With every passing day I become more and more repulsed by the way a once-proud nation has degenerated to the point I can hardly read a headline without some level of nausea. I had fully planned to stop posting altogether, except for posting images. The week Chrissy was sick I posted what I thought was some pretty good stuff. For days, there was no evidence that there was anybody around but myself. This site has meant an awful lot to me. I’ve made lasting friends who have been there through times thin and flush. Conversations were once lively and fun. Now it seems there’s an echo of emptiness. I will try to continue as I can, but time will tell for how long.

Perhaps it is fortuitous that this is God’s day and there’s nobody around. There has been a storm brewing for a very long time, instigated by that America-hating racial agitator who once lived in Chicago but is now a nomad, staying wherever he can squat on someone else’s property. It blew up yesterday when people legally obtained a permit to march in Charlottesville to protest the destruction of our history and demonstrate they were sick and tired of being blamed for all the atrocities perpetrated by the far left and their mindless henchmen to whom violence is a way of life.

Former (thank God) president Barack Obama made no attempt to hide his utter contempt for both the military and police officers. Mobs funded by George Soros wrought havoc every time a criminal tried to kill a cop and ended up losing. Things changed January 20th. I Am So Pissed Off

The chances of my posting every day are getting more and more slim.One would think that being immersed in the perversity and filth that is the state of affairs would make one inured to the depravity that society has devolved into.I think of a time when people were not so quick to condemn anyone with an opposing point of view.We had morals,we did the right thing just because it was what we were taught.We worked hard;anybody taking handouts was a bum and women got married before they had kids.I have found myself retreating more and more into a shell,only coming out to spend time with my family or on the water with friends.Reading about the atrocities occurring on a daily basis it takes a lot to get me upset.It happened Saturday night,although it wasn’t reported until yesterday.

I must apologize for letting my anger and frustration get away from me.There was no word of this on the radio this morning and I’d bet anything the media will not ever mention it,since the killer was black and the victim was white.The muslim will probably get a citation and the white relatives will be left with nothing but bitterness.

The thing about being retired is that Friday has no real significance and we’re generally happy on Monday. We have the freedom to do whatever we want without asking permission. Miss Olivia pitched her first game last night and RJ has his first Pony League Tournament game tonight. I just wish the rain hadn’t swollen the river over flood stage so we can’t get the boat in yet. Problems, problems.

Trump nominates round of district court judges

President Trump unveiled a round of 11 judicial nominees Thursday for openings on district courts across the country.

Trump announced his intent to fill openings on district courts in Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina and Oklahoma.

As of July 13, there were 108 current vacancies on district courts with six nominees pending, according to the Administrative Office of the United States Courts’ website.

Good Cops Saving Lives

Photo: Some of the weapons and ammo found a mere 47 mi south of Casa Hyphen when police executed search warrants on the properties of Ramadan Abdullah, 64.

The cache included four loaded handguns, eight assault weapons, 64 high-capacity ammunition feeding devices, one loaded shotgun, two rifles, thousands of rounds of ammunition, including .50 caliber armor piercing incendiary rounds, numerous firearm parts, and flak jackets.

Abdullah has been charged with multiple felonies and is behind bars awaiting arraignment.  State Police said they are investigating with federal authorities to determine if he is connected to any terror groups.
