ROSENSTEIN IS OUT-OUT: Whitaker is in-in — Matthew Whitaker was appointed acting Attorney General in November after Jeff Sessions was fired in disgrace. Whitaker immediately took over the Mueller investigation, bumping DAG Rod Rosenstein from the role and the Democrats went crazy calling for him to recuse himself. On Wednesday, ethics officials cleared Whitaker to take over the Mueller probe.
GETTING STUFF DONE: For the first time since 1990, a farm bill has been enacted in the same year it was introduced before Congress— Trump has signed into law one of his biggest priorities for 2018: a Farm Bill that will keep American agriculture and farmers on top globally. It provides crucial funding for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, as well as support, certainty, and stability for America’s farmers.
SPEAKING OF CLUELESS: Tucker Carlson — “You’re going to raise gas taxes, filter the money through a massive bureaucracy, then give it back?” Riiiiiiiiight.
PLANNED PARENTHOOD: Discriminates against pregnant employees — A report published by the New York Times reveals that Planned Parenthood details multiple complaints that contrast sharply with the abortion giant’s PR as a champion of women’s healthcare. Since 2013, a dozen lawsuits have been filed alleging denial of rest periods, lunch breaks, and overtime pay, as well as retaliation for pregnancy and taking advantage of medical leave.
KARMA in COLORADO: Christian baker going on offense — This summer, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 7-2 that Colorado officials had discriminated against the Masterpiece Cakeshop owner’s religious beliefs while trying to force him to bake a cake for a same-sex “wedding.” Shortly thereafter, a trannie complained that he wouldn’t bake a cake to celebrate his transition to female and Colorado jumped on him again. Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), the religious liberty nonprofit that represented Phillips in his original case, responded by filing a federal lawsuit against outgoing Democrat Gov. John Hickenlooper and the state civil rights commission, accusing them of ignoring the Supreme Court’s ruling and continuing to discriminate against Phillips’ faith.
This reminds me of a case where my home town persecuted a preacher for talking about the sin of homosexuality on The Commons. The city threw away $100,000 of tax payers’ money only to lose what should have been an obvious First Amendment right. Did they learn? They did not. They turned right around and arrested the NEXT preacher, who SHOWED THE COPS THE JUDGE’S DECISION. That case cost another $8K. The mayor said something weaselly about how they never meant to infringe on anyone’s right. Yeah. Suuuuure you didn’t.
HOUSE VOTES YES ON FUNDING WALL: The House voted Thursday to give President Trump $5.7 billion for a border wall, hours after Trump warned Republicans that he would veto the spending bill if it didn’t boost border security. Democrats in the Senate are expected to reject the bill. That rejection looks increasingly likely to lead to a partial government shutdown after Friday. Are Democrats really going to put their Trump Derangement ahead of America’s security?

A new labor-market study by the Conference Board, a New York-based global business organization and think tank, found that blue-collar workers aren’t just doing better, they’re now in short supply.
LEAVING SYRIA: Welcome home, troops! — Democrats’ attitudes toward what our military does and does not do have everything to do with their progressive political agenda and nothing whatsoever to do with national security or the safety of our troops. HISTORIC PRISON REFORM PASSES IN THE SENATE: From the White House — Nearly all incarcerated Americans will one day leave prison. President Trump’s goal is to make sure they never return. KAVANAUGH: Judge dismisses ethics complaints — As part of the Trump Deranged warfare against Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court, Democrats and their allies filed dozens of ethics complaints against Kavanaugh. The 10th Circuit judicial council just released an Order dismissing the complaints on the grounds that the judicial code of conduct did not apply to Supreme Court Justice, and now that Kavanaugh was on the Supreme Court, the council could not act.
ARIZONA SENATE SEATS: Effective next month, Republican U.S. Rep. Martha McSally will replace retiring U.S. Sen. Jon Kyl to fill for the next two years the Senate seat long held by the late U.S. Sen. John McCain. Gov. Doug Ducey’s decision to appoint McSally revives her political life less than two months after she narrowly lost the race for the state’s other Senate seat to Democrat Kyrsten Sinema.
PRISON REFORM PASSES SENATE: The Senate overwhelmingly approved a major reform of the criminal justice system in a 87-12 vote. The legislation will likely pass the House and President Trump has vowed to sign the bill. The legislation includes several reforms, including home confinement for lower-level offenders, and addressing sentence disparities between crack and powder cocaine.
SPACE FORCE LAUNCHES: President Trump signed an order to create U.S. Space Command as a separate branch of the military. The move comes as China and Russia are apparently working on ways to disrupt and disable U.S. satellites.
COMEY: Former FBI Director James Comey testified again behind closed doors on Capitol Hill on Monday, and his comments to reporters afterwards sent needles flying off arrogance detectors. What Comey told members of Congress was equally unbelievable. Republican Rep. John Ratcliffe shared the example above. Meanwhile, Gen Flynn is being sentenced on lying to the FBI and others have been sentenced for mishandling classified information
WARREN PIMPING: Black pastor disgusted –– On December 14, 2018, Elizabeth Warren admitted she herself was “not a person of color” during a Commencement speech at Morgan State University, a historically black college. The speech was widely scorned, in part because Warren has been touted as a woman of color for over 25 years, based on her false claim to be Native American. But nowhere was the scorn more severe than in a radio segment on WGBH, Boston Public Radio, where two black pastors said, “She’s pimping, and this is how she’s pimping: She’s using a black optic to subvert attention away from how she really botched the Native American narrative.”

