If you just got back to the states after 6 months in Borneo studying the endangered Orangutan, you may not have heard that the grand jury did not find the evidence to charge Ofc. Darren Wilson in the permanent neutering of a large mountain gorilla. The decision had been anticipated for weeks and all the usual suspects were primed to get their holiday shopping done.
I watched part of the carnage on Fox News when one reporter showed a young,shirtless primate using a baseball bat to smash the window of a McDonald’s before somebody yelled to hit the Ferguson Meat and Liquor store. He ran off,bat in hand,in high hopes to get some steaks for his mama and some liquor for himself. A CNN reporter was hit in the head with a rock, Mike Tobin from Fox had a tear gas grenade go off next to him, and a thug smashed a Fox News camera worth more than the asshole’s last two cars.
All this time I’m thinking: where’s the National Guard and the armored vehicles? Turns out the mayor of St. Louis begged for them,but Eric Holder told Gov. Nixon not to allow them in. He’d rather see buildings burn and property destroyed because it suits their racist cause. The police were not allowed to do much except fire some tear gas and let the rabble loot to their hearts’ content. Firemen called in to fight the fires that blazed all over were summarily shot at. I have a few things I bookmarked this morning but by now they’re probably not relevant any longer.
A horde of “protesters” broke into the Auto Zone store and, since everything there related to actual work, nothing was taken. They just trashed the place then set it afire as ‘justice for St. Swisher.’

The streets near Ferguson were literally on fire Thursday night with protesters chanting for the death of Officer Darren Wilson, the cop who fatally shot Michael Brown. In the Shaw neighborhood for a second night, they vandalized homes, committed assaults, blocked traffic and threw knives at police. This is hot on the heels ofthe shooting of a black teen with a lengthy criminal record on Wednesday.
Police say felon Vonderrit D. Myers fired three shots at a white officer before being shot and killed. Myers’ parents maintain that he was unarmed at the time of the shooting but Myers’ had a felony gun conviction on his record and was wearing an ankle monitor while a stolen 9mm Ruger was found at the scene.

On Wednesday 18 year-old Vonderrit Myers, Jr. was shot dead by a police officer in St. Louis City Wednesday night. Myers, Jr. reportedly shot at the officer three times during a chase before he was gunned down.

Bassem Masri, who describes himself as a “Contra Reporter Palestinan/American Activist/Journalist Reporting on the ground in Ferguson,MO, Part of the Non-Violent Resistance to End Aparthied[sic] in Palestine”. He is verbally abusive to the police, at one point yelling at one, “What the heck are you doing in this neighborhood, white boy?” and at another point even asking a cop, “What would you do if we took your gun” as he leads the crowd surrounding the officers. At one point, he also reportedly spit on an officer, and says “I’m praying for your death”.
This abuse is not at all unusual, as those familiar with Occupy and other leftist protests have seen in the past. The point is to goad the police, so they can then use and film the reaction, and then use that reaction for more fodder for protest and lawsuits.
But just more of the alliance/melding of the left and Muslim extremists on parade, working to undermine.
They reportedly targeted small businesses who “were hit hard by violence–violence committed (mostly) by out of town agitators, criminals, vandals, and hooligans.”
Why? Because, Bill Hennessy (one of the members who participated) writes, “you can’t change the world in your living room.”
Hennessy wrote about his experience in Ferguson and how their presence made residents rethink their preconceived notions of the tea party:
A gentleman (my age) in the salon (husband?) asked who we were with. I told him “St. Louis Tea Party.”
“Tea party?” he said. “You bad boys,” and chuckled. Then he looked at me, very serious. He said, “The tea party came up here to do this?”
“Oh, yeah,” I said. “we don’t want to see Ferguson go south.”
He laughed. And he looked at me. Then he was quiet, lost in thought for a minute. When he came out of it, he was like our best friend. Laughing, giving us crap about stuff, telling stories. He admitted baseball can be like “watching grass grow.”
In that moment of reflection, I’m sure he was trying to reconcile “tea party” with what he was seeing–four white people, ages 18 to 50, laughing, spending money, empathizing.
The Emmy Awards were presented last night. I couldn’t care less. A bunch of overpaid actors with inflated egos all congratulating each other on their tres tres coolness. Brown’s funeral yesterday,as expected,turned into something akin to a racial pep rally reminiscent of the Paul Wellstone memorial. The New Black Panthers were replaced by Screwy Louie Farrakhan and his Nation of Antisemites brigade. There will be enormous pressure on the District Attorney and the grand jury to indict Officer Wilson,regardless of what the evidence shows. I can foresee the media,ever helpful,tracing the DA to his home so picketers can visit him. Nothing short of conviction and public execution will assuage the mob,if only (very)momentarily.

According to the Washington Post, a looter in Ferguson, Missouri, expressed pride and admiration for looters and said their actions are justified.
