ABORTION: An Oklahoma abortionist with a history of malpractice claims has retired after 46 years of killing babies and maiming their mothers. His office is now occupied by a medical office providing legitimate health care instead of abortions. Praise God!

My fave comment: “If his security missed the opportunity to radio “we have a shit-uation!” I’m gonna be disappointed.”
Also, the dictionary says “shart” is “vulgar slang. An instance of accidentally expelling faeces when breaking wind.” Oh, I get it. It’s a portmanteau (two words combined to make a new word). I learn something new every day.
PATHOLOGICAL HYPOCRISY: Steve Hilton [3:27] – Just when you thought Democrats’ hypocrisy couldn’t sink any lower.

One response to “Bits & Bytes”
prior to the 20202 election — Not the first time I’ve seen this type of tyop, and I’ve done it myself (but caught it in time) several times. World is anxious to get to 2022, methinks!
Top vid was very moving. I’m certainly no great scholar of scripture (especially the OT) or religious history, but from what I’ve picked up…
One of the reasons Jesus was not accepted by his people in his day was that he didn’t fit their ideas of the Messiah. There were different ideas of who the Messiah would be, what Messiah would do. A divine being, some thought. A human prophet, some thought. Born as a human baby but also divine was not on the checklist. (Hence, those folks saying, wait, y’all, he can’t be the one — we know this guy, where he grew up, who his family is.)
Also, of course, in Roman-occupied Israel, many looked forward to the worldly-powerful Messiah, using their enemies as footstools and all that. When Jesus so impressively rejected that crown, the hungry thousands he had just miraculously fed turned away from him. Certainly they didn’t want a Messiah who would let himself be caught, tortured, and murdered unjustly.
Too few, then or now, can look past prejudices and see the reality of Christ.
