CALIFORNICATION: A federal judge has ruled in favor of seven doctors who filed lawsuits against Gov. Newsom and other officials regarding the state’s COVID-19 misinformation law. The doctors say the law prevents them from providing information to their patients and has been used to intimidate and punish physicians who disagreed with prevailing views on COVID-19. The court’s injunction prevents the state from enforcing the law.

LIFE: On Monday, Father Fidelis Moscinski, 52, a priest of the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal, was found guilty of violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act by blocking the entrance to a New York Planned Parenthood facility in order to save the lives of unborn babies. He is one of 26 pro-life Americans targeted by the Biden Justice Department under the FACE Act in the last year.

By contrast, only two people have even been charged in connection with any of the 199 pro-abortion attacks on Catholic churches and Pregnancy Resource Centers (PRC). A top Department of Justice (DOJ) official who is responsible for overseeing the prosecution of these two individuals has a history of disparaging PRCs as “fake clinics” that “target women of color.” So, yeah, not at all like Planned Parenthood …

SPAIN: On Wednesday, a machete-wielding man attacked people at two different churches – San Isidro and Nuestra Senora de La Palma – in downtown Algeciras. The attacker has been arrested and the incident is being investigated as terrorism. One of the victims, a sacristan, has died. One of the injured, a priest who was stabbed in the neck, is in serious condition. Local media said the perp is Moroccan and that witnesses heard him shout “Allahu akbar” and “Death to Christians” as he attacked.
