DAILY PRAYER: Dear Lord, Please grant Pope Francis eternal rest. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

100 DAYS: Translation from Left-ese into Reality-ese — Judges who broke the law are facing consequences; illegals are being deported for being here illegally … just like they were under Clinton and Biden; history that was rewritten by Progressive is being restored; libraries are being curated to provide materials appropriate to community standards; universities that support anti-Semitism and terrorism are losing taxpayer-funded grants they had no right to in the first place; bloated government agencies and budgets are being cut back so we don’t go bankrupt; Biden created a government office to monitor conservative social media posts; countries often give child bonuses when the birth rate drops too low; there are no new threats of wars; Obama, who got a Nobel Peace Prize for not being George Bush, started multiple new wars; everybody rips us off, demands we provide aid and military support, and badmouths us for being who we are, so who cares if we demand a little equity and courtesy in return?

BORDER: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said thousands of illegal immigrants have registered on the CBP Home app to self-deport, and that those who have not yet done so will face consequences.

CATHOLIC: [9:10] – Father David Michael Moses reviews The Conclave. He includes the comments of a Catholic cardinal who participated in the last conclave and saw the movie. I think I’ll give this movie a miss.

EDUCATION: It’s interesting how they went from demanding evolution and creationism be taught as theories to demanding creationism be eliminated entirely. They’re so indoctrinated they won’t even listen to how different Intelligent Design is from biblical creationism.

HYPOCRITE: Schumer is shooting off his mouth about the arrests of two judges for aiding criminal illegal aliens saying “President Trump and the DOJ can’t just arrest judges at will.” IMO, judges should be held to a higher standard than anybody! Plus, I don’t remember Schumer being bothered about a former U.S. president being arrested, booked, fingerprinted, photographed, and held against his will inside a cold court room during campaign season.

MILITARY: The Army has surpassed its 2025 recruiting goal six months early.

MORE HYPOCRISY: The people supporting trans activism are the same people who loudly object to white people wearing braids.

SANTOS: They said he was a liar. Now he’s going to prison. – George Santos is one of only six congressmen and the first Republican to ever be expelled from the House of Representatives. The first three, all Democrats, were expelled back in 1861 for fighting for the Confederacy.

The fourth, Michael J. Myers (also Democrat), was expelled in 1980 and later imprisoned for conspiracy to commit bribery, defraud the U.S., receipt of illegal gratuities, obstruction of justice, filing false tax returns, and racketeering

The fifth, yet another Democrat, was James A. Traficant who was expelled in 2002 after being convicted of 10 felony counts, including taking bribes, filing false tax returns, racketeering, and forcing his congressional staff to perform chores at his farm in Ohio and houseboat in Washington, D.C. He served a 7-year prison sentence.

Republican George Santos was expelled in 2023 and federally indicted on 23 counts including wire fraud, money laundering, stealing public funds, lying on Federal financial disclosure forms to the House of Representatives, aggravated identity theft, and making false statements to the Federal Election Commission. As part of a plea deal, Santos has agreed to pay roughly $580,000 in penalties in addition to serving a seven-year prison sentence.

STUDENT LOANS: Leftists want people who’ve defaulted on student loan debt to pull their money out of major banks and put it into credit unions. Supposedly, this will “cripple” banks and inspire them to pressure the Trump administration. How much $$$ do people who can’t afford to make payments on their student loans even have?? Unless, of course, they aren’t paying their loans because Biden kept telling them they didn’t need to …

UK: The nation’s Supreme Court just ruled that sex is biological. But never mind that. The London Marathon is allowing males to run in female categories.

WISCONSIN: Judge Hannah Dugan has been arrested for taking extraordinary and allegedly illegal steps to thwart police from taking a past deportee into custody. The illegal in question, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, was charged with domestic violence in mid-March; the case was assigned to Dugan. He was deported in 2013; there is no evidence he returned legally.

Democrats claim to be the party that defends women’s rights. So why are they now picking men-who-say-they’re-women over real women and illegal aliens over the women they beat up, rape, and murder?

GRAMMY NOTES: Haiku posted at Facebook Haiku Society by James Grundy – My favorite thing about haiku is where the first two lines create an image and/or mood and the third line takes it in an unexpected direction. This is a lovely example.

1/ Trump: Consumer prices dropping, energy costs down, country making $2B daily from tariffs. “We’re fixing trade deals that should’ve been addressed decades ago. America is finally demanding respect.”

2/ Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth: Signed agreements securing Panama Canal with US military presence. Troops returning to former bases to counter Chinese influence that grew under previous admins.

3/ Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick: Countries lining up to negotiate after tariff announcements. Gold Card program launches within a week—potential citizenship pathway previously undisclosed.

