COLLEGE SCAM: From 2004 to 2024, college completions in the U.S. rose by 54% while entry-level jobs suitable for new graduates grew by just 42%. Even worse, from 2014 to 2024, computer and information sciences graduates rose by 110%, while entry-level openings in these field grew by 6%. At this point, about 40% of college grads under 30 are carrying an average of $30K in student loan debt, with nearly 43% of them working at jobs that only require a high school diploma.

SLEEP: There are three types of sleep patterns: monophasic (one long nighttime sleep, typically 7–9 hours), polyphasic (three or more shorter sleeps throughout the day and night), and biphasic (two sleeps of 3-5 hours each). Within biphasic, there are different types, including “siesta” style (daytime nap + longer core sleep at night) and “segmented” (two roughly equal sleep periods at night, with a wakeful interval in between.
In pre-industrial societies and widespread use of electric lights, biphasic sleeping was common. The siesta style suited people who napped during the hottest part of the day, while people in cooler areas would go to bed early, wake naturally in the middle of the night for an hour or two, then return to sleep. During that 2-hour window, people would pray, have sex, read, write, think, and connect with their families. Some of the greatest works in human history were reportedly created in what some called “The God Hours.”
Experiments have shown that, when people have a minimum of artificial light, they naturally shift to biphasic sleeping. Both research and anecdotal reports suggest that biphasic sleep reduces fatigue, lower stress levels, and improves memory, concentration, creativity, and mood. It depends on what works best for your body and your schedule. The main things are to be consistent in when and how long you sleep and to get 7-9 hours of sleep in total.

TOLERANCE: William Scott Kelly, one of the lefties who stormed the church in Minneapolis in January, incited another leftist Minneapolis mob on Saturday. This time, the target was a Hispanic female named Savanah Hernandez who reports for Turning Point USA.
She says she went to film and report on a protest outside Whipple ICE Detention Center in Minneapolis. WOKE LEFT: Years ago, we managed a small apartment building. One of the tenants once bitched that we were “making money hand over fist.” I asked how he figured that and he said he had multiplied his rent by the six units in the building. I quoted all the monthly expenses, starting with the ginormous first mortgage for buying the place, the less substantial second mortgage for the new roof, upgraded insulation, replacement furnace, and storm windows, which the old building just plain needed, plus new locks and fire alarm system that new laws had required. IF every unit was rented and every tenant paid in full, we netted $100 profit … which we put into improvements like fresh paint, sanding and varnishing wooden floors, installing better mail boxes, hiding the trash cans behind lattice, planting bushes, trees, and flowers for the yard, and putting carpet in his living room, because his downstairs neighbor said he walked too loud. He said, “Oh.”
