BABYLON BEE: President Donald Trump announced on Tuesday that after declaring the Strait of Hormuz an official U.S. territory, it had immediately been filled by a floating Trump golf course.
Trump unveiled the blueprints for several championship multi-hole golf courses to be constructed in the Strait, which were to be built alongside a floating luxury resort. Sources reported that Trump had tentatively named the resort “Mar-a-Hormuz.”

CANNABIS: A study entitled, “Myocardial Infarction and Cardiovascular Risks Associated With Cannabis Use” was published last year in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology. It revealed that cannabis use “appears to pose a substantial and independent risk for [adverse cardiovascular events, including MI, ischemic stroke, HF, and mortality], even in a population without traditional cardiovascular risk factors.”

COVID COVER-UP: One of Fauci’s senior advisers at NIAID has pleaded guilty to conspiracy in exchange for prosecutors dropping four other charges. Dr. David Morens admits he worked to defraud the United States by obstructing FOIA requests in an effort to protect Peter Daszak, who helped funnel money from NIAID to gain-of-function researchers in Wuhan, China. Morens is due to be sentenced in November.

MAHA: If you sit for most of your working day, the most useful thing I can hand you isn’t an hour in a gym, it’s a five minute movement snack you can drop right into the middle of it.
Set a timer, and for five minutes cycle gently through three moves. Stand up and sit back down from your chair ten times, slow and controlled. Then ten press-ups against the wall or the edge of a desk. Then twenty calf raises, up onto your toes and down, holding the desk if you need the balance. Round and round until the timer goes.
It takes almost nothing, but it breaks the long sit into pieces, gets the big muscles in your legs pulling sugar out of your blood, and wakes your head up far better than another coffee would.

SCIENCE: Studies have linked sugary drinks with higher rates of liver, breast and colorectal cancers. Now, a new study shows that those who consume one or more sugary drinks per day are almost two and a half times as likely to develop gastric cancer as those who consume fewer than one per month.
According to my 5-second Google search, “Approximately 60% of U.S. adults’ calorie consumption comes from ultra-processed foods, which includes items like soda. This trend indicates a significant overlap between soda consumption and the intake of ultra-processed foods.” [emphasis added]