4/ Education Secretary Linda McMahon: Holding back $400M from Columbia, $8B from Harvard over campus anti-Semitism. Meeting with governors to return education control to states.

5/ EPA’s Lee Zeldin: Canceled $22B in grants, launching “largest deregulatory action in history.” Goal: Lower home heating costs, make cars affordable, approve new power plants.

6/ Transport Secretary Sean Duffy: America must rebuild shipbuilding industry to be a global power. Stripping “green” and “social justice” requirements from infrastructure to focus on actual roads and bridges.

7/ Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins: Tariffs will help farmers struggling with 30% cost increases. Working with RFK Jr to revamp food stamps—USDA’s biggest program—while removing “DEI elements.”

8/ Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent: Managing trade queue with 75+ countries bringing “their best offers.” Successfully handling debt ceiling increase in budget bill. Emphasized shifting focus from Wall Street to Main Street.

10/ Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer: Uncovered massive fraud—$400M in bogus unemployment payments. Money went to 25,000 “people” over 115 years old and 10,000 not yet born. Returning billions to Treasury.

11/ DHS Secretary Kristi Noem: The second month of record-low border crossings. Implementing a self-deportation program with a path to return legally. Special provisions coming for farm workers. “We have 21 million people who need to go home, because they’re here breaking our laws.”

12/ DOGE leader Elon Musk: Identified $150B in government waste. Trump Gold Card operational within a week—appears linked to the immigration system mentioned earlier.

13/ DNI Tulsi Gabbard: Found evidence voting machines vulnerable to hacking, pushing for paper ballots. Bombshell: Releasing RFK and MLK assassination documents within days.

14/ SBA Administrator Kelly Loeffler: Modified loan applications to require citizenship verification and date of birth. Reinstated $450M in fees that were previously waived under the Biden administration.

DAILY PRAYER: Lorelai is a relative of a relative. I’ll keep you posted as much as possible about her progress.

AFFORDABLE HEALTH CARE: It’s too often true that the name Democrats give their bills tell us the opposite of what its provisions do if they are made into law. According to a new report by CBS News, “Health care is so expensive that 31 million U.S. adults, or 12%, had to borrow a total of $74 billion last year to obtain medical care, new data shows. That includes people with health insurance, making such numbers even more troubling.”

AIR: There are reasons why air crews should not be DEI’d by gender. Pilots should be predominantly male, because they are better at spatial awareness and single-mindedness; flight attendants should be predominantly female, because we are better at nurturing and multi-tasking.

AL GREEN: The House voted 224-198 to censure Texas Rep. Al Green for disrupting President Trump’s address to Congress by yelling and angrily shaking his cane. Security guards had to forcibly remove Green and 10 Democrats rightfully joined Republicans in the vote to censure.

But then the corrupt Democrats decided to sing “We Shall Overcome” to show their support for Green’s bad behavior. That song is about overcoming violence via peaceful protest. The second verse says, “We’ll walk hand in hand.” The third verse says, “We will live in peace.”

Breitbart says 80% of speech viewers polled also disapproved of his behavior. The Dems’ own John Fetterman (PA) called his colleagues put on “a sad cavalcade of self owns and unhinged petulance” that only made “Trump look more presidential and restrained.”

CATHOLIC: ❤ this!

DEMS: CLICK https://www.facebook.com/reel/2054254008329453 for a quick explanation of why these same people are so very angry at Elon Musk.

MILITARY: I’m glad they caught these turds … but very sad they were my kids’ fellow soldiers!

SECRET SERVICE: I checked. This is true.

SHAMEFUL: “Democrats are so angry with Trump, you’d think he showered with his daughter and laundered money with his crackhead son.” – Mila Joy on X

TENNESSEE: Congressman Steve Cohen (D) has been representing the 9th district since 2007. The district has voted Democratic in every congressional race since 1974.

TRANS: A new study published in the Oxford Academic Journal of Sexual Medicine shows that individuals suffering from gender dysphoria who received so-called gender affirming surgery suffered significantly higher rates of depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and substance use afterwards than those who did not receive such surgery.

UKRAINE: CLICK https://www.facebook.com/reel/744803567615249 to hear how Zelenskyy is using the Communist’s playbook to squelch democracy.

GRAMMY NOTES: Forty-five years married … we think of our union as a 3-legged stool. He’s one leg; I’m another; God is the third. To keep it balanced and strong, we need to keep things balanced and equal. What Father says about self-sacrifice is, in our model, just God’s leg getting its fair share.

ANIMAL TORTURE: On Feb. 6, the House Committee on Oversight and Reform held a hearing entitled “Transgender Lab Rats and Poisoned Puppies: Oversight of Taxpayer Funded Animal Cruelty.” Justin Goodman of the White Coat Waste Project (WCW) watchdog group reported on the millions taxpayers have spent on “transgender animal testing.” One guess who authorized 95% of this demonic activity.

