SWALWELL: Newly declassified FBI files show that the FBI knew Rep. Eric Swalwell’s mistress, Fang Fang (aka, “Christine” Fang), was tied to China’s Ministry of State Security (MSS), Beijing’s notorious intelligence service and that her parents were MSS agents. They knew she was raising money for California Democrats and was willing to use sex as a means of getting ahead in the world of U.S. politics. Instead of prosecuting her, they tried to recruit her as a double agent. She fled the country.
Prosecutor Jack Smith, who would later pursue Donald Trump on criminal charges, declined to prosecute her lover, then-Rep. Eric Swalwell, despite the FBI having evidence the Democrat congressman had accepted illegal donations from Fang and placed her interns in Congress.
