Justice Kennedy Retiring

Just this morning Democrats were whining about how McConnell “stole” the chance for Obama to permanently tilt the court far left. Kennedy was the deciding vote two days ago ruling that President Trump has the authority to ban travel from certain countries. Getting another Justice of Gorsuch’s caliber would send them into apoplexy. Gonna be a hot summer.

Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy announced he will be retiring from the bench at the end of July.

The Mob Mentality

The democrats are not a political party. They are nothing but a well-funded mob. They encourage it, nurture it, and live off of it. They seek to enforce their will and violence is their stock in trade.

Rep. Maxine Waters calls on #TheResistance to find and confront Trump admin officials

“You get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them, and you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere.”

By Any Means Necessary

The socialist assclown who has cost the NFL billions in lost viewership with his racist anti-American antics is looking to get a piece of the action.

Colin Kaepernick’s Legal Team Expected To Pursue Trump Testimony In Grievance Case

Colin Kaepernick’s legal team is reportedly expected to seek federal subpoenas in the next few weeks in order to get President Trump and Vice President Mike Pence, among possible others, to testify in the quarterback’s grievance case against the NFL.

Kaepernick’s lawyers hope to dive into the White House’s political involvement with the league during the quarterback’s free agency and the league’s handling of player protests, Yahoo Sports reported Thursday, citing sources with knowledge of the collusion case.

Get Donald Trump!

Trump fails for the third time to stop the Summer Zervos defamation lawsuit

The New York Court Appeals denied Donald Trump’s motion to dismiss the Summer Zervos defamation lawsuit against him. This is the third time the president has tried and failed to get the case tossed or delayed, reports ABC News.
Thursday’s decision allows discovery in the case to move forward — something that Trump‘s legal team likely fears because it could force the president to testify about his treatment of women, among other things, under oath.

A Slippery Slope

Make no mistake. From the minute Jeff Sessions ceded investigative authority to Rod Rosenstein to appoint political assassin Robert Mueller, the goal was not to find Russian collusion with the Trump campaign, it was to hide the genuine collusion with Clinton’s. Mueller will not end this inquisition until he forces a constitutional crisis, probably in 2019 by trying to subpoena the president. It will go to SCOTUS where Trump will win a 5-4 decision. In the interim, the media will redefine “feeding frenzy.” He’ll have help from an army of Trump haters.

The Final Sellout

In a final betrayal of the party he was never really a part of, Paul Ryan seems to have convinced the president to approve a modified version of DACA. They can pretend this amnesty has limits, but we all know the party is owned by the Chamber of Commerce who covets the cheap labor. This would cost them their majority in Congress and be the effective end of the Trump presidency as he would be assailed with phony criminal charges until the end of his service. Hope they think it’s worth it. Continue reading

What Did You Expect?

Those of you who fantasize about any corrupt Democrat ever paying any kind of price for their crimes need a reality check. They behave the way they do because they know that even if they’re caught, nothing will happen to them. Only Republicans get punished.

Bottom line: Democrats got the narrative they wanted, that the FBI was not motivated by politics in exonerating Hillary, and that Comey made serious errors of judgment in his October 2016 disclosure to Congress. Yet the details show strong anti-Trump bias pervaded the FBI people involved. Continue reading
