DAILY PRAYER: Dear Lord, As we begin this season of Advent, may our hearts be filled with the hope that comes from knowing Your promises are true. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

AUTOPEN: On Friday, President Donald Trump announced that he is revoking all executive orders that were signed with an autopen under President Joe Biden “because the people who operated the Autopen did so illegally.” According to Trump, 92% of documents signed by Biden were done so with the autopen.

BORDER: On Thursday, President Trump announced on social media: “I will permanently pause migration from all Third World Countries to allow the U.S. system to fully recover, terminate all of the millions of Biden illegal admissions, including those signed by Sleepy Joe Biden’s Autopen, and remove anyone who is not a net asset to the United States, or is incapable of loving our Country, end all Federal benefits and subsidies to noncitizens of our Country, denaturalize migrants who undermine domestic tranquility, and deport any Foreign National who is a public charge, security risk, or non-compatible with Western Civilization.”

A total or near-total shutdown of immigration has been enforced many times throughout U.S. history, most recently during COVID-19, but also during the Spanish Flu pandemic, the Great Depression, World War II, and in the months following the September 11, 2001 attacks.

Reality Check One: When President Trump took office in January 2025, the average price of electricity was $0.179/kwh. It is currently $0.188/kwh, which is a 5% increase, not an 11% increase.

Reality Check Two: The graph shows a 31.5% increase in past due utility balances during the final three years of Biden’s term, plus the first, partial year under Trump.

Reality Check Three: When Trump left office in January 2020, the average price of electricity was $0.136/kwh. When he returned to office after Biden, it was $0.179, representing a 31.6% increase under President Biden.

EDUCATION: The University of California, San Diego (UCSD) gives placement tests to incoming freshmen. In 2016, the placement test identified fewer than 100 students (~1% of the class) needed to take a remedial math class before they could start college level math. CALI: The Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) has officially announced plans to scrap its Next Generation 911 (NG911) system after spending over $450 million on development and partial rollout. This decision follows years of delays, technical failures, and operational issues that made the system unreliable for emergency use. The state is pivoting to a new statewide model, similar to those adopted in other states, with full implementation now projected for 2030 or later. This could add hundreds of millions more in costs to taxpayers. NG911 joins a pattern of other expensive and high-profile California project failures, like the DMV database overhaul and ongoing high-speed rail overruns.

MINNESOTA: Recent data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (2023) shows that 1 in 16 Somali 4-year-olds in the state has been diagnosed with autism, compared to 1 in 53 overall for non-Somali children. Earlier reports from the Minnesota Department of Health noted rates as high as 1 in 21 for Somali children versus 1 in 44 statewide.

In September 2025, a 28-year-old Minneapolis woman of Somali descent was charged in a $14 million scheme where providers allegedly issued fake autism diagnoses to children, billed Medicaid for unnecessary services, and pocketed kickbacks. Prosecutors allege some defrauded funds (from autism and housing scams) were wired to Somalia to support Al-Shabaab, a terrorist group. This is part of a broader probe into Minnesota’s welfare fraud, described as one of the largest in U.S. history, with millions potentially funneled overseas.

This, say the scientists, would inundate parts of many heavily populated river deltas and the cities on them, making them uninhabitable, and would destroy many beaches around the world. At the most likely rate of rise, some experts say, most of the beaches on the East Coast of the United States would be gone in 25 years. DEREK CHAUVIN: Derek Chauvin’s attorney has filed new petition alleging prosecutorial misconduct. More than 50 former and current officers have provided sworn declarations stating that the technique used by Derek Chauvin and the other Minneapolis police officers involved in the arrest of George Floyd was part of MPD training.

Autopsy reports showed both that Floyd had suffered no life-threatening injuries, but was high on potentially lethal amounts of fentanyl and methamphetamine. He also had chronic health issues that suggest the man was dying before the police arrived. IMO, Chauvin was lynched.

