25th AMENDMENT TIME: Best comment – The “I’m going to beat Joe Biden” one is true.

DOJ: The DOJ says he definitely broke the law, but they are not going to prosecute, because he’s not mentally competent to stand trial. If he’s not fit to stand trial, then he’s not fit to be POTUS. He insists his memory is fine, which means he is fit to stand trial. This should be a Catch-22 for the Big Guy … but I won’t hold my breath waiting on justice to happen in this life.

FAUXTUS: [13:32] – I rarely get through an entire episode of this show, but this one is good from beginning to end.

FLORIDA: CLICK https://twitter.com/Michael_Wgd/status/1755717780316299686 [:19] to see security camera footage of a dad responding instantly to a threat to his 4-year-old son. Miami Beach police arrested Sternaman three blocks from the store. He has been charged with kidnapping a child under 13, aggravated assault, and battery.

HAWAII: Hawaii’s Supreme Court has ruled that the state constitution does not guarantee anyone a right to carry firearms in public. Isn’t it funny how Democrats never see a right to bear arms in the second amendment, but do see a right to murder unborn babies in the “penumbra” of I dunno which part of the U.S. Constitution.

MARRIAGE: The Institute for Family Studies reports that married adults (ages 25-50) consistently report being happier than domestic partnered, divorced, and never married adults. Interesting dip in the well-being status during 2020, hmm?

NEVADA: In a surprise to nobody at all, Trump 99.1% of the votes in the Nevada GOP caucus.

TRANS: Thank God! The American College of Pediatricians has issued a formal statement saying NO to so-called Gender Affirming Treatment (GAT), such as puberty blockers, hormones, and surgeries, and YES to therapy. Is it 25th Amendment time?

Yesterday, the DOJ’s Special Counsel’s Office released Robert Hur’s report. In it, investigators describe Biden’s memory as “hazy,” “fuzzy,” “faulty,” “poor” and having “significant limitations.” It noted that Biden could not recall defining milestones in his own life.

He did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview when his term ended (‘if it was 2013 — when did I stop being Vice President?’), and forgetting on the second day of the interview when his term began (‘in 2009, am I still Vice President?’) He did not remember, even within several years, when his son Beau died.”

CLICK https://twitter.com/JesseBWatters/status/1755763319988703411 [4:13] to hear Jesse Watters’ report on Biden’s February 8th presser following the DOJ’s bombshell report. Former White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany: “We just saw an unmitigated disaster play out before our very eyes. We just watched a wounded political animal hobble to a podium and react with defensiveness, with anger.

Although the special counsel found Biden willfully and illegally retained classified documents after leaving office, he ruled out prosecuting. “It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him — by then a former president well into his eighties — of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.

One point the investigators made was that Joe couldn’t remember when his son, Beau, died. At the presser, Joe said, “When I was asked the question, I thought to myself it wasn’t any of their damn business.” That’s rich, given all the political hay he’s made of his grief.

Plus, he has repeatedly said that Beau died in Iraq. Between February and September 2009, Beau Biden was deployed to a combat zone in Iraq, as a JAG officer. In May 2010, he had a stroke and was found to have a brain tumor. He died five years later, on May 30, 2015, from brain cancer, something his father believes was caused by his exposure to burn pits in Iraq.

In Joe’s mind, that connection has morphed into his son having died while deployed, as if he was some kind of combat hero. But Beau was a JAG lawyer. And while he was awarded a Bronze Star Medal for meritorious service while deployed, I could find no mention of a “V” which there would be if his medal had involved combat.

Joe then said, “Let me tell you something.  Some of you have commented — I wear, since the day he died, every single day, the rosary he got from our Lady of — [can’t remember].” He lifted his left hand to show the bracelet of beads on his left wrist. See 3:02 in YouTube of full remarks posted above. Also, CLICK https://www.coreysdigs.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/biden-for-corey.mp4 to hear him tell Megyn Kelly that it came from Our Lady of Guadalupe, that Beau was wearing the bracelet when he died and that Joe has worn it every day since. N.b., he mispronounced “Guadalupe” which seems very odd for someone who is an oft-professed devout Catholic who has actually visited the shrine! (It’s gwa dah LOO pay, not gwa dah LOOP.)

