As someone who has had nothing but trouble with my Iphone ever since I got it (dropped calls are constant), I can kinda see why she is upset. I have been to the Apple store in my town so many times, and they never fixed it. When I got to Utah for vacation, I had a phone that would not even hold a charge, and had to wait three days til I got to Salt Lake City because there is only one Apple store in the whole state. (at least we had a peaceful time hiking Zion). Finally I got a nice Mormon young man, who found the problem, and patiently answered all my questions, something the store in my town would never do.
But I still have lousy reception.
