About that Syria thing

According to Twitter, the First Nobel Peace Prize winner is kicking the tires on a 3rd war.

Oh that’s reassuring as hell to this military mom. NOT.

Big phew that someone of the monumental stature of Jose Canseco is giving policy advice to his bff Barack. My guess … Barack actually reads Twitter. We know he doesn’t read his intelligence reports or attend intelligence briefings. So yeah … Canseco probably has the Presidential Ear … or should I say Blackberry. Can you read tweets on a Blackberry?

  • Tweet – Oh good, I was worried @JoseCanseco would have no interest in foreign policy.
  • Tweet – Yeah. And they’re so like coherent or something.

2013_06 13 Jose Canseco advises POTUS

  • Tweet – Yeah…President of the United States…take foreign police advice from Jose Canseco. Best. Idea. Ever.
  • Tweet – Hope POTUS waits until the more level-headed Dennis Rodman has had a chance to weigh in.

I admit. I had to google José Canseco. He’s a Cuban-American former Major League Baseball guy. Well, golly. He’s an athlete and COOBAN and hyphenated. Clearly, he totally knows all about important foreign policy stuff. He also appears to either have Multiple Personality Disorder or somebody else who trades off using his Twitter account. Did you notice how the “hey buddy” tweets are violent while the “Mr. President” tweets are conciliatory? Weird!

Iowahawk thinks we should send Syrian rebels pistol-shaped Pop Tarts.

Yeah, that’ll work. It’ll be a lot cheaper than what we’re sending them now! Plus we know how über scary anything that is kinda sorta shaped like a gun is … bubble-making toys … finger spelling signs for the letters G and H … the state of Idaho.

Obama as Lightbringer

2013_06 WH photo deifies Obama

Their blasphemy started a long time ago.

EXCERPT FROM “Spiritual wise ones say Obama is an enlightened being, a Lightbringer” – June 6, 2008

http://www.sfgate.com/entertainment/morford/article/Is-Obama-an-enlightened-being-Spiritual-wise-2544395.php

Many spiritually advanced people I know (not coweringly religious, mind you, but deeply spiritual) identify Obama as a Lightworker, that rare kind of attuned being who has the ability to lead us not merely to new foreign policies or health care plans or whatnot, but who can actually help usher in a new way of being on the planet, of relating and connecting and engaging with this bizarre earthly experiment. These kinds of people actually help us evolve. They are philosophers and peacemakers of a very high order, and they speak not just to reason or emotion, but to the soul.

[CtH: Did you catch the snarky “coweringly religious” reference to the real Christians who bow their heads and bend their knees? PRIDE is the name of their game, just like it is the name of Satan’s game.]

  • Tweets:
  • Is the “H” for ‘Hussein’ or ‘Hellspawn’?
  • Can’t wait for the stained glass version.
  • Q: What’s the difference between Obama and God?
    • A: God doesn’t think he is Obama.

EXCERPTS from “What are your religious beliefs?” interview with then-State Senator Barack Obama in March 27, 2004

Full transcript @ http://www.wanttoknow.info/008/obama_religious_beliefs_views

GG: What do you believe?

OBAMA: I am a Christian. So, I have a deep faith. I draw from the Christian faith. On the other hand, I was born in Hawaii where obviously there are a lot of Eastern influences. I lived in Indonesia, the largest Muslim country in the world, between the ages of six and 10. My father was from Kenya, and although he was probably most accurately labeled an agnostic, his father was Muslim. And I’d say, probably, intellectually I’ve drawn as much from Judaism as any other faith. So, I’m rooted in the Christian tradition. I believe that there are many paths to the same place. I was raised mostly by my mother. She was a Christian. We’d go to church for Easter. And I’d say, probably, intellectually I’ve drawn as much from Judaism as any other faith.

[CtH: Riiiiiiiiight. He’s a Christian who draws from Christian faith with a lot of Eastern influences like Muslim and agnostic and his mother dragged him to church once a year sometimes, so that made her a Christian too. Plus he’s like so Jewish. And he doesn’t believe Hindus go to Hell, plus Gandhi was one of his heroes. Did he miss any bases in the Liberal Litany of Meaningless Spiritual Tolerance? Bowing to Gaia maybe?]

GG: Do you consider yourself born again?

OBAMA: Yeah, although I’m suspicious of dogma and a big believer in tolerance.

[CtH: IOW, no he’s not born again.]

GG: Do you pray often?

OBAMA: Uh, yeah, I guess I do. It’s not formal, me getting on my knees. I have an ongoing conversation with God. Throughout the day I’m constantly asking myself questions about what I’m doing, why am I doing it.

[CtH: His “ongoing conversation with God” consists of him asking himself what he’s doing and why he’s doing it. Who is “god” in this scenario?!]

GG: Who’s Jesus to you?

(He laughs nervously)

OBAMA: Right. Jesus is an historical figure for me. And he’s also a wonderful teacher. I think it’s important for all of us, of whatever faith, to have teachers in the flesh and also teachers in history.