I found this confusing, since I had heard he carried Beau’s rosary in his pocket. So I googled and found the CNN interview above, where he shows off the rosary ring he carries in his pocket. I also found Corey Lynn’s deep dive into the issue at the Washington Standard (link below).

After looking at more than 4200 photos and numerous videos, Lynn found photos of Biden not wearing any bracelet from July, September and October 2015, just months after Beau’s death. There are also photos from September 2017, and January, June, and December of 2018 where he is not wearing any bracelet (top left above). Even more confusing, Lynn found photos from October 2016, November 2016, and March 2017 where he is wearing a different bracelet, the one with dark brown beads and a gold painted wooden cross (top right above). The Megyn Kelly bracelet is the same one he showed a Catholic voter; it has widely spaced reddish beads with knots in between and a dangling charm of Our Lady of Guadalupe (bottom left above). In yet another photo, he is wearing a bracelet with the same charm, but different beads (bottom right above).

INTELLIGENT DESIGN: [7:20]- St. Thomas Aquinas lived in the thirteenth century, at the same time that modern scientific methods were first being formulated. In 1253, Robert Grossetest, an English scholastic philosopher, theologian and later the Bishop of Lincoln laid out the framework for the proper methods of science. In 1265, Roger Bacon, an English monk, described a scientific method based on a repeating cycle of observation, hypothesis, experimentation, and the need for independent verification. He recorded the manner in which he conducted his experiments in precise detail so that others could reproduce and independently test his results.

VATICAN: The Vatican’s new doctrine chief, who is already under fire from entire bishops conferences for his approval of blessings for same-sex couples, is now raising eyebrows over sexually graphic books he has penned. Cardinal Victor Manuel Fernandez says that, back when he wrote “Heal Me With Your Mouth. The Art of Kissing.” (1995) and “The Mystical Passion: Spirituality and Sensuality” (1998), he was just a poor parish priest from the countryside and that critics are taking phrases out of context. It’s hard to judge, since the books were written in Spanish and are now out of print.

GRAMMY NOTES: The hard part for me was not the “always” part, but the “Why doesn’t he heal me?” part. There is a scene in The Chosen (Season 3) where Little John asks Jesus why He has not healed him. What Jesus says is so beautiful, I had to stop the DVD, grab some tissues, and go to prayer in joy and gratitude.

CANADA: There are not enough psychiatrists in Canada to evaluate mentally ill people who wish to die.

MONTANA: A couple in Glasgow, Montana, say the state has removed their 14-year-old daughter from their home because they refuse to support her gender transition. Despite the fact that Montana has laws against transitioning minors, authorities decided that the girl needed to go to a residential care facility. There are six such facilities in the state of Montana, where trans-ing minors is illegal; they decided she should go to one in Wyoming, which allows teens to take hormone treatment without parental consent.

The parents fought and got her moved back to Montana, but they weren’t allowed to visit. Now a judge has issued a warrant for their arrest because they violated his gag order and made their situation public. They are currently living in Ohio while the state tries to transfer custody of the girl to her birth mother in Canada. The woman has had no contact with her daughter in seven years, but she lives in Canada, which has an aggressive, state-funded trans program.

NEW JERSEY: A single dad is suing his daughter’s now-former school district for secretly allowing her to socially transition to male. The girl, whose mother died when she was four, has been in treatment for depression and anxiety since 2022. She has also been diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and borderline personality disorder. Yet some unqualified bozo at the school decided “she” was a “he” and dad should not be notified. After dad accidentally learned of the situation, he pulled her out and is now homeschooling, a move that has been approved by both her therapist and primary.

OKLAHOMA: In 2001, police arrested Murnan for having child pornography on his computer. The charges were dismissed in 2002, because they couldn’t prove he’d obtained the pictures deliberately or that the individuals were minors. Although the incident cost him his teaching job, he somehow managed to become an elementary school principal. When news of his past arrest and the fact that he performs in drag came to light, the community put pressure on the school board to oust him. They said no. But some good people kept up enough pressure that Murnan himself has decided to resign.

