Sarah Sanders announced during the White House press briefing Tuesday that President Trump would visit Mississippi this weekend. On his trip, Trump will participate in the grand opening of the Mississippi Civil Rights Museum.
Sanders was asked later in the briefing if Trump’s visit to the civil rights museum was a good idea. American Urban Radio reporter April Ryan asked about various members of the NAACP and black ministers who are protesting the visit.
“There are comments from people from the NAACP from black ministers who are planning on protesting and boycotting this weekend for the president’s visit to the Civil Rights Museum. What say you?” Ryan asked.

You Knew It Was Coming

One thing about democrats, they’re nothing if not predictable. Anytime they’re faced with an opponent who isn’t willing to play by their rules the smears start. In the 2008 republican primary Herman Cain found himself leading. Voila! Four women came forward to claim he sexually harassed them. The media ran more than 100 pieces in a 24 hour blitz. He dropped out of the race and the paid whores melted back into the woodwork, never to be heard from again.
One day AFTER the deadline to have a candidate changed on the ballot, Rahm Emanuel revealed that congressman Mark Foley had sent a suggestive e-mail to a young House page. He was never heard from again. They tried it with Gary Bauer, but he was such a minor distraction nobody saw him as being capable of having an affair.
Now comes the sickening part. Judge Roy Moore, a true conservative and a man of God, bested McConnell/RINO/democrat-backed Luther Strange in the primary for the special election to be held December 12. The polls show him with a substantial lead, so out comes a woman who claims he acted indecently toward her 40 YEARS AGO. Nothing had been mentioned in all that time he spent on the bench of the Alabama Supreme Court or during the runup to the primary. The usual suspects raised their worthless voices for him to drop out. You know their names: McConnell, McCain, Graham, Flake, and Murkowski. What remains to be seen is whether the voters in Alabama will be fooled by this obvious hit job. What is certain is that the media will engage in a relentless attack for the next month. It’s what they do.

Far and away the most popular song on every juke box in every watering hole in the nation’s capitol for the last four decades is The Potomac Two-Step, as performed by Little Johnny McCain and the RINOS.

Here’s how it goes:

Time to get elected, step to the right, put your hands in the air and “who you gonna call?”
Time to head back to DC, turn yourself around
Grab your favorite democrat by the hand and dough-see-dough.
Ain’t nobody cuttin’ in, it’s our party and we’ll lie if we want to.

The GOP elite have entrenched themselves firmly in the deep pockets of the big money interests who grease the wheels of corruption that propel Washington. They’ve made it painfully clear that they will give Trump no help, as he is an outsider. The normal procedure for both parties on any important legislation is to come up just short of the votes to move anything. That way they can go back to their home districts or states and proclaim they fought for it, but, darn it, the votes just weren’t there. We need more people, so we can act like we’re gonna change anything.

Only democrats do that, and it took billions in bribes to get Obamacare shoved through. Now that it is law, it’s become painfully obvious that republicans lack the will to repeal it. They think you can get rid of the mandates and the government interference while keeping the perqs, like children insured until age 26 and covering pre-existing conditions, the costliest parts of this disaster. Obama knew, like a drug dealer, give them the free stuff up front. Then, like boiling a frog, turn up the heat without it noticing until it dies.

Face it, Republicans Have No Intention of Repealing Obamacare

What’s happening with Obamacare repeal, you ask? That is a fantastic question. But at this point, it’s quite clear that Republicans who campaigned on repealing the ACA have zero intention of doing so now that the opportunity has presented itself.

Seven Republican Senators voted against a so-called “clean repeal” bill Wednesday. Sens McCain, Murkowski, Capito, Lamar Alexander, Collins, Portman, and Heller are responsible for tanking the latest repeal effort. The bill offered no replacement but promised to delay full repeal, giving lawmakers time to figure out the rest.

Co-host Mika Brzezinski is a feminist who lectures other women on the need to show firmness in a man’s world. Yet she spends most of the show acting like a prim, entitled Victorian-era dingbat on a fainting couch. She grips her chair for balance while she makes faux-terrified faces, then turns to “Joe” for guidance on how to address this or that Trump “outrage.” “Joe” is the vainglorious former Congressman Joe Scarborough. The two are engaged, but one suspects the relationship won’t last Trump’s two terms.
Scarborough resembles a beady-eyed frat boy whom one can more easily imagine bellowing over a keg than cracking open a serious book. Yet he casts himself as Trump’s moral and intellectual better. Trump, you see, lacks Joe’s “substance.”

There was a massive rally in DC today to stop the Iran Deal. Noted conservatives Mark Levin, Ted Cruz, Phil Robertson, Sarah Palin, and The Donald, whose party is unclear. There were thousands of pissed-off patriots in attendance, although the news outlets will put it at “hundreds” or a “sizable’ crowd. In the end, it will make little difference since we are largely ignored by the DC gasbags who want our money and votes but not our voices. They’d just as soon we sat down and shut up.