People like this lure in migrants with job offers, then take their passports. While they work for tiny wages and lousy living conditions, the masters live in mansions. ELECTION FRAUD: In 2023, Grammy-winning rapper Prakazrel “Pras” Michel of The Fugees was convicted on 10 felonies for his role in funneling $120 million in illegal campaign contributions to the Obama campaign in 2012. On Friday, he was sentenced to 14 years in prison.

GOVERNMENT WASTE: The Department of Education is closing its in-house health clinic. Despite the fact that it only served patients between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., it cost almost half a million dollars per year to operate. In 2024, it provided a mere 267 services to a measly total of 60 patients. Services were noted individually, not by visit, so a single individual coming in for a flu shot would receive multiple services. On the vast majority of days, no services were rendered.

NEWSOM: Gavin posted this on X with the caption, “Happy birthday, President @JoeBiden! We miss having a president who has physical stamina — and a functioning brain.” Two minutes after this photo was taken, Biden fell off his bike. [8:04] – I was curious about the dissent he refers to and managed to find it (see link below). In it, Jerry E. Smith, Circuit Judge, refers to “the pernicious judicial misbehavior of U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Vincent Brown”, who wrote the majority opinion. “In my 37 years on the federal bench, this is the most outrageous conduct by a judge that I have ever encountered in a case in which I have been involved. … Any pretense of judicial restraint, good faith, or trust by these two judges is gone. … The main winners from Judge Brown’s opinion are George Soros and Gavin Newsom. EPSTEIN: President Trump has signed into law the bipartisan “Epstein Files Transparency Act” which orders the Department of Justice to release “in a searchable and downloadable format all unclassified records, documents, communications, and investigative materials” tied to Epstein no later than 30 days following the bill’s enactment.

The measure prohibits the Justice Department from withholding, delaying, or redacting records for political and reputational reasons. However, the department is allowed to withhold records that identify the victims; consist of child sexual abuse material; jeopardize an ongoing federal investigation or prosecution; or depict images of death, physical abuse, or injury of any person.

EVERYDAY HEROES: Registered Nurse Katrina Mullen (45) helped care for Shariya Small (14) when she delivered triplets at only 26 weeks gestation in 2020. The triplets Serenitee, Samari, and Sarayah, spent more than five months in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis.

Despite being a single mom with three kids at home, Mullen tried to form a connection with Small for months, eventually learning the young mother was completely on her own. Mullen followed through after the babies were discharged, right up until Social Services determined Small was unable to care for the babies.

She took all four into her home, jumped through the state’s hoops to become a registered foster parent, and in time, legally adopting Shariya and becoming the triplets’ grandmother. Shariya has now graduated from high school, is looking at colleges, and hopes to become a social worker.

“I’m so proud to be Shariya’s mom,” Mullen said. “She just amazes me every day. When she’s frustrated with the babies, she never raises her voice. She’s just blossoming into this incredible woman.”

One point he makes is somewhat deceptive. Right after saying they’ve raised $1 million so far, he says the average donation has been around $77 per donor. He then says that’s a lot lower than the last administration. This is true. But it also begs a question.

Eric Adams’ TIE received an average of $1,000 each from 884 donors, which was a bit under ONE million. In 2013, Bill de Blasio’s TIE raised an average of $2,392 from 820 donors, which was a bit under TWO million.

So why does Mamdani the Socialist need FOUR million?!

They had a track that ran through the two pine trees and the maple tree in between. I got the clearest view when they ran to the end of a bare maple branch and flew off it on to a pine branch. It looked like they ran to the trunk, then turned around and went back, flying across the gap again, then into the maple branches and around into the pine tree by the shed. I think they were just enjoying the beautiful day as much as I was! ❤

Plaskett’s office confirmed the exchange but described it as routine constituent outreach.

VIRGINIA: Ibraheem Samirah (34) has been convicted of wire fraud for using the COVID Paycheck Protection Program in May 2020 for personal gain. He has been sentenced to three years of probation and has been ordered to pay $88,000 in restitution. Samirah, a Democrat and former Virginia state lawmaker, gained national attention in 2019 for heckling Trump during a speech in Jamestown.