WAR ON CHRISTMAS: Fighting back and winning — After a mall in Scotland refused to allow the Stirling Legion of Mary to host a nativity scene for ONE DAY, two young Scottish Catholics staged a “living nativity” there to raise awareness of both the ban and the true “reason for the season.” A video of the pair dressed as Mary and Joseph was viewed on social media over 80,000 times. The mall relented and the Legion members spent the day talking to people eager to chat about the manger scene. Confirmation (as if we needed it) that RINOs suck. DEMOCRATS DO NOT WANT BORDER SECURITY: They prefer to allow thugs, drugs, and human traffickers to walk right in — Democrats rejected the latest spending bill, which included $1.6 billion for border security, plus another $1 billion for securing the border — which Democrats called a “slush fund” that Trump could use toward a wall.
LET DRUG LORD PAY FOR IT: Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) has introduced a bill calling for the use of $14 billion seized from cartel drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman to be used to pay for the President’s border wall between the U.S. and Mexico.
BORDER WALL: Trump “not backing down” — Sanders says Trump has asked every agency to see if they have money that could be used for to pay for construction of southern border wall and also is waiting to see what kind of funding plan the Senate can pass.
FAKE NEWS: Media lies about death of death of 7 year old— The kid died because of her father’s actions, not the Border Patrol’s.

In 2018, Elizabeth Warren had a DNA test done, which proved she has less Native American in her ancestry than the average citizen. Or, as Mark Steyn put it, “Elizabeth Warren is the whitest White since Frosty the Snowman fell in a vat of Wite-Out.”
OUR AWESOME FIRST LADY: The media ignores her good works — Last year, when Mrs. Trump traveled to Texas to comfort and support the people affected by hurricanes, the media focused on the pair of heels she wore to board Air Force One. When Mrs. Trump invited children from a local Boys and Girls club to help plant vegetables in the White House garden that her predecessor started, the media just talked about the cost of her shirt and the fact that her shoes were clean. The list goes on and on and on.
THE VIRTUE OF NATIONALISM: Good borders make good neighbors — Political elites would have you believe this is dangerous, because HITLER! But Hitler was no nationalist. WEAPONIZING THE DOJ: Twisting the law to get Trump — Michael Cohen pled guilty to something that is not against the law. “Trump had many valid, non-electoral reasons for trying to keep these allegations quiet, most notably family harmony, protecting family members (especially his young son, Baron), and preserving his future viability as a television personality in case he lost the election. Indeed, it is quite probable that many of those now baying for Trump’s scalp for illegal campaign contributions would be leading a charge to prosecute Trump for illegal ‘personal use’ of campaign funds had he made the payments from his campaign treasury.” — Bradley Smith at National Review
DIRTY COP MUELLER: Nothing to see here — On Thursday the IG published a bombshell report regarding the now-infamous anti-Trump sentiment shared between two key members of the FBI and of the Mueller investigation team, Peter Strzok and his mistress Lisa Page. The IG report reveals not only that both Strzok’s and Page’s iPhones were wiped clean and restored to factory settings by a member of Mueller’s team but that Strzok’s iPhone was then reissued to another agent for use.
ANTIFA THUGS: At one point in the hearing, one of the defense attorneys referred to the incident as a “tussle.” The judge said, “This isn’t like kids at a playground” and ruled that the two ringleaders be held for trial on felony aggravated assault and felony conspiracy charges.
CHICAGO DAVID 1: Goliath 0 — Pete posted a while back about how the powerful Madigan mob got college student David Krupa kicked off the ballot. Krupa needed 473 valid signatures of ward residents to get on the ballot. After he filed 1,729 signatures with the Chicago Board of Election Commissioners, Madigan’s operatives went door to door collecting revocations of those signatures. The Board of Elections kicked Krupa off the ballot. Enter Krupa’s lawyer, who demonstrated that only 187 of the 2,796 Madigan’s thugs filed actually matched signatures on Krupa’s petitions. This left him well ahead of the 473 he needed AND put 2,609 fraudulent revocation signers at risk of felony charges. The latest update is that the Madigan machine backed down and Krupa is back on the ballot. He is the first candidate to challenge Madigan’s toadies in the 13th Ward since 1991. Krupa’s attorney wants the state’s attorney to investigate. So far, she hasn’t lifted a finger.
NO MO’ NET NEUTRALITY: One year later –– A year ago, FCC Chairman Ajit Pai killed the Obama-era Internet rule that required service providers to treat each piece of content identically. GLAAD said it was an attack on the LGBTQ community. (Huh?) Bernie Sanders said it would result in the internet being for sale to the highest bidder. Planned Parenthood predicted blocked websites and inaccessible information. But like Algore’s doom and gloom predictions about the polar caps, they were all wrong. Today, the internet is as strong as ever … and speeds are 36% faster across the county.