OREGON: In June 2022, an Olympia family were forced to go into hiding to protect their 10-year-old daughter “Tia” from her predatory, LGBT activist teacher. By all accounts, district administrators, parents, and students think Ms. A is an exceptional teacher. However, one teacher who worked with her had noted that she had a habit of picking favorite girl students to groom. “She’d constantly be pulling a few girls to the side to talk. She’d put her arms around them a lot. It got to the point where one of the girls started dressing like her and acting like her. It was extremely odd.” Tia became one of those favorites.

At some point, the teacher pressured Tia into adopting a male persona. Tia says she complied, because she didn’t want the teacher to be mad at her. The Olympia School District has an aggressive secrecy rule for personnel and students; staff and students must comply by using the child’s new name and pronouns and also by not telling any outsiders what they’re doing. This confused Tia’s friends so much that they stopped hanging out with her. Tia’s once vibrant art work turned to black and white and the already-quiet girl became even more reserved, wanting to talk only to Ms. A.

When her parents finally learned the secret, they protested, but were treated with disdain and hostility. Ultimately, the parents decided to pull their kids out of the school. Now the teacher is stalking Tia via email with messages like, “Make sure this email is deleted too when we are done” and “I would take you into my own home anytime you need.” Tia says she just wants to go back to being a girl and going to school like normal.

VAXXX: A recent study by the FDA found two safety signals for the Pfizer and Moderna bivalent mRNA COVID-19 gene therapy serums. The incidence rate for anaphylaxis was 74.5 cases per 100,000 person-years following Pfizer vaccination and 109.4 cases per 100,000 person-years following Moderna vaccination. The incidence rate for myocarditis/pericarditis was 131.4 cases per 100,000 person-years after a Pfizer shot.

Although the researchers did nothing to analyze the data for effectiveness, the published study claims the benefits of the ‘rona jab outweigh the risks. The FDA used to be entirely funded by taxpayer money, with a mandate to protect our interests. Now, somewhere between 45% and 75% of its total budget comes from the companies it is supposed to be watch dogging on our behalf.

In addition, while the FDA’s rules prohibit physicians from advising on drug approvals if they have any conflicts of interest, they do not police Big Pharma’s practice of rewarding these physicians under the table, a practice Science has reported is widespread.

BOTTLE FEEDING: [5:57] – For the first 50 years during which babies were bottle fed, infant mortality doubled.

VAXXX: BioNtech was founded in 2010 to develop mRNA therapies. In September of 2019, Bill Gates invested $55 million in BioNTech which had to that point produced absolutely nothing,

The first human cases of COVID-19 occurred in December of 2019 in Wuhan, China, where the virus was being studied at the Wuhan Viral Institute.

Thanks to COVID-19 and the aggressive government/media support for a “vaccine only” solution, BioNTech is worth $46.33 billion, with Gates’ share amounting to about $550 million.

Bill Gates has also donated some $20 million to the BBC which misrepresented the risk of COVID -19 in order to boost public support for lockdown.

Happy “America’s Weirdest Holiday” Day!

ARIZONA: In 1930, Clyde Tombaugh at the Lowell Observatory in Flagstaff, Arizona, discovered Pluto. It was the only planet ever discovered by an American.

In 2006, the International Astronomical Union (IAU) based in Paris, France, downgraded the status of Pluto to that of “dwarf planet.” Before that meeting, there was no agreed upon definition of exactly what a planet was. The IAU came up with a definition designed to exclude America’s Pluto.

On January 17, 2024, Representative Justin Wilmeth, a Republican from Phoenix proposed legislation to make Pluto the State Planet of Arizona. Take that, you snooty Europeans!

CLIMATE: It will probably be more accurate than anything Al Gore says.

JUSTICE: The guys who filmed themselves having gay butt sex in a Senate hearing room are getting off scot free. Meanwhile, there are men and women rotting in jail without trial more than 3 years after Trump supporters were let into the Capitol building.

