It’s all Bush’s fault (of course)

Fox is reporting on a recent poll showed Americans putting the bulk of the blame for our bad economy on … oh, what a surprise. Bush and Republicans.

  • 51% Bush v. 31% Obama
  • 44% Republicans v. 36% Democrats

For the record, I have NO confidence this poll was unbiased. It was sponsored by AP and performed by GfK. I’ve seen both participating in b.s. polls apparently designed to create pro-Democrat headlines like this one did.

I am too busy to chase it down and don’t care that much anyway, being so OVER the whole media bias thing. I mean … really. Who still believes them besides morons and Leftists. Oh wait. That’s the same group.

Sorry for that. My “sweetness and light” juice seems to be run dry today. I want very much to smack these lying (!*&$^@) upside the head.

Anyway, my rant aside … the article did include a clue to the skewing. Total sampling: 1,000 adults nationwide. MOE: ±4.1.

A GOOD sample of 1,000 produces an MOE of 3.0. That 4.1 is a red flag that this poll deliberately over-sampled and over-weighted the Left to get the headline they wanted.

So, besides the crap sampling, there’s also the media to blame. Oh wait. AP is the media and they sponsored this. Argh.

Anyway, if they were actually INFORMING the public instead of shilling for the Democrats, the numbers would be far, far different.

End of rant. You may all return to your regularly scheduled activities.
