So a lesbian walks into a Muslim barbershop

Purple Jihad

It sounds like the beginning of a joke, but (unlike my graphic, which I’m pretty sure is a photoshop), this really happened. The Muslim barber refused, as his religion required. So naturally the lesbian has taken it to court, cuz when you’re a libtard, that’s how you handle all your butthurts. Normal people just go find another barbershop. Do libtard lawyer advertise this? “Did someone make you feel bad? Sue the bastard!”

How do courts decide which protected group gets protected? According to Ezra Levant of the Toronto Sun, it’s like poker.

  • A white, Christian male has the lowest hand — it’s like he’s got just one high card, maybe an ace. So almost everyone trumps him.
  • A white woman is just a bit higher — like a pair of twos. Enough to beat a white man, but not much more.
  • A gay man is like having two pairs in poker.
  • A gay woman — a lesbian like McGregor — is like having three of a kind.
  • A black lesbian is a full house — pretty tough to beat.
  • Unless she’s also in a wheelchair, which means she’s pretty much a straight flush.
  • The only person who could trump that would be a royal flush. If the late Sammy Davis Jr. — who was black, Jewish and half-blind — were to convert to Islam and discover he was 1/64th Aboriginal.

So who has a better hand … the lesbian who wants a boy cut from a Muslim barber or the Muslim whose religion says he can’t touch any woman but his wife?

That’s a toughie. A similar question of tolerance for one protected group over another arose during the murder trial of George Zimmerman, when the prosecution’s star witness Rachel Jeantel intimated under cross-examination that Trayvon Martin was anti-gay. Do you recall any marches by the Lambda Society or GLAAD denouncing blacks for their Stone Age view of homosexuality? Nah. Instead, liberals buried their heads in the sand, waiting till the news cycle moved on to other headlines.

Hypocrisy much?

ICMYI — PHIL’S OK AGAIN

Posted by Pistol Pete

It’s times like this I wish I could pull quotes and put in bold type and all the other things CtH can do. I’ll just do the best I can.

A&E Lifts Phil Robertson’s Suspension; ‘Duck Dynasty’ To Resume Filming In Spring

Here’s their statement:

Our values are centered around creativity, inclusion and mutual respect. We believe it is a privilege for our brands to be invited into people’s home and we operate with a strong sense of integrity and deep commitment to these principals.

That is why we reacted so quickly and strongly to a recent interview with Phil Robertson. While Phil’s comments made in the interview reflect his personal views based on his own beliefs, and his own personal journey, he and his family have publicly stated they regret the “coarse language” he used and the mis-interpretation of his core beliefs based only on the article. He also made it clear he would “never incite or encourage hate.” We at A&E Networks expressed our disappointment with his statements in the article, and reiterate that they are not views we hold.

But Duck Dynasty is not a show about one man’s views. It resonates with a large audience because it is a show about family… a family that America has come to love. As you might have seen in many episodes, they come together to reflect and pray for unity, tolerance and forgiveness. These are three values that we at A+E Networks also feel strongly about.

So after discussions with the Robertson family, as well as consulting with numerous advocacy groups, A&E has decided to resume filming Duck Dynasty later this spring with the entire Robertson family.

We will also use this moment to launch a national public service campaign (PSA) promoting unity, tolerance and acceptance among all people, a message that supports our core values as a company, and the values found in Duck Dynasty. These PSAs will air across our entire portfolio.

Translation:we’re not about to throw away hundreds of millions of dollars to mollify a bunch of rump rangers.

Never satisfied,the jock-sniffers released their so-angry-I-could-just-spit response:

Text of GLAAD’s response: “Phil Robertson should look African American and gay people in the eyes and hear about the hurtful impact of praising Jim Crow laws and comparing gay people to terrorists. If dialogue with Phil is not part of next steps then A+E has chosen profits over African American and gay people – especially its employees and viewers.”

Notice they had to include the Homies. Even though blacks could care less.
Human Rights Campaign assured ‘Duck Dynasty’ family will work with LGBT groups
THIS IS FROM TWITCHY; I WISH I COULD SHOW SOME OF THESE TWEETS… THEY’RE REALLY FUNNY. I’M INCLUDING LINK AT THE BOTTOM
DOES THIS GUY LOOK LIKE HE NEEDS SENSITIVITY TRAINING??

It didn’t take very long for A&E to find out that people of faith went way beyond the Bible belt. In any confrontation,it’s always paramount to know your opponent. The network never dreamed that the Robertsons would not hesitate to walk away from the show because money is not their sole motivating factor,as it is with most liberals. They also do not see that we’ve been mocked, ridiculed and demeaned for as long as we’re going to. The network may already have done irreparable harm to their brand after the ‘indefinite suspension’ of Phil Robertson which lasted all of 8 days.