FLORIDA: In 1967, then-Gov. Claude Kirk signed The Reedy Creek Improvement Act into law , giving Disney the authority and responsibility of a county government within the 25,000 acres of property in Central Florida the entertainment giant wanted to turn into Disney World. The special status was designed to help Disney over the massive hurdles required to build on land that, at the time, was primarily uninhabited pasture and swampland.

After Disney stuck its nose into the state’s efforts to protect minors from LGBT grooming, Gov. DeSantis got Disney’s no-longer-needed privileges rescinded. Disney, which has never had to pay taxes before, responded by suing DeSantis and the secretary of Florida’s Commerce Department. On Wednesday, a federal judge tossed Disney’s suit in the circular file.

LA TIMES: On February 1, 2024, the Los Angeles Times published an opinion piece by entitled, “How throwing soup at the Mona Lisa can help fight climate change.” The author, Shannon Gibson, is an associate professor of environmental studies at USC.

She claims studies show that in-your-face activism combined with absurd legal challenges create a “radical flank effect” that increases awareness of a problem and support for taking moderate action. She notes, “It was effective for both the civil rights and feminist movements, and it is evident in other political movements in the U.S. today.”

Of course, this ignores the very real backlash that’s now occurring because we have seen again and again that these people will never satisfied.

MANSPLAINING: When we were newlyweds, Dearest was astounded to learn that I do not know, at all times, where north is. I am astounded that, after 45 years, he still persists in giving me detailed geographical directions that mean nothing to me.

E.g., Him: “One mile past NYSEG, turn north on to Rte 366.” Me: “You mean turn left at the yellow house.” Him: “What yellow house?” Me: “The one where you turn left.” I swear that house has been right there, painted yellow, for DECADES. He has never noticed it. Me? I never noticed that road is called Rte 366. In my mind, it has always been “the road that goes to my first chiropractor’s office and I think if you stay on it long enough, you might end up in Freeville or Groton, maybe.”

In other mansplaining news, I was recently reminiscing about what a neighbor told me when we first moved here. I asked him where we could rent a steam cleaner for the carpets. He said the Shurfine had them. I asked where that was. He rolled his eyes and told me it was Right Next To The Dry Cleaner. I had to ask for directions. Impatiently, he said slowly, so I wouldn’t miss a thing: “Go to the stop sign. Turn left. Go 1/2 mile. Turn right.” I said, “You mean Clark’s next to the drug store?” He eyerolled and snarked, “Yes!” like I was the stupid one for … I dunno … having moved to town five minutes before?

GRAMMY NOTES: Does anyone know a good Groundhog’s Day joke? I keep hearing the same one over and over.

CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY of AMERICA: The CUA administration has fired the professor who invited pro-abortion and pro-LGBTQ activist to speak to her class. CUA President Peter Kilpatrick stated there was “clear evidence that the content of the class did not align with our mission and identity.”

CLIMATE HOAX: Conveniently for the global reset climate activists, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) found that 2023 was the hottest year on record. There is just one ginormous problem with this conclusion. A hundred years ago, weather stations were located outside of towns, in fields and at agricultural research stations. Very few of these rural stations are still in use. Instead, 90% of NOAA’s temperature monitoring stations are sited in urban heat islands where daytime temperatures are 1–7 degrees Fahrenheit higher and nighttime temperatures 2–5 degrees Fahrenheit higher than in outlying areas.

But to add insult to injury, NOAA has sited almost all of their urban stations less than 100 feet away from spots that area even hotter. Anthony Watts, author of the Heartland Institute study of corrupt climate data (linked below), says, “We found stations located next to the exhaust fans of air conditioning units, surrounded by asphalt parking lots and roads, on blistering-hot rooftops, and near sidewalks and buildings that absorb and radiate heat.

FLORIDA: Transgender Floridians can no longer change the listed gender on their driver licenses. A state memo further says that someone “misrepresenting” their gender, meaning not using their sex assigned at birth, constitutes “criminal and civil” fraud.

GEORGIA: Fani Willis, the DA who has been trying to put Donald Trump behind bars, has been hit with 22 articles of impeachment by the state legislature. Each one of them cites Georgia Code 16-10-1, which states that “any public officer who willfully and intentionally violates the terms of his oath as prescribed by law shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than five years.”

