FAUXTUS: What is it with Democrats and lying? On Monday, Joe Biden claimed that more than a million Americans died needlessly from COVID-19 because Trump did not vaccinate them. The vaccine first became available in December 2020 by which time the Trump administration had ordered enough to jab three-quarters of the eligible U.S. population. Biden took office in January 2021, inheriting the vaccine production and distribution plan the Trump administration had put together. And it wasn’t until Biden had been in office that we (allegedly) lost a million lives to COVID. (I say “allegedly” because I think they inflated the numbers for political purposes.)
KANSAS CITY: At around 2 p.m. on February 14, … opened fire on the Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl victory parade. At least one person is dead and 21 others injured. Three Black teens have been detained, so don’t be holding your breath for this story to get the nonstop coverage the Slime Stream Media has given to truly heinous crimes, like the infamous “2019 Lincoln Memorial confrontation.”

Daughter saw you’d put up the pic of St Erasmus and mentioned it to me. I opened that in a browser tab on my cell, before going in for my latest internal inspection. Keeping that tab open. Liked!
Turns out my problems all stem from a diverticulitis complication (d. runs in the family), and while I was still under anesthesia, the docs consulted on a plan to finally fix me up, so, quite a step after all these weeks. I have been blessed with great hospitals, doctors, and nurses, and my beloved family so supportive, especially MiladyJo, guardian angel and nurse. Also a touch of faith and a dollop of good humor to keep the discouragement away.
Spent all Valentine’s Day doing medical stuff, Milady accompanying me. Much waiting around in the hospital. Do I know how to show a gal a good time or what?
