CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY: A Citizen Journalist has been rewarded $1000 for this recording about a Catholic University. The producer of the video contacted St. Thomas Catholic University in St. Paul, Minnesota, asking if her trans “sister” could get a room in the girl’s dorm without “her” dorm mates or their parents being informed. The answer was not only yes, but also the private room would be charged as a double, because the “girl” is trans.

VITAMIN D: [15:16] – Vitamin D deficiency is common due to both lack of adequate sun exposure to the skin, and because vitamin D is present in very few food sources. Deficiency is strongly linked to increased risk for a multitude of diseases.

The study looked at the effectiveness and toxicity of supplementation levels that were much higher than the RDAs with more than 4,700 patients. Supplements ranged from 5,000 IU/day to 50,000 IUs/day. There were zero adverse events attributable to the supplementation.

According to the U.S. government, the RDAs for Vitamin D are 400 IU/day for children up to age 12 months, 600 IU/day for people ages 1 to 70 years, and 800 IU/day for people over 70 years. But according to this study, long-term supplementation at 5,000 to 50,000 IUs/day appears to be safe.