OMG: CLICK https://rumble.com/v4ajuaf-top-white-house-official-tells-okeefe-what-they-cant-say-publicly-about-bid.html [13:09] to hear a top White House cyber official tell James O’Keefe that the White House secretly wants to oust both Biden and Harris, but they don’t think they can get away with ousting Harris as the VP nominee.

Biden is incompetent and Harris is unpopular. Sadly, he said, they concluded they can’t ditch Harris from the ticket. “Like what kind of message are you going to send to like African-American voters…People would be like, ‘What the fuck? Like she’s a woman and she’s multiracial.” He also reveals that Michelle Obama has told them, emphatically, she will never run for office. “I’ve seen all this shit my husband has had to go through and that does not interest me.

But my favoritest part is right at the beginning where he tells O’Keefe, “I’m really good at keeping secrets.” BWAHAHAHA!! Unless … maybe he knew it was O’Keefe and he was told to “spill the beans” so Democrats would know they’re trying to replace Biden without anyone officially actually saying it.

OREGON: In 2020, Oregon decriminalized drug use. Instead of arresting drug users, police officers hand out citations. People can have their fines waived if they contact specific rehabilitation services. In 2019, unintentional opioid overdose deaths totaled 280. In 2023, it was 628.

As a result, the state has declared a fentanyl state of emergency. In Portland, they’re going to try a new approach for the next 90 days. Instead of handing druggies a citation, they’re going to be taken to a medical shelter where they can talk with a shrink and get free room and board.

GRAMMY NOTES: The other day, I told Dearest I was pretty whipped and would he mind if we just had frozen pizza for dinner. He replied, “Whatever you make, I’m there for it.” This may be one reason we are celebrating the 45th anniversary of our first date soon. 🙂

BORDER: A new Rasmussen poll found that 69% of likely U.S. voters support Texas’s efforts to bolster security on the U.S.–Mexico border. Of these, 53% Strongly Support the action. Only 27% of likely U.S. voters oppose Texas’s efforts, including 15% who Strongly Oppose.

DAVOS: [9:37] – “Just the facts.” Mmmm … so far as I know, nobody has ever even challenged, much less disproven Dr. Patrick Moore’s research that shows our use of carbon-based fuels has saved the planet from carbon starvation. The following is from his paper entitled “The Positive Impact of Human CO2 Emissions on the Survival of Life on Earth” which is linked below. [Bolding mine.]

All life is carbon based and the primary source of this carbon is the CO2 in the global atmosphere. • As recently as 18,000 years ago, at the height of the most recent major glaciation, CO2 dipped to its lowest level in recorded history at 180 ppm, low enough to stunt plant growth. This is only 30 ppm above a level that would result in the death of plants due to CO2 starvation.

It is calculated that if the decline in CO2 levels were to continue at the same rate as it has over the past 140 million years, life on Earth would begin to die as soon as two million years from now and would slowly perish almost entirely as carbon continued to be lost to the deep ocean sediments.

The combustion of fossil fuels for energy to power human civilization has reversed the downward trend in CO2 and promises to bring it back to levels that are likely to foster a considerable increase in the growth rate and biomass of plants, including food crops and trees. Human emissions of CO2 have restored a balance to the global carbon cycle, thereby ensuring the long-term continuation of life on Earth.”

If I input ONE divided by ZERO, my calculator responds with “Math Error” – but if I input ZERO divided by ONE, it correctly displays ZERO.” “The fact the teacher felt the need to CC the principal on something pertaining to a third grader’s homework says a lot about the teacher.” “The actual answer to his question is: “Move your son to another school, asap.

VAXXX: A study entitled “Determinants of COVID-19 vaccine-induced myocarditis” was published on January 27, 2024 in Therapeutic Advances in Drug Safety. In it, authors report finding that the number of myocarditis reports in VAERS after COVID-19 vaccination in 2021 was 223 times higher than the average of all vaccines combined for the past 30 years.

