They elected Ken Martin, the longtime leader of Minnesota’s Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party (DFL), as chair, and anti-gun activist, David Hogg, as vice chair. In his victory speech, Martin pledged to prioritize working-class voters, bolster Democratic infrastructure, unify the party, and oppose Trump and his agenda. DEMO-PERVS: Another party official has been arrested and charged with possessing child porn and child sex abuse material. Matthew Inman, who served as Orange County’s Democratic Party treasurer and president of the Rainbow Democrats, began talking online with an undercover law enforcement officer posing as the father of a 9-year-old boy. Inman expressed interest in meeting and sexually assaulting the purported child. He also sent CSAM videos to the undercover officer. He faces up to 20 years in federal prison.