“In a lot of these cases, they involve mice, rats, monkeys, who are being surgically mutilated and subjected to hormone therapies to mimic female to male or male to female gender transitions, gender-affirming hormone therapies, and then looking at the biological, psychological and physiological effects of the gender transitions, looking at the effects of taking vaccines after you’ve transitioned these animals from male to female or female to male, looking at the size of their genitals changing after you’ve put them on estrogen or testosterone therapies to transition them.”

Goodman said the WCW estimates that more than $20 billion has been spent on ineffective animal research. Rep. Mace (R-SC) noted, “We spent over $1 million to find out if female rats receiving testosterone therapy were more likely to overdose on a date rape drug. That’s what your taxpayer dollars were being spent on.”

BORDER: [10:07] – The estimated social benefit cost to each illegal is $130,000. And the Dems said that spending $5 billion to finish building Trump’s wall would be too expensive. “President Trump is committed to safeguarding Federal public benefits for American citizens who are truly in need, including individuals with disabilities and veterans,” a White House fact sheet on the executive order said.

Re: rebate – I’m all for paying down debt. But I’ve also got a molar that could really use 5 grand.

HIRED/FIRED: The Senate has approved Howard Lutnick, Trump’s choice to head up the Commerce Department. Lutnick is a staunch supporter of Trump’s economic policies.

KANSAS: God bless the Kansas state Republicans who, on Tuesday, voted 31-9 in the state Senate and 85-34 in the state House to override the veto their woke governor slapped on the “Help Not Harm Act.” The new law bans doctors from performing transgender surgeries on minors or putting them on cross-sex hormones and puberty blockers. Kansas is now the 27th state to legislate gender protections for minors.

ROB SCHNEIDER: [2:08:57] – CLICK https://www.youtube.com/shorts/h5XQlrLT8qo to hear a clip from his interview with Tucker Carlson. I am listening to the interview now.

UPDATE: YouTube censored the section about COVID vaccines. You can watch the full interview @ https://tuckercarlson.com/tucker-show-rob-schneider.

GRAMMY NOTES: I was pondering what a “sacrifice of praise” means to me and was reminded of a story I heard once. A devout pastor was struggling with depression after his daughter lost her leg to cancer. When he asked a colleague for help, the man said, “Praise God.” The depressed pastor said his spiritual life was totally dry and he didn’t feel any joy or love or gratitude etc. The colleague said, “Praise Him anyway. It’s not about your feelings. It’s about the fact that God is good in all things and through all things.” I learned from that how to be grateful and praise God even on my worst days.

DAILY PRAYER: O Lord, enlighten our hearts that evil desires are darkened and send down Thy grace to help us glorify Thee. In Jesus’ Name, we pray. Amen.

DOGE: The Biden administration gave $2.5 million of our money to 24 schools to finance a 10-week long “intervention” designed to help LGBTQ-identifying youth “cope with the effects of minority stress.”

We’ve also been stuck with paying $53 million to maintain a super yacht we confiscated from a Russian oligarch, just in case it has to be given back.

RACISM vs. GREENISM: I am always amused to see self-righteous activist lefties expose their insane hypocrisies. The RAAAACISM idjits in Loudon County should read the tags on their clothes. Cotton is the most common and least expensive natural fiber we have available to us. But, since it costs more than its usual substitute, polyester (which is primarily made from petroleum-derived chemicals), it is something of a luxury fiber.

TEXAS: CLICK https://x.com/Mericamemed/status/1871759376543084750 [:37] to see the awesome holiday greeting from the mayor of Garland. LOL!!

USA: [3:49] – Joe Biden signed a bill into law designating the bald eagle as our national bird. And here I thought the founders did that some time after telling Ben Franklin it was NOT going to be the turkey.

GRAMMY NOTES: Let it be known that, on Christmas Day of this year, I played what may be the BEST GAME OF SWEET SHUFFLE EVER!

DAILY PRAYER: Dear Lord, Thank You for the experiences and moments that have shaped me. Help me to learn from my mistakes and to grow in wisdom and understanding. Let me see Your hand at work in my life so I will be better able to trust in Your plan for my future. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

AIR TRAVEL: CLICK https://www.youtube.com/shorts/tnpjwJ3hcfY to learn something maybe you did not know either.

CATHOLIC: This year, the Feast of the Immaculate Conception will be celebrated on Monday, December 9, rather than December 8 which falls on the Second Sunday of Advent. This feast is a holy day of obligation, meaning Catholics are required to attend Mass on Sunday and Monday this week.

DEI: The University of Michigan has announced that it will no longer require diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) statements for faculty hiring, promotion, and tenure decisions.