Demographic data revealed that myocarditis occurred most in youths (50%) and males (69%). A total of 76% of cases resulted in emergency care and hospitalization. Of the total myocarditis reports, 92 individuals died (3%). Myocarditis was more likely after dose 2 (p < 0.00001) and individuals less than 30 years of age were more likely than individuals older than 30 to acquire myocarditis (p < 0.00001).

Cole Herbals

Before I begin, I want to do a full disclosure: Cole Herbals did not offer me anything to post the following. I’m doing it because (1) I want to commend this company to all y’all, both for its fine products and for its excellent customer service and (2) I want to give y’all a heads up about Amazon’s insidious new relationship with the FDA.

I recently received an offer to receive a gift card if I posted an “honest review” of their hemorrhoid balm at Amazon. I responded: “Thanks, but no. I bought my first and second tins on Amazon; the first was great, but the second was meh. Then, I heard from a friend that Amazon uses Last In, First Out (LIFO) to stock its inventory. If stock gets low, the stuff they send could have been sitting at the back for weeks, months or even years. I bought a third tin directly from you and it works great. I’m guessing the meh tin was a LIFO orphan. So, no. I will only be buying directly from you in the future.”

Linda Langenbacher, Co-Founder & Owner, wrote back the same day.

Hi Chrissy,

I know that about Amazon. That is why we are so very frustrated having to sell on that platform. We take care of our customers. Always either answer the phone or get back to them immediately if they have any complaints or questions.

However, since you DID purchase our product once on Amazon, you can still help us out by giving us a review there. If you do, I will:

1) Send you the money that you spent on the bad product.

2) Send you another product of your choice from our website coleherbals.com

3) Give you $25.00 off on any other products that you would like to purchase from us.

Right now all organic products (not just ours) are under attack by the FDA via Amazon. The more current good reviews that we receive, the more likely we will be able to prove to Amazon that our products DO what we say they do.

All I need is a link to the review and I will do this for you.

A few days later, I wrote back. “Two days ago, I updated my original review @ https://www.amazon.com/review/create-review/edit?ie=UTF8&channel=glance-detail&asin=B073WKHCV3. I was waiting for them to notify me that it had been uploaded to send you the link. I just got back the other 6 reviews I wrote right after yours, but not yours. The original content I posted years ago is still there, but not the update.

The four reviews they accepted were for dish brushes, purse caddies, hinged boxes, and my 2024 day planner. The two they rejected were for an herbal digestive aid and a Boiron homeopathic remedy; I gave both 5 stars. I don’t understand what in the community guidelines I violated; I did talk about what they helped me with, but neither (acid indigestion, cold) is a serious medical condition, which is all that I see mentioned in the guidelines.

And I don’t know why my Cole’s update just didn’t get processed at all. Maybe I hit the wrong button, but I don’t think so, because it sent me to the ‘what else do you want to review?’ page. I’ve been reviewing at Amazon for years; this is the first any have been rejected. I honestly thought my reviews fit the ‘helpful for other consumers’ guideline. Is this part of what you mean by under attack? Do you have any advice about what passes muster under this new regime?

N.b., While I was writing this post, I went to Amazon to take a screenshot of my original 5-star review, which I posted in 2018. It was there as of January 22, 2024. Now it is gone!

Her reply came today. “Yes. What you are experiencing is what we have been experiencing over here. It now seems to be ‘illegal’ to even post reviews that make claims that products work unless they have actually been proven to work by the FDA. I will be giving out a reward to you for your help as soon as I return to my office. Linda

I want to stress again the high quality and effectiveness of Cole Herbals products, provided you order them from Cole Herbals, so you will know they are fresh. I am already using their “Stress Relief Formula” to help with the chronic Restless Legs Syndrome that keeps me awake at night. I am really looking forward to trying something new with my reward, probably “Digestive Support.”

I encourage you to check out Cole’s “Find your remedy” page @ https://coleherbals.com/pages/findyourremedy and also their helpful blogs @ https://coleherbals.com/pages/blogs.

If you do order, be sure to take advantage of their generous first-time discount and, of course, free shipping for orders over $35.
