The National Urban League (NUL) received a federal Health Navigator Grant from the Department of Health and Human Services in August 2013.

  • The current president and CEO of National Urban League (NUL) is Marc Morial.
  • Morial was appointed by Obama to sit on the President’s Advisory Council on Financial Capability in 2012.
  • Morial’s wife, Michelle Miller, is a CBS News correspondent and occasional substitute news anchor.

In early August, Gov. Bob Jindal (R-La.) exposed the lack of training required to become a navigator, the flimsy background checks for those hired, and the massive potential for identity theft.

“The ‘navigators’ will be required to take only 20 hours of online course training, which will apparently make them experts on the 1,000 page ObamaCare bill,” Jindal wrote in an op-ed published on Fox News. “To make matters worse, these ‘navigators’ are going to have access to all kinds of personal information that will make the whole program ripe for fraud.”

Last week, during the Senate Finance Committee hearing, Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius admitted there was no federal requirement for navigators to undergo a criminal background check before being hired and gaining access to applicants’ personal information.

When Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) asked her to clarify if a “convicted felon could be a navigator and could acquire sensitive personal information from an individual unbeknownst to them?”, Sebelius admitted, “This is possible.”

O’Keefe’s latest

It was A-OK for the Journal News to publish the names and addresses of law-abiding gun owners. But not one of these journalists was willing to announce to criminals that their homes are gun-free zones. In fact, three of the homes had armed guards and two others calls the cops who are, you know, armed.

The gun permit map was a gift to criminals, letting them know which homes were unprotected and which ones might have firearms to steal. Lives and property were endangered, all so these hypocrites could gin up fear and outrage. But when pressed, these hypocritical liberals refused to subject themselves to the same risks.

Well done, Project Veritas!

James O’Keefe is at it again!

(I love that guy!)

Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe is best known for his devastating 2009 “pimp and prostitute” undercover video exposé of ACORN. He has since scored many other hidden-camera scoops, including a recent video of a Democrat campaign operative plotting vote fraud.

His latest project has been to ask prominent anti-gun individuals, particularly journalists, to put this sign on their lawn. Project Veritas put one up across the street from one of their targets as a decoy; somebody driving by snapped a pic and posted it on Facebook, where it has gone viral.

This home is proudly gun free

As for the chest-beaters who claim guns are so eeeeeeeeeeevil, they should be outlawed and the 2d Amendment overturned? They not only didn’t want no stinkin’ sign, but oh my … they had ARMED guards protecting their homes.

Green Jobs funding BS

Undercover reporters posing as “Earth Supply and Renewal” — group dedicated to digging holes and filling them back in, meet with Labor Bosses, NY Legislator, and former NY Assemblyman, who tell them how to secure funding for “Bullshit” Green jobs.

John Hutchings, member of the Broome County legislature, told the undercover reporters posing as “Earth Supply and Renewal” his opinion on taxpayer-funded grant contracts; “You know the Green Jobs — Green NY, between us, a lot of it is bullsh*t.”

Anthony Tocci, business manager for Local 601, tells Earth Supply and Renewal “You just wanna (sic) get the money. Then you figure out afterwards” Former NY assemblyman Ron Tocci is also featured laughing about the irony of the company’s services: “One thing about it, it’s shovel ready.”

CtH: The way I learned it, World War II got us out of the Great Depression, with real jobs making real stuff. FDR’s BS jobs welfare programs prolonged the misery. Obama’s “recovery” is second only to FDR’s for how long and slow it is.

Why is it that Dead People only vote for Democrats?

On January 10th, 2012, Project Veritas reporters walked into New Hampshire Polling Locations during the Presidential Primaries, saying dead people’s names. We stated the name of a dead person we got from the NH obituaries.

The names of the deceased were both Registered Republican and Democrats And in almost every case, saying a dead person’s name, we were handed a ballot to cast a vote.

We used no misrepresentation and no false pretenses. in fact, in almost every case, we insisted we show ID and they insisted that we vote without showing ID.

On the eve of the primary in South Carolina, the Obama administration is invalidating a law requiring voters in South Carolina to present photo ID.

Naturally, Attorney General Eric Holder invoked the race card to justify his stance.

I have been vocal in pointing out that ACORN is back and also involved in these efforts.

Fortunately, South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley is promising to fight back.
