An associate professor at University of California-Santa Barbara is facing vandalism, battery and robbery charges after stealing a sign from a Pro-Life display, then shoving the young women who tried to get her to give it back.
Her college web page says she teaches about “Pornography; Sex Work; Black Film, Popular Culture and Art; Feminist & Queer Theory; African American & African Diaspora Studies; Visual Archives; New Media; Ethnography; Oral History.”

Two surgical abortion clinics in Texas and one in Florida are CLOSING PERMANENTLY!
“We are on track to see another great year. Every time an abortion clinic closes, lives are saved because women have a greater opportunity to seek other means of coping with the challenges they face. This is great news for women and their babies,” said Troy Newman, President of Operation Rescue.
MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow bemoaned closings, calling abortionists “heroes.” Is she out of her teeny tiny mind?

In his recent blog “I am afraid of this indisputable pro-choice argument”, Matt Walsh responds to an email that claims to blow his Pro-Life position out of the water.
Rachel emailed to him, “If you had the guts or the brains you’d try to respond to the most important abortion rights argument … bodily autonomy or bodily integrity. This means that we have the final jurisdiction over our own bodies. … A fetus must survive on a woman’s body so the woman has a right to withdrawal her consent and her body at any time. This is the pro-choice argument that no anti-choice fanatic … especially one as stubborn and simpleminded as you … could ever possibly dispute.”
Matt responds with ten points that are so logical and clear, I must only refer you to the original. To whet your appetite, here is a quick sample of his snarky wit and his ten talking points:
Dear Rachel,
You’re right. You win. I have no response. I can’t think of any reason why you’re wrong about any of the points you raised.
Well, I can’t think of any reason — except for, like, ten reasons.
- Relationships are relevant.
- Situations are relevant.
- Your own argument defeats itself.
- Natural order matters.
- Withdrawing life support is nothing like actively killing a healthy unborn child.
- You must allow pregnant women to do whatever they please, no matter how it may harm her unborn child.
- You must allow abortion at every stage of development.
- You must allow people to abandon or murder any child that makes unpleasant demands on them.
- You must allow a range of other offensive and dangerous behaviors, like men who want to masturbate in front of chilren at a playground.
- We are not autonomous beings. We live in a complex society that requires us to use our bodies in many ways. If you concede that we ought to be expected or even required to do certain things, then you are placing limits on our bodily autonomy.
If you place limits on our bodily autonomy, then you are admitting that limits can be placed on our bodily autonomy. Personally, I think that abortion goes well beyond the limits on bodily autonomy, for all of the reasons I’ve previously stipulated.

During the last two weeks, the LifeNews website has brought international attention to the link between the Girl Scouts and its support for Pro-Abortion groups and individuals and to the national boycott of Girl Scouts cookies sponsored by Pro-Life groups.
The other day, Brian Crawford, an executive with Girl Scouts USA, wrote a nasty letter to LifeNews demanding they stop lying and stating a date by which LifeNews must guarantee the Girl Scouts it “will comply with our demand.”
(Brian? GSUSA has guys at the helm? I thought this group was all about promoting FEMALE leadership. Whatev. Read more about what Brian does for GSUSA below.)
Typical liberal, right? So proud of their Progressive position that when someone points it out to the sheeple, their natural response is to kill the messenger.
BUT the links between the Girl Scouts and abortion advocacy are many and long-standing.
ABOUT THE COOKIES
Cookie sales are a MAJOR source of income for GSUSA, which makes millions of dollars each year through licensing fees paid by the company that bakes Girl Scout cookies. The baker, of course, builds that cost into the wholesale price of the cookies the girls buy to sell door-to-door.
Cookie sales are the MAIN source of income for the 315 Girl Scout councils in the United States. In a national survey, seventeen councils reported they did have a relationship with Planned Parenthood and its affiliates, while 49 reported they did not have such a relationship. The other 249 refused to disclose one way or the other.
Cookies sales are likely the ONLY source of income for the troops of the girls who go door-to-door selling. They get to keep about 15%. Maybe it would be more to the point to offer to help fund a local troop activity directly. It would certainly involve fewer calories.
Brian Crawford’s JOB at GSUSA is to watchdog “Trademarks and Licensing” for the Girl Scouts of America. Besides writing very firm letters to web sites that expose the Girl Scouts’ connection to the Progressive’s Sluts and Abortion agenda, he also scours eBay and other sites for any sniff of anybody selling or reselling anything Girl Scout without his permission. I’m thinking this means, “Without giving GSUSA their cut.” Among other things, he’s earned his keep for GSUSA by preventing the willy nilly selling of cookies on YouTube by actual Girl Scouts, as well as forced eBay to ban all selling of unopened cookies and/or ANY type of genuine GS memorabilia. Nice, Brian. Real nice.

Yup. That’s what this woman says … in all seriousness. The kid might have some kind of PROBLEM, like colic or a learning disability, so yeah, way better to slaughter it before it gets in the way of your selfish “It’s All About Me!” lifestyle.
Of course, as she does NOT mention, if you are not ready to be a parent, there is always adoption. But whoa, STRETCH MARKS. Can’t have that. Right? I mean LEFT … cuz this is THE defining issue in politics.