DOGE: In October, a Senate report revealed that only 6% of the government’s workers are showing up in person every day. The report added that this has caused an increase of people slacking on the job, including bureaucrats being “found in a bubble bath, on the golf course, running their own business, and even getting busted doing crime while on taxpayers’ time.” The report further noted that this has resulted in “service backlogs and delays, unanswered phone calls and emails, and no-show appointments.” Meanwhile, taxpayers are spending nearly $16 billion a year on empty office buildings.

MELANIA: [14:34] – She gave Fox News her first post-election interview.

OBAMA: CLICK https://x.com/JesseBWatters/status/1865209518742999117 [2:58 ] to hear BHO project his disappointment at the failure of the Democrats to “lock in a permanent grip on power.”

PRAYERS NEEDED: Phil Robertson has been suffering from a disorder that leaves him barely able to walk from place to place in his home without shouting from the pain. In addition, he has entered the early stages of Alzheimer’s.

PRESIDENTIAL PARDONS: [10:43] – Civics Review gives a history lesson on this odd constitutional power the framers gave to POTUS and strongly suggests Biden’s pardon of his biological son goes beyond what those men felt was appropriate.

TRANS: A doctor celebrated as “America’s best-known practitioner of youth gender medicine” is being sued for medical negligence by Kaya Clementine Breen. Included in the suit are the therapist she referred Breen to, the surgeon who removed Breen’s breasts, and other medical professionals involved in rushing Breen through procedures that have deeply and negatively impacted her future.

The suit notes that, in addition to confusion about her gender, Breen presented with “anxiety, depression, autism, undiagnosed post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), potential bipolarism, … psychosis (including audio and visual hallucinations), panic attacks, and paranoia. Her family also has a lengthy history of mental health issues. She needed psychotherapy to evaluate, assess, and treat her complex co-morbid mental health symptoms.

She didn’t get these things. “Instead, she was fast-tracked onto the conveyor belt of irreversibly damaging puberty blockers (age 12), cross-sex hormones (age 13), and [a double mastectomy] (age 14).”

VAXXX: Remember when the FDA claimed it would need up to 75 years to process and release the documents they used to give emergency authorization for the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine? Well, Judge Mark Pittman of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas said, and I paraphrase, “Screw that. You’ve got til June 30, 2025.”

The FDA claimed it could not possibly have found the time to photocopy or copy/paste these files on to a hard drive at a rate of more than 500 pages per month. So how the hell did they manage to digest all the data they contain in the few short weeks they had them before issuing the Emergency Use Authorization that resulted in people being mandated/coerced/shamed into injecting them into their bodies or fired/jailed/ostracized for refusing them?!

GRAMMY NOTES: I really enjoyed this drawing exercise from https://www.lanagloschatart.com/products/communities/thecolorclub/home. The challenge was to use only one red, one yellow, and one blue colored pencil. BTW, the paper is taped to the smooth back side of a glass cutting board that I evicted from my kitchen, because it dulled my knives. It’s a very handy drawing board and sometimes I like to use the pebbly side for the texture.

He has been critical of the way the FBI operates and says he wants to relocate the bureau’s headquarters to somewhere to outside the Beltway.

MILITARY: “There is no doubt that women can serve in the military and make great contributions to success on the battlefield.  This does not mean that it is a good idea to put them into combat arms units, where they would be required to go face to face with the enemy and ultimately be capable of fighting hand to hand and coming out alive. There is no second place in combat.” – Larry Keifesh

I am very proud of my daughters’ military service. I am very glad neither of them ever had to fire their weapons at another human being.

THE VIEW: [5:50] – Whoopi Goldberg blasted a specific bakery for allegedly refusing to make their signature cupcakes for her birthday. The bakery in question told the person making the order that their aged boiler was on the fritz and they couldn’t make any promises. To make this story even worse, the baker was able to get the boiler fixed in time to make the cupcakes … the same cupcakes that Goldberg was showing off as she blasted the bakery for supposedly having lied. So rather than give the bakery a pat on the back for coming through despite mechanical difficulties, she slandered them! ::smh::

In other news, I’ve heard two lawyers say the bakery has grounds to sue Goldberg. I’m thinking they might want to send her some complimentary cupcakes, cuz their business is apparently booming … lines down the block, sold out early. ❤

GRAMMY NOTES: I am #5 of 6. When #2 was in college, he took a psychology class in which they had a lecture about the personalities of kids as related to their birth order and gender. He said it was like they had been peeping in our living room window. But the prof only went up to #4, so he asked, “What about after 4?” “There aren’t enough families that big to study and make generalizations like this, but we think it might repeat, beginning with #5 being a new #1 and so on.” We looked at each other and nodded, “Yup.