This is his class photo from his sophomore year at La. Tech..in 1967

Disgraceful behavior at Temple Mount

I found the article below at the Jerusalem Post. I hope you’ll take the time to read it. Bolding added by CtH.

Rights to the Temple Mount By David Kirshenbaum – October 15, 2013

http://www.jpost.com/Opinion/Op-Ed-Contributors/Rights-to-the-Temple-Mount-328803

It is time the police start enforcing the most basic of religious rights, for Jews as well as Muslims.

In a democracy that prides itself on upholding free religious expression, incitement, intimidation and the use of deadly violence to prevent such free expression should not be tolerated, and certainly not rewarded. It shouldn’t matter whether the violence is engaged in by members of the majority religion or by members of a religious minority.

Sadly, this principle is not followed in the State of Israel.

Judaism’s holiest site for over 3,000 years has been the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. It is on the Temple Mount that both the First and Second Temples stood, where millions of Jews from all over the Israel and the Diaspora made the three Festival Pilgrimages and where, according to Jewish belief, the Third Temple, ushering in the days of the Messiah, is destined to be built. Throughout history, wherever Jews were engaged in prayer, they faced Jerusalem. And in Jerusalem, they pray in the direction of the Temple Mount.

Yet, even though the State of Israel is in full control of Jerusalem, Jews, Christians and all non-Muslims are forbidden entry to the Temple Mount, except during very limited hours. And during those few hours, Jews can only walk in near silence; they may not pray.

A member of the Wakf, the Muslim religious council, monitors the movements of Jewish visitors, and the Israel Police will arrest any Jew upon a complaint by a Wakf member that a Jew was praying on the Temple Mount.

This happened to me and my daughter when we visited the Temple Mount the day before her wedding.

Her swaying in silent meditation was enough to anger our Wakf monitor and land us in the police station for hours for threatening the public welfare.

Any discussion of changing this woeful crushing of religious freedom elicits threats of severe violence from the Wakf, Arab Knesset members and the Islamic Movement in Israel. This incitement works wonders, as Israeli law enforcement officials regularly cite these threats in defending their discriminatory treatment of Jews on the Temple Mount.

During Jewish holiday periods, the level of incitement is raised, often accompanied by the hurling of blocks of stone at Jews on the Temple Mount and at Jewish worshipers in the Western Wall Plaza.

This pattern repeated itself during the this past Succot.

Israeli police responded in the way they always do: They did not stand up to the violent lawbreakers and protect the basic religious rights of law-abiding Jews. Nor did they take the less challenging but less equitable option of closing down the Temple Mount to all.

While this would have unfairly punished Jewish worshipers, including Muslims in the ban might have at least served as a deterrence to future violence.

Some price would have been paid by the perpetrators of religious terror.

Instead, the police took the path that requires the least work, elicits the least resistance, and results in the greatest inequity. On three of the Festival days, police closed the Temple Mount, not to Muslims, but only to Jews and other non-Muslims. Hate and violence were rewarded.

On a recent post-Succot visit to the Temple Mount – I was one of those turned away during the holiday – the group of Jews I was with had to wait an hour until we were allowed in. The police felt unable to deal with more than 25 identifiably Jewish visitors at a time. While we waited for police approval, hundreds of tourists, mostly from Europe, flowed in without a problem.

When we finally entered, we were immediately greeted by taunting screams from tens of Arab women. The harassment of Jewish visitors to the Temple Mount is part of their daily routine. Our group was led by Rabbi Yisrael Ariel, a member of the battalion of Paratroopers that liberated the Old City and the Temple Mount in the Six Day War.

Almost immediately, and frequently during the visit, Rabbi Ariel was spoken to rudely by the police, who didn’t like where he was standing or how fast or slow he was moving. At the end of the visit, as were exiting, Rabbi Ariel, who is 74 and battling cancer, was arrested and roughed up in the process.

What enraged the police and the Wakf was that Rabbi Ariel purportedly bowed down in a form of prayer.

The fear that the police have of the Arabs on the Temple Mount is palpable. When we were verbally assaulted by the Arabs upon our entry, the police made not the slightest effort to quiet them, this in marked distinction from their immediate and angry silencing of any form of Jewish prayer. Rather, their response was to quickly move us past the hateful bigots. And when we were again cursed near the end of our visit, the sole and frightened response of the police was to ask us to leave.