[CtH: Laughs nervously. Ahem. Real Christians get choked up when asked about Our Lord and Savior. Nervous laughter means what I said before … he’s no kind of real Christian. The essence of Christianity is believing that Jesus is the Son of God who died for our sins and rose on the third day.]

GG: Is Jesus someone who you feel you have a regular connection with now, a personal connection with in your life?

OBAMA: Yes. I think some of the things I talked about earlier are channeled through my Christian faith and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

[CtH: How can anyone have a “personal relationship” with “an historical figure”?]

GG: Do you read the Bible, take time for meditation, prayer, spiritual reading?

OBAMA: I don’t have much time for reading or reflection.

GG: Do you believe in heaven?

OBAMA: Do I believe in the harps and clouds and wings?

GG: A place spiritually you go to after you die?

OBAMA: What I believe in is that if I live my life as well as I can, I will be rewarded. I don’t presume to have knowledge of what happens after I die. But I feel very strongly that whether the reward is in the here and now or in the hereafter, aligning myself to my faith and my values is a good thing.

When I tuck in my daughters at night and I feel like I’ve been a good father to them, and I see in them that I am transferring values that I got from my mother, and that they’re kind people and that they’re honest people and they’re curious people, that’s a little piece of heaven.

[CtH: Nice touch about tucking in his daughters. Too bad he wasn’t actually living with them at the time … or before they were born … or after they were born. For eleven years, he lived on his own and the girls lived with their mom. They only started play-acting happy family when they moved to the White House.]

GG: Do you believe in sin?

OBAMA: Yes.

GG: What is sin?

OBAMA: Being out of alignment with my values.

GG: What happens if you have sin in your life?

OBAMA: I think it’s the same thing as the question about heaven. If I’m true to myself and my faith, that is its own reward. When I’m not true to it, that’s its own punishment.

[CtH: This crap passes muster with Leftists, including the Christians-In-Name-Only who use their churches as social welfare agencies and community organizing clubs, not as hospitals for the spiritually weak and sinful. Any real Christian will see clearly that Obama believes in Obama and not much else. Little wonder he is so comfortable with his followers deifying him and with his own constant lying, slandering, race-baiting and cutting of spending where it will hurt Republicans, because of “sequester” … all the while increasing his own salary, throwing splashy parties for his supporters, and taking extravagant trips and vacations at taxpayers’ expense. He makes up his morality as he goes. What “aligns” with his values at any given moment – i.e., what gets him what he wants right now – is morally justified, because he is his own god and there is no other before him.]

If the Founding Founders were here today …

… methinks they would be inclined to demand a paternity test. Or maternity test. Or DNA test. Whatever.

2013_06 13 Founding Founders page screenshot

The White House posted a new website containing papers of the “founding founders” @ http://www.whitehouse.gov/blog/2013/06/13/papers-founding-founders-are-now-online

The title on the page itself has been corrected to read “Founding Fathers”, but last I checked, the URL was still as above.

And, in case you thought it was just a typo, think again. President Obama used the phrase in a speech he gave June 7, 2010, at Ford’s Theatre, Washington, D.C.

“… the spirit of our Founding Founders did more than just create a nation …”

Tweeters had fun!

  • Must. Not. Credit. Patriarchy.
  • For the Founding Founders, necessity was the inventor of invention.
  • Obama is the Floundering Father.
  • ‏The Founding Founders wrote the Constitution after the Revolutionary Kinetic Military Action.
  • I don’t get the sense that Martha Washington, Dolly Madison, Abigail Adams et al would be offended by the phrase “Founding Fathers.”
  • Glad Obama found the papers of the Founding Founders that details all their foundering.
  • Founding Persons? Founding Parents? Founding Partners?
  • You can’t use Parents. That would be insensitive to childless couples.
  • Plain ol’ “Founders” would’ve worked fine, you dumbasses. Sheesh.
  • The WH changed it to Fathers. NSA prolly told ’em they were being mocked on Twitter.
  • These people are losing their minds.
  • They didn’t have minds to lose.
  • I feel they cannot get stupider. But I could be wrong.
  • Next they will photoshop womyn into the paintings and womyn’s names into the Declaration.
  • Yes. That will come at the same time they delete all references to the Almighty from every historical document.

If you support Obama, you are not a Christian

Rep. John Fleming (R-LA) passed an amendment in the House Armed Services Committee protecting religious speech of service members in the military.

President Barack Obama says if it passes the full House and Senate, he will veto it.

In other words, Obama WANTS his appointees and officers free to dictate to chaplains what prayers, religious teachings and spiritual counseling they are permitted to offer and free to forbid soldiers from mentioning Jesus during a prayer or having a Bible on their desks.

No higher power

For four years Barack Obama has waged an unparalleled and largely undocumented by the mainstream media attack on the religious liberties of Christians in the United States. From cutting funding for religious schools to assaulting the Catholic Church, Obama has made his agenda clear.

Consider just one rich comparison. He left the words “endowed by their Creator” out of his speech when quoting the Declaration of Independence,  then ended a speech condemning all efforts to limit abortion in any way (by 42 states no less!) with “God bless you, Planned Parenthood.”

