The Fox News Poll is conducted under the joint direction of Anderson Robbins Research (D) and Shaw & Company Research (R). The poll was conducted by telephone with live interviewers October 10-12, 2015 among a random national sample of 1,004 registered voters (RV). Results based on the full sample have a margin of sampling error of plus or minus three percentage points.
The Democrat 2016presidential candidates are all white, with one female.
When Debbie Wasserman-Schultzwas asked about this, she said, “We are the party of diversity. The Republicans are essentially the party of a monolithic view that is narrow-minded.”
The GOP 2016 presidential candidates include a black man (Ben Carson); a woman (Carly Fiorina); an Hispanic (Ted Cruz); a Cuban American (Marco Rubio); and an Indian-American (Bobby Jindal).
This cartoon reminds me of Obama’s line, “There are neighborhoods where it’s easier for you to buy a handgun and clips than it is for you to buy a fresh vegetable.”
The neighborhoods he refersto are all in the ghettos that fester in Democrat-run cities. And the guns are illegal.
GOP: Feed and exercise your body, mind and spirit properly and you will be happy.
DEM: If The Man isn’t giving you everything you want, get a gun and take it.

Comments Off on The P.I.G. to the Presidential Debates
The Chicago Cubs have called Wrigley Field home since 1918. (To the intellectually challenged, that was the year we defeated the Huns and a year before the infamous Black Sox scandal.) Up until last night they had never won a championship of any kind in that venerated shrine. While they still must face either the Dodgers or the Mets in a best-of-seven series for the National League pennant, a feat they last accomplished in 1945, to advance to the World Series, which they last won in 1908, hope still springs eternal.
The Cubs are the team that can make October belong to baseball again
October used to be baseball’s domain, the time when the rest of the sporting world understood its second-fiddle status. Football owns the month now, the vise grip of the NFL and the allure of college unrelenting, unbreakable save for the one trump card baseball can play.
WAS THERE ANYTHING ELSE GOING ON LAST NIGHT?
OH, YEAH.
AS IOWAHAWK PUT IT, BASEBALL ON TBS, SOFTBALL ON CNN.
I watched the game, as most people in these parts did, but I happened to switch over to CNN for about 30 seconds. My string of bad luck unbroken, it was when a doddering old Communist shouted: ‘We’re sick and tired of hearing about your e-mails!’
That moment settled for all time this was a Hillary coronation. The crowd, especially the press, went wild. Hillary agreed with him and shook his hand, satisfied he’d done his job.
The catch line was so effective that a man who works at our depot came in this morning and parroted the line and exclaimed he didn’t want to hear any more about it. I said nothing, content in the fact I have a battery-operated fish in my closet that has a higher I.Q. than he does.
I would not torture you with the entire debate and there weren’t many short clips available on youtube. At least not yet.
I did find one with the high (?) points of last night’s snooze fest. Much more to come in the comments.
Van Jones: Black Lives Matter won this debate.
CNN focus group: Bernie won, we need a little more socialism.
The Debate Lesson: America Now Has an Openly Socialist Partyby Jim Geraghty – October 13, 2015
Sure, this batch of candidates sounded like a bunch of loons. They contended socialism is mostly about standing up to the richest one percent and promoting entrepreneurs and small business; climate change is the biggest national security threat facing the nation; college educations should be free for everyone; all lives don’t matter, black lives do; Obama is simultaneously an enormously successful president in managing the economy and the middle class is collapsing and there’s a need for a “New New Deal” which is in fact an Old Old Idea, considering how FDR called for a Second New Deal in 1935. The audience in Nevada applauded higher taxes, believes that Hillary Clinton doesn’t need to answer any more questions, supports the complete shutdown of the NSA domestic surveillance program, and that Obamacare benefits should be extended to illegal immigrants. There are kindergarten classes with more realistic assessments of cost-benefit tradeoffs than the crowd watching this debate at the Wynn Las Vegas.
LAS VEGAS! The city made famous by Benjamin “Bugsy” Seigle and Elvis Presley. The City That Never Sleeps. The bright lights of the strip. The gourmet buffets. Hookers that offer room service. Tonight’s fight will be bigger than Mayweather-Paquiao. Blood feud! The drama! The drinks will flow and the blood will spill!
Actually it’s just a bunch of old liberals engaging in a useless snoozefest to take up time before the Empress-In-Waiting can be officially crowned. It’s like a b-grade movie where everybody plays their part but we all know the ending. CNN enjoyed their highest ratings in history hosting the Republican debate. I see no possible way the viewing audience will extend beyond political pundits for this debacle. Our routine is having supper then watching programs on DVR that come on after our bedtime. So I’ll have to watch for the reviews on Wednesday.
Five Things to Watch for in Tuesday’s Democratic Debate
WHAT HAPPENS IN VEGAS STAYS IN VEGAS
When Hillary Clinton takes the stage at the first Democratic primary debate in Las Vegas Tuesday night, it won’t be the coronation her campaign hoped for earlier this year. With her claim to the throne undermined by a slow-burning e-mail scandal, the proper line of succession is in doubt and the pretenders are sharpening their swords. Whether those swords will draw blood remains an open question. Though Clinton’s dominant lead has shriveled, she remains the Democratic front-runner and commands the loyalty of her party’s elite. The insurgent who

CNN will host the first Democratic-Socialist debate on Tuesday night in Las Vegas.
Socialist Bernie Sanders and Democrat Hillary Clinton will do battle to see who can spend more of your money on their pet government programs.
I’m not rooting for anybody. I just want to see what they have to say. There’s a lot of bad ideas out there. But I want to see what they have to say. I think it’s going to be interesting to see. There are three of them who registered very low. But I think it will be very interesting for about the first ten minutes.
I HAVE NEVER WAVERED FROM MY OPINION THAT HILLARY WILL WIN THE NOMINATION AND ULTIMATELY BE THE SUCCESSOR TO EMPEROR OBAMA.
THERE’S ONE REASON: WE’VE BEEN OUTNUMBERED
Or, I should say, they oppose these bans for pain-capable HUMAN fetuses.
Unborn puppies and kittens are another issue entirely.
Human gestation is 38 weeks from conception to the usual point of natural birth.
Human pregnancy is usually calculated as 40 weeks, because it starts with the first day of the last menstrual period which is usually 14 days before ovulation and conception.
Thirty percent of 38 weeks is 11.4 weeks (+2 LMP) = 13.4 weeks of pregnancy.
Pain-capable abortion ban legislation is currently focused on fetuses at or past 20 weeks of pregnancy.
This translates to a full month laterthan when it is recommended that unborn puppies and kittens be afforded a PAIN-FREE method of euthanasia.
The recommended and most common methods for euthanizing unborn humans include poison, stabbing, crushing and forceful dismemberment (i.e., twisting and tearing arms and legs off one at a time).
Where are all the “compassionate” Democrats demanding the same type of humane, pain-free euthanasia for unborn humans that we require for unborn puppies and kittens?
Democrats have tried to claim that the GOP-led Senate is dragging its feet on Obama judicial nominations. Senator Grassley demonstrated that’s a crock of donkey doo.