It is time the police start enforcing the most basic of religious rights, for Jews as well as Muslims, that our law enforcement authorities cease cowering in the face of Arab violence and stop their shameful hiding behind Muslim religious terror as an excuse for their failure to uphold the law.

Muslim prayer only on Temple Mount

Temple Mount and Wailing Wall

Jews are forbidden from praying or carrying out any religious rituals on the Mount, and are subject to many other severe restrictions – including periodic blanket closures to Jewish visitors – out of deference to an Islamic complex built on top of the ruins of the two Jewish Temples.

It’s A-OKAY to diss Catholics

The Lefty Tolerance and Civility Police have a long list of Politically Incorrect words, phrases and actions … but there is one minority they have No Problemo with people bashing.

Catholics.

You can’t make fun of Muslims cuz that would be “disrespectful” … but boy oh boy … put a crucifix in a jar of urine and they’ll call it “artistic expression.” Even better, pee on a religious picture and do an entire sit com about some foolish Catholic woman who thinks the pee is miraculous tears.

The latest So What’s the Big Deal? shrug is over this abomination:

2013_10 04 Burger garnished with Communion wafer

Luke Tobias, director of operations at Kuma’s Corner, said he is baffled that Catholics are upset.

“We didn’t expect this reaction. Apparently, today, someone’s coming out to do a rosary prayer over our restaurant,” Tobias said. “We’ve done plenty of burgers named after fairly controversial bands in the past to seemingly no visible effect. It’s based on a band, just like every other burger on our menu.”

Seriously? You don’t get why this is offensive? Here’s a thought … do a burger that’s offensive to Muslims. You won’t be getting people saying rosaries for you, I can guarantee that.

James Woods tweets

A few weeks ago, actor James Woods joined the small cadre of openly conservative actors on Twitter, saying if it cost him his career, “so be it.”

2013_09 08 JW tweet = Syrian rebels take Christian village

At this link – Syria’s religious minorities fear the growing role of intolerant Islamic extremists fighting on the rebel side in the civil war against President Bashar Assad’s regime. Most recently, rebels led by al-Qaida-linked fighters seized control of the predominantly Christian village of Maaloula, forcing hundreds of residents to flee their homes. 2013_09 08 JW tweet = US loses leadership

At this link — Obama publicly set red lines for Assad, the Syrian ruler brazenly violated them, then Obama announced he did not need Congress’ approval to strike Syria militarily. Everything that Muslim Brotherhood leader Mohammed Morsi represents stands in stark contrast to America’s heritage. As of last Friday, James Woods had 50,000 Twitter followers. I’m not sure, but I think you need a Twitter account to “follow.” I don’t have one, but I can read his feed @ https://twitter.com/RealJamesWoods. Mostly I don’t bother, because the Twitchy staff loves him and posts his best tweets with best retweets and comments.

Do business owners have a right to conscience?

In the past, this would’ve been a no brainer for any American. Of course we do! But since the Rise of Obama, the rights of those on the right have been under attack. And that includes the rights of business owners who are refusing to pay for abortion-inducing drugs for their employees.

Courts Reject Obama View That Businesses Don’t Have Religious Freedom

by Mark Rienzi | Washington, DC | LifeNews.com | 8/12/13

Can you make money and be religious? The Obama administration and a few courts have said no — at least in the context of forcing business owners to violate their religion by purchasing abortion-inducing drugs for their employees. Thankfully, most courts have rejected this view, leaving individuals and their businesses free to go to work without checking their conscience at the door.

The question is not about corporations. We know corporations can exercise religion because houses of worship and other religious organizations are corporations. The Supreme Court has repeatedly protected religious liberty for corporations. The question is really about money, and whether the government can force groups that earn money to single-mindedly pursue profits, without regard for any other value.

We regularly encounter businesses making decisions of conscience. Chipotle recently decided not to sponsor a Boy Scout event because the company disagreed with the Scouts’ policy on openly gay scoutmasters. It was “the right thing to do,” Chipotle said.

Starbucks has ethical standards for the coffee beans it buys. Vegan stores refuse to sell animal products because they believe doing so is immoral. Some businesses refuse to invest in sweatshops or pornography companies or polluters.

You can agree or disagree with the decisions of these businesses, but they are manifestly acts of conscience, both for the companies and the people who operate them. Our society is better because people and organizations remain free to have other values while earning a living. Does anyone really want a society filled with organizations that can only focus on profits and are barred from thinking of the greater good?

For many, their conscience is informed by religious views about activities they can or cannot participate in. Some Jewish store owners cannot sell leavened bread at certain times of the year. Some Muslim truck drivers cannot transport alcohol. Some Catholic prison workers cannot participate in executions.

