CHICOMS: On Feb. 26, 2021, police busted in on two women reading the teachings of Falun Gong, ransacked the place and arrested both of the women. One of the them, Jiang Shumei, 67, has been diagnosed with breast cancer. The police refused to grant her a medical parole.
Falun Gong, also known as Falun Dafa, is a meditative practice based on the tenets of truthfulness, compassion, and forbearance.
