“The law works” … what a load of donkey doo
Our health care system WAS one of the best in the world. The health insurance system worked well for more than 80% of us. But rather than tweak the system to try and help the (much smaller than hawked) number of folks who needed help, Democrats TRASHED the system. That’s like demolishing your house because the roof leaks. It was stupid right from the start and it was never about helping the folks who needed help. It was about trashing the system. It was about concentrating more money and more control over our lives in the elitist hands of a small group of power mongers in DC.

His promises sounded good, but well … he didn’t mean any of them, except maybe the one about “FUNDAMENTALLY TRANSFORMING AMERICA” which, given the rest of his promises, a lot of folks thought meant “MAKE IT EVEN BETTER”, which it so did not.

ZEROcare: How many enrolled vs how many lost their plans?
Yeah. I don’t know either.
And you KNOW if the numbers were any good, they’d be preening about them, instead of doing what they are doing with is pimping out fake enrollees and claiming the system is working just fine. Just one example:
“The health care law will make health insurance more affordable, strengthen small businesses and make it easier for employers to provide coverage to their workers,” said Joanne Peters, spokeswoman for the Department of Health and Human Services.
Tell that to the millions who are losing the coverage they had, liked and could afford.
Obama promised if you liked your health insurance, you could keep it. He probably knew it was a lie when he said it (over and over again). Certainly, anyone who does not depend on the Democrat Media Complex for information knew ZEROcare was going to trash a system that worked well for over 80% of Americans.

Oct 21, 2013: President Obama reassured us that healthcare.gov is “working just fine.”
But for those “more comfortable” with the phone, he also offered up the 800 number. In case you don’t already know it:
Tweeters commented:
- Obama is hawking the ACA 1-800 number on national tv like an infomercial salesman. Pathetic.
- So do we call the 800 number to find out when the website will be fixed?
- If you call within the next few hours, 1800-OBAMA will send you your very own stethoscope and scalpel.
- Obama reads 800 number for problems. Operators are standing by. This is starting to sound like an infomercial.
- What’s next, free viagra if you call in 20min? Throw in a free toaster?
- For the record, just called 1-800-318-2596, got a busy signal.
- I just called 1-800-318-2596, got disconnected.
- I got through 800-number, followed prompts, and got referred to http://Healthcare.gov.
- Laugh or cry? The 800 number tells me to go to the website that doesn’t work for more information.
- I called the 800 number and it told me to visit http://healthcare.gov to view all my options. #HolyFreakingHeaddesk
- Yep. Just called. THE CALL CENTER IS DOWN.
- If you can’t access the #ACA website, and the 800-number is busy, Obama urges you to write down your info and send it by carrier pigeon.
- Website worked for my friend. Her old Blue Cross premium was $500/mo+$1500/deduct. Ocare pushed it to $3000/mo+$30,000/deduct.
But Obamacare is “working just fine” …………. just ask Obama or any of the other Fans of Obamacare Who Got Exempted From It.

MSNBC LIES AGAIN
In other news, the sun rose.
Let’s just go over the actual facts very briefly:
- Obamacare was the Democrats’ baby. It was passed in 2009 when the House AND the Senate AND the White House were all dominated by Democrats. That’s why everybody calls it “Obama”care. [duh]
- The Secretary of HHS, Kathleen Sebelius, has been responsible for implementing it … all of it. Including Healthcare.gov. Sebelius is an Obama appointee and a member of his Cabinet. Obama is a Democrat. Sebelius is a Democrat.
Got all that? Apparently, MSNBC does not.
But then … MSNBC is unashamed of its Progressive bias, which it proclaims in its motto “Lean Forward” … a slogan Obama uses.
It would be more accurate if their motto was “MSDNC: Lies For Obama.”
