Sorry … I can’t get this URL to heat up or work right. If you go to the addy above, it will tell you “The page you requested does not exist. For your convenience, a search was performed using the query bridging gap hell you.” The top choice is the article. And its URL is precisely what I posted. Oy.

One thought about this. The article by Bishop David A. Zubik begins, “It is really hard to believe that it happened. It comes like a slap in the face.”

“It is really hard to believe” ????? Seriously!?

Dear Bishop, where have you BEEN all these years?! Barack Obama BLOCKED legislation in the Illinois Senate that would have provided medical assistance and comfort care to live-born abortion survivors.

How is it surprising that a man who wouldn’t give so much as a BLANKET to a dying NEWBORN would violate the conscience rights of millions of Americans?

If you’re interested in this subject, this is a must read:

“The administration claims there is a religious exemption in the mandate, but the bishops say it is so narrow that it fails to cover the vast majority of faith-based organizations, including Catholic hospitals, universities and service organizations that help millions every year. “Ironically,” they say, “not even Jesus & his disciples would have qualified”…”

We’ve known for a very long time that this is a cold, unfeeling monster with a visceral disdain for children, save his own.He considers himself above the law,the constitution, the very country. He carries a giant chip on his shoulder and dares someone to knock it off.The IRS,DOJ and media whores stand ready to protect and defend the Magic Negro.
    I’ve just about had it.

  3. Obviously, we’ve been talking about this at church, as well, and I’ve been reading about it online, but what really bothers me is…why should any employer, religious or otherwise, be required, by law, to provide 100% coverage for birth control for their employees? That’s taking health care a little too far!

I just sent out six of these on cardstock. Dearest queried our local pastor and he wrote back that the whole cluster (bunch of rural parishes that work together) will be addressed about this forcefully on Sunday and the pastors will be making a petition available to sign.
