COVID-19: On Monday, a federal judge upheld Indiana University’s vaccine mandate which requires students, faculty, and staff to take an experimental COVID-19 jab as a condition of attending classes or maintaining employment at the institution.

The university is presenting the students with a difficult choice — get the vaccine or else apply for an exemption or deferral, transfer to a different school, or forego schools for the semester altogether. But, this hard choice doesn’t amount to coercion,” the judge said.

VIRGINIA: On Thursday, the Russell County school board voted 7-0 to reject the radical gender guidelines being pushed by the state’s Department of Education. The rejected policy says schools should “accept a student’s assertion of their gender identity without requiring any particular substantiating evidence, including diagnosis, treatment, or legal documents.”