If religious freedom means anything, it means that these people — just like Chipotle, Starbucks and everyone else in our society — are allowed to earn a living and run a business according to their values. In a tolerant society, we should just accept that our neighbors will have different beliefs, and that government-enforced conformity is rarely the best answer to this diversity.

The Ten PM Phone Call

There is good reason to believe that Barack Obama himself is responsible for the “Blame The Video” Benghazi cover-up.

(There is a 6 hour time difference between Benghazi, Libya and Washington, D.C. Times given are Washington time.)

2012_09 11 The Ten PM Phone Call

Between mid-day of Friday, September 14 through mid-day of Saturday, September 15, Obama’s people and Clinton’s people shot emails back and forth, working out just how to remove all mention of Islamic terrorism from the CIA’s talking points.

On Sunday morning, September 16, 2012, Obama’s U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice appeared on all the major television stations swearing it was all about the YouTube video.

September 16, 2012: Susan Rice on ABC [1:52]

Why would Clinton and Obama collaborate in an absurd and elaborate lie?

Obama was running for reelection and election day was 56 days after the Benghazi attack … plenty of time for a scandal to develop enough to sink his chances, not enough time for said scandal to fade or be overshadowed by other hot topics.

Clinton was positioning herself for the 2016 presidential campaign and needed Obama to win so she would not be running against an incumbent Republican.

Together, Obama and Clinton had been the architects of the American foreign policy of empowering Muslims because they only don’t like us because Bush was such a bad guy. See, if we would be EXTRA NICE to them, they would obviously return the favor and be EXTRA NICE to us.

Thus, when Nidal Hassan shouted, “Allahu Akbar” before opening fire on his co-workers at Fort Hood, the Obama narrative demanded it be classified as nothing more than “workplace violence.”

That Obama Narrative was that Hassan was just really upset about all the sad stories his PTSD patients told him about all the sucky things that happened to them while fighting Bush’s Stupid War. Hassan had never seen combat, but you know … he was just THAT compassionate. And it totally follows that, being a real sensitive guy and loving his military patients so deeply, he would totally deal with his angst by murdering fellow military personnel. Right?

So when more than 100 guys known to be affiliated with al-Qaeda attacked America (a U.S. consulate is U.S. soil) wearing the Afghan-style tunics favored by Islamic militants and armed with hand grenades, assault rifles, mortars, rocket-propelled grenades (RPGs), heavy machine guns and artillery mounted on gun trucks, it HAD to be blamed on Racist Right-Wing Intolerant Bush Style Islamophobia.

It was even more important, so close to the 2012 election, that the Obama-Clinton “We’re Not Big Meanies Like Bush” foreign policy be perceived as having succeeded. Whoever among them located that pathetic YouTube video deserved a raise. From what I heard, it had been viewed all of 300 times before it got blamed for having set off an international incident.

The FBI’s 31 Most Wanted Terrorists

2013_05 07 FBI's most wanted toon

That’s right, Janet.

ALL 31 of these people are NOT Rightwingnuts.

  • They’re not war veterans.
  • They’re not Christian fundamentalists.
  • They’re not Pro-Lifers or NRA gun nuts.

THIRTY are violent Muslim extremists, all with Muslim names and dark skin.

The lone “whitebread” is a violent Animal-Rights extremist.

He eats vegan, enjoys sailing, and likes to set off bombs laced with nails.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $250,000 for information leading directly to his arrest and has his poster marked, “SHOULD BE CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS.”

Not that a quarter mill is that big a deal on this list. The lone woman is worth a whole entire million.

And that crap about how poverty and a lack of education breed violence? It’s crap. Zulkifli Abdhir is a Malaysian who was educated in engineering in the United States. He speaks Malaysian, English, Tagalog, Arabic and Terrorism. Wadoud Muhammad Hafiz al-Turki is a civil engineer who speaks Arabic, English and Terrorism.

So tell me, Secretary Left-Wing Obama Democrat Napolitano. Who is guilty of profiling? Me for reporting the facts or you for sending reports out to every law enforcement agency in the country pointing your “OMG! Potential Terrorists” finger at your POLITICAL enemies?

And while you’re answering questions (or shouting, “Look, a squirrel!” which is more likely), I’d really like to know why Anas Al-Liby has been granted political asylum in the UNITED KINGDOM!

Has _Resident Øbama’s foreign policy managed to not only embolden our enemies but embitter our allies to this degree?

Or was it the iPod he gave the Queen?
