I was thinking about the word “service” used with these agencies:
Internal Revenue “Service”
Civil “Service”
State, City, County & Public “Service”
Customer “Service”
Today, I overheard two farmers talking, and one of them said he had hired a bull to “service” a few cows.
It all came into focus.
Now I understand what all those agencies are doing to us

My sister has 6 rescue dogs. She had 7 until she lost a big old lovable golden retriever last week. Two of them were rescued from puppy mills and they are the sweetest, most loving dogs I have ever known.

I didn’t hear about the terrible events in Boston until just an hour ago. There are some advantages to being out of touch with media. Prayers for all in need of comfort there.
P.S. I still have 2 tax returns left to complete. I have already done 14. I got an extension, though. Good thing since there is only 10 minutes left in this day.

I went to the tea party rally in Chicago yesterday. I met some great patriots, and was heartened to see a man there doing a doc on black tea partiers. Of course, there was no media coverage in obamaville, but at least it gave me hope that there are still people willing to fight for Illinois.
One speaker was 89. He talked about how IL use to be the state where people came for jobs and we had the lowest unemployment rate in the world.
Then we had a young college guy who talked about spreading the word to our state campuses.
It gave me hope.
We have only begun to fight.
Never give up.
Never give in.
