972 days! How many of those days have you spent anxious, worried, angry? Way too many for me. I’m hopeful with the Republicans going after the youth vote and The VDH article, though. I’m ready to get in gear now.

There’s a wonderful little email circulating about a college student who comes home and lectures her father on social justice and wealth distribution.
He asks about her grades (good) and her friend’s grades (bad) then suggests she give her friend enough of her GPA to even them up.
The daughter naturally goes ballistic, ranting about how hard she has worked and how much her friend parties. Dad says, “Welcome to the Republican Party.”
i sent it to my kids and the youngest, who has has no interest in politics, wrote back and said, “Well, if that’s the difference, then I’m a Republican!”