DIRTY COP MUELLER: FBI agents must make contemporaneous reports about their interviews and file them within five days of the interview. But the “official” report (called a 302) on General Flynn’s January 24, 2017 ambush interview — the interview that was used as grounds for his arrest — was not filed until July 19, 2017.
What happened to the original 302 and who altered it to give Mueller grounds to arrest Flynn? And why did Flynn plead guilty to something he didn’t do?
Reportedly, the redacted agent, Joe Pientka, is willing to defend General Flynn, but that the DAG Rod Rosenstein doesn’t want him to testify.
TRUMP ECONOMY: Unemployment near 50 year low — The number of Americans applying for unemployment benefits dropped by 27,000 in early December, erasing a surge around Thanksgiving that appears to have been triggered by an earlier-than-usual holiday. Claim numbers are near a half-century low.
PRISON REFORM: Lots of pols have promised prison reform — Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner — is finishing what others have failed to get done for 20-years. Both liberal and conservative prison reform advocates are giving Kushner credit for getting the bill ready for passage.
NEW CHIEF OF STAFF:He voted to defund PP — Early on in his administration, President Trump picked U.S. Rep. Mick Mulvaney of South Carolina to head the Office of Management and Budget. He has now tapped Mulvaney to fill the top White House position.

OBAMACARE: SCOTUS will no doubt get another crack at this — U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor in Fort Worth ruled that core provisions of The Affordable Care Act (aka, Obamacare) are unconstitutional. The decision is almost certain to be appealed all the way to the Supreme Court.
Not surprisingly, Kamala Harris went all “Republicans just want people to die” about the court’s decision. “Make no mistake: Republicans are responsible for the Affordable Care Act being declared unconstitutional by a Texas judge. 19 GOP Attorneys General and Trump’s White House support the lawsuit. Now tens of millions of people’s health care is at-risk. That’s the truth.”

NEW YORK IGNORES DISABLED: This is truly appalling — I just got an email from my rep, Tom Reed, saying that he has learned about and taken action to correct the fact that Governor Cuomo’s Justice Center basically IGNORES the abuse and murder of people with disabilities by state employees! Nearly 1,400 allegations related to staff abuses, patient neglect, sexual assaults and patient deaths have been reported to the New York State Justice Center. The Justice Center investigated less than 2.5 percent of these cases. Reed has asked the DOJ to investigate the lack of prosecutions, referrals and due process violations that have been alleged and recommend a course of action.
BELGIUM TARGETS DISABLED: And it’s all legal — In 2010, 38-year-old Tine Nys was one of approximately 1,000 people euthanized in Belgium. Nys was not suffering from a terminal illness. In fact, she wasn’t sick at all. She had Asperger’s Syndrome, a mild form of autism. Her psychiatrist referred her for assisted suicide over her parents’ objections.

BOY SCOUTS CAVED TO PROGS: Now they’re broke — In recent years, the Boy Scouts of America has changed its policies to allow gay leaders and to allow girls to join. Those decisions are having a major impact on the organization’s bottom line and now they are reportedly close to bankruptcy.

