can and be thinking about all of you.

Ting,you are as dear a friend as I have in the world.I’m offering up prayers for you and your friends’ family.We lost an uncle one Christmas eve to a heart attack.I think of him every year.We don’t always understand the Lord’s will,we just have to call on our faith in Him to accept it and find peace in time.Just know you are loved.

Awww, thanks, Pete. I lost an uncle on Christmas Eve, too, in 1971. I can hardly believe that was 40 years ago. He had 4 sons, and his wife gave birth to the 5th son in August of 1972. Mr. Ting and I were seniors in high school then, and the way he stuck by me that Christmas made me realize that he was The One – loyal, steadfast, supportive. It was the best decision that I have ever made.
