The Senate GOP came up with a brilliant plan to extend unemployment benefits for 3 months by extending sequester cuts by a year,into 2014. Did you get that? The dems get 3 months now for cuts everybody knows will never happen. They screwed Reagan,HW Bush and W with this same trick. You’d think after sniffing a water-squirting flower a few times they’d figure out its a trick. Hey,it’s only money,right?

Blue Cross Blue Shield: If Republicans kill a bailout for insurers under ObamaCare, it’ll lead to single-payer
Right now the plan is to reimburse insurance providers up to 80% of their losses with taxpayer money.The plan all along has been to run private companies out of business so everybody has to beg the government for their healthcare and hope they’re not left to die to save money.

And those state exchanges has a limit on them as well. Govt. support will expire and the state taxpayers will be forced to pay the bill. Of course, states like IL that are already bankrupt jumped on the exchanges. They won’t have the money, so all the state records will go into the national database, and single payer will be the status quo.

GOP AWOL As Obama Crushes Federalism
As Republicans watch from the sidelines, pinning their hopes on 2016, the president and his radical troops are storming local school and zoning boards in an unprecedented federal invasion.
Last week, after the attorney general and education secretary jointly announced an alarming new witch hunt against local school officials over allegedly racist disciplinary policies, we watched with keen interest Republican reaction. Disappointingly, barely a whimper was registered from the opposition party.
Sadly,either they’re still terrified of being called racist or they just don’t much care beyond their own self-interest.

We have a real problem with this in every town in America. Liberals love to get involved in politics. So they get the backing of the unions and cram the school boards. We had one conservative on ours, and he was so worn out, always the lone voice against a blank check on spending. As a result we pay 75% of our tax bill to our school district. That is a huge chunk of change, especially for those of us with no kids in school.

ABC’s “The View” joined the media mob in taking on New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie. Host Whoopi Goldberg opened the show by stating that Christie was holding a press conference over “a top aide who allegedly conspired to shut down lanes and cause crippling traffic jams on the George Washington bridge as political retribution for not supporting the governor.”
What Goldberg did not expect as she complained that “people died” in the traffic jam was Chris Harrison, host of ABC’s “The Bachelor,” shooting back that “the liberals are just foaming at the mouth…this is like porn for them!”

People Not In Labor Force Soar To Record 91.8 Million; Participation Rate Plunges To 1978 Levels
Curious why despite the huge miss in payrolls the unemployment rate tumbled from 7.0% to 6.7%? The reason is because in December the civilian labor force did what it usually does in the New Normal: it dropped from 155.3 million to 154.9 million, which means the labor participation rate just dropped to a fresh 35 year low, hitting levels not seen since 1978, at 62.8% down from 63.0%.