I’ve never come right out and said this before, but I think this latest public statement to veto any attempt to protect the religious freedom of military members makes it just over-the-top clear to me. If you support Obama, you are not a Christian.

You can call yourself whatever you want. It doesn’t mean God will recognize you at judgment. “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father in heaven.” Matthew 7:21

Obama vs Bush Approvals

Remember how Obama ran as the “Not Bush” candidate and how he got the Nobel Peace Prize after 11 whole days sitting in the Oval Office being Not Bush and how Obama et al. are STILL blaming Bush for everything anybody doesn’t like?

Given all that … I just think the latest GALLUP polls for the two are too funny!

Best line: “Maybe people are opposed to Obamacare because it’s no damn good.” LOL!!

Have you noticed how it’s only OBAMA’s supporters who are obsessed with his SKIN color? Dontcha think if he had done anything GOOD during his years in office, they’d be talking about THAT stuff, not harping on how much melanin he has?  It’s because he’s been such a total EPIC FAILURE that they have to keep playing that raggedy old RAAAAACISM card.

Sinful

The Internal Revenue Service spent MILLIONS of taxpayer dollars on its 2010 conference. The budget included mega bucks for CRAP like event planners’ commissions, speakers’ fees, prizes and parody videos.

IRS vs Military

A group committed to defending traditional marriage has proof the IRS leaked their donor list to groups committed to legalizing gay marriage. Some donors to groups supporting traditional marriage have received death threats and envelopes containing a powdery white substance, and their businesses have been boycotted.

iowahawk tweets – The IRS still has its defenders. And Charles Manson still has groupies.

Yeah.

At the hearings, Congressman Jim McDermott blamed the victims for being targeted by the IRS. Paul Ryan cleared the air. Video embedded @ http://www.ijreview.com/2013/06/57020-paul-ryan-hammers-jim-mcdermott-for-blaming-irs-scandal-on-tea-party/

Oh snap!

In September of 2011, Stephanie Cutter became Obama’s deputy campaign manager. During the 2012 campaign, she served as Obama’s attack dog. You may have seen some of the many YouTube videos she made to slander Romney, the Tea Party and other Republican candidates.

During this key period of “get Obama re-elected” time, the now-former IRS Commissioner Douglas Shulman visited the White House a record-breaking number of times.

Allegedly, the purpose of all this hob-nobbing at the White House was the “non-political” implementation of the “It’s not a Tax, oh wait, yes it is” regulation of everyone’s health insurance plans via the oh-so-reasonable and people-friendly Internal Revenue Service.

(That would be the agency wherein Americans are guilty unless they can prove themselves innocent and sometimes not even then.)

Except … oh snap … Stephanie Cutter was at these allegedly “non-political” meetings.

Tea Party bashing IRS head’s wife is Leftie activist

Remember when Fancy Nancy tried to blame Bush for the IRS scandal, cuz IRS head Doug Shulman had been appointed by Bush?

I mentioned earlier that Shulman is a Democrat who had donated to Democrats when Bush ran for re-election, so imagine my surprise (not) to learn that his wife, Susan L. Anderson, is not just a Democrat, but a flaming left-wing activist.

Keep in mind that:

NO left-wing nonprofits were investigated by the IRS, only right-wing. In fact, leftie groups got their nonprofit status rushed through with five-star service. In some cases, they were even given retroactive status to help with past tax issues.

IRS chief Shulman has visited the White House 157 times. His predecessor, under Bush, visited once. But I’m so sure we should totes believe him when he says nothing nefarious was going on during all his numerous schmoozy pow-wows. Cuz like, he’s a liberal and they never lie. Right?

And I’m so sure it means NUTHINK that IRS guys WIFE is the senior program advisor for the Washington-based nonprofit organization Public Campaign, which is funded by the Ford Foundation, Common Cause Education Fund, The Streisand Foundation, AFL-CIO, AFSCME, SEIU, and Move On, which is funded by George Soros. Oh, and their office is on the same floor as Common Cause and the Center for Progressive Leadership. But you know … no biggie, right?

And really … just cuz she hangs out at and encourages others to come participate in Occupy protests …

2011_12 06 IRS head's wife pimping for Occupy

… and the Obama campaign organization, Obama for America

2012_11 04 IRS head's wife worked for OFA

… and talked smack about Karl Rove’s American Crossroads, the group whose confidential documents were leaked by the IRS to the left-wing group ProPublica.

2012_11 09 IRS head's wife smacks Rove

… nothing to see here, folks! There’s no evidence that Anderson improperly influenced her husband, Shulman, who was a George W. Bush appointee. So CLEARLY, if the IRS did something bad, it was Bush’s Fault.

NEVER MIND that IRS guy’s wife, Susan L. Anderson, was a PROLIFIC tweeter up until May 12, 2013 ….. when ….. ummm … what was it happened around then?

Didja catch her twitter handle … @slandersonwdc. SLANDER? Really? What a shock. Not.