The part that makes me really sad is that women who refuse to repent will face dire consequences in the after life. CORRUPT SOCIALIST NUNS: A couple of nuns out in Southern California have been accused of embezzling at least $500,000 from the Catholic school they ran as principal and vice principal. Allegedly, they spent the money on gambling sprees to Las Vegas, among other pursuits. Their order, which is heavy on the radical, left-wing, social justice front, helped shape many Alinskyites, including Barack Obama.
PRIVATE JUDGMENT: David Carlin at “The Catholic Thing” makes a good case for his belief that, “To a very great extent, American Catholicism has become a form of Protestantism. And worse still, a form of liberal Protestantism.”

CLINTON FOUNDATION HEARINGS: Democrats are pathetic — The House Oversight Subcommittee on Government Operations is holding a hearing on Capitol Hill on the Clinton Foundation today. Mark Meadows (R-NC), the Chairman of the Subcommittee on Government Operations, will lead. Three Clinton Foundation whistleblowers are speaking, as well as Tom Fitton from Judicial Watch. In a bid to divert attention away from the Clinton crime family, Democrats brought in a “whistle-blower” from the Trump Foundation to testify. Mind you, the Clinton Foundation has been under investigation for ages. Also, the Trump Foundation has given away more than it collected. But TRUMP! ::smh::
BODY LANGUAGE: Government Shutdown Trump, Pelosi & Schumer— I wondered why Chuck was all hunched over. Pelosi and Schumer both sound like toddlers, not responding to Trump with new points, but rather repeating the same things again and again.
FOLLOW UP ON THE MEETING: CNN’s “fact check” got fact checked — Trump told Pelosi and Schumer, “People are pouring into our country, including terrorists…. We caught 10 terrorists over the last very short period of time. Ten. These are very serious people … that were looking to do harm.” CNN, never wanting to miss an opportunity to embarrass the president, reported: “DHS did not provide evidence of a single terrorist caught at the southern border over the very last short period of time as the president claimed.” Department of Homeland Security Spokesman Tyler Q. Houlton took to Twitter to tell us that CNN never reached out. Also, “DHS prevented 3,755 known or suspected terrorists from traveling to or entering the U.S. in FY 17. That’s in addition to 17,526 criminals, 1,019 gang members, and 3,028 special interest aliens.”
RUSSIA! RUSSIA! RUSSIA! — In 2010, as former President Bill Clinton prepared to collect a $500,000 payday in Moscow for giving a single speech, Clinton Foundation foreign policy adviser Amitabh Desai wrote to the State Department — then headed by SecState Hillary Clinton — for permission to meet with key business and government folks involved in the Russian nuclear energy firm Rosatom’s efforts to buy a bunch of our uranium. The email went to two of Hillary Clinton’s most senior advisers, Jake Sullivan and Cheryl Mills. Ultimately, the ex-president’s aides and the State Department decided not to hold any of these meetings. Instead, Bill Clinton got together with Vladimir Putin at the Russian leader’s private homestead.

SCRATCH A LIBERAL: From Stilton — Morning Joe co-host Mika Brzezinski (whose last name is the single most valuable word you can play in Scrabble) made an unfortunate on-air faux pas Wednesday, when she called Secretary of State Mike Pompeo “a wannabe dictator’s butt boy.” It’s another case in which if you scratch a liberal (and frankly, we think that’s always a good idea), you quickly find the kind of deep-rooted intolerance and bigotry that they accuse others of having.

PRESIDENT: Children saved from abortion— During next January’s March for Life in Washington, D.C., pro-lifers will be bringing thank you letters and cards to President Trump from children all across America whose lives were saved from abortion. One of the organizers says, “Our hope is to have a face-to-face (meeting) with President Trump and Vice President Pence” so that the children saved from abortion can hand-deliver the letters to him. We constantly hear from pro-choice activists ‘(motherhood) will ruin your life. And now we have these mothers with their children – who are in high school, who are productive – their lives are not ruined. They’re celebrating their children. And I actually think that these children are perhaps the greatest witness toward overturning Roe.”
ELECTRIC CARS: The immoral choice — Not only are electric cars predominantly charged with nuclear and/or fossil fuel power, but also the batteries in them are built on the backs of an army of children, some as young as four years old, who work in polluted mines for pennies a day.

MARRIAGE TO GHOST IS OVER: Earlier this year, an Irish woman married the ghost of a 300-year-old Haitian pirate named Jack.
