Legally, an unborn baby is merely the property of the woman who owns the womb it is in. Just as a a pet owner can legally have an animal put down … just as a slave owner could legally kill a slave … so too can a woman legally hire someone to kill her unborn child.

It is also legal to donate tissue for research.  This is what the abortion industry claims it has been doing, but the CMP videos reveal their lie in two ways:

One, abortion and tissue research executives are knowingly violating at least two federal laws and working at keeping that a secret. It is illegal for anyone to sell human tissue and it is illegal for a medical practitioner to change a medical procedure without the donor’s permission. That constitutes a criminal conspiracy.

Two, abortion is the willful destruction of innocent human life.  The videos reveal that even the tiniest aborted fetuses are human and therefore should not to be treated like property. The videos also reveal that the abortion business brutalizes not just the bodies of the unborn, but also the souls of their mothers and of every doctor, nurse, and technician involved.

JUDICIAL BIAS: It doesn’t get much more blatant than this

Liberal Reasoning - gay cake vs abortion videos

Friday afternoon, July 31, 2015: Just hours after the National Abortion Federation requested an injunction against the release of a Center for Medical Progress (CMP) undercover video, Judge William H. Orrick, III, granted it.

Judge Orrick was nominated to his position by hardline abortion supporter President Barack Obama. He was also a major donor ($30,000) to and bundler ($200,000) for President Obama’s presidential campaign.

CMP responded to the injunction:

The Center for Medical Progress follows all applicable laws in the course of our investigative journalism work. The National Abortion Federation is a criminal organization that has spent years conspiring with Planned Parenthood on how to violate federal laws on partial-birth abortion and fetal tissue sales. The Center for Medical Progress will contest any attempts to suppress our First Amendment rights to free speech or silence the freedom of the citizen press.

I’m sure CMP knew this would happen and planned their legal defense well in advance. The other organization that has sought an injunction against CMP is called StemExpress.

Bush had strong objections to funding fetal stem cell research, but when Obama took office, he overturned that. His claim at the time was that researchers weren’t using freshly dead, unborn babies, but merely the fetal cells from 8 or so long-dead babies whose cells were being grown in labs.

Let me think what kind of research a company called StemExpress is using freshly dead baby bits for … coughcough.

Obama’s official position on the fetal harvesting scandal

In the fourth video, a Planned Parenthood VP says their clinics need to “have their stories straight” because she “doesn’t want to get called on selling fetal parts across states.” She also says, as have PP execs in previous videos, that abortion procedures are changed to preserve specimens for sale. Later, she laughs and jokes while dissecting a newly dead baby. You can hear the sound of the skull being cracked open as she explains that Planned Parenthood prefers to sell baby body parts individually because it’s more lucrative.

Surprising support from the other side of the aisle

Camille Paglia is an atheist, a Democrat, a professor and a social critic. You’d think you could predict her reaction here, but you’d be wrong.

“But here’s my point,” she concluded. “It is everyone’s obligation, whatever your political views, to look at both liberal and conservative news sources every single day. You need a full range of viewpoints to understand what is going on in the world.

Paglia also expressed her love for The Drudge Report and her deep respect for religion.

“All the great world religions contain a complex system of beliefs regarding the nature of the universe and human life that is far more profound than anything that liberalism has produced.  … I find it completely hypocritical for people in academe or the media to demand understanding of Muslim beliefs and yet be so derisive and dismissive of the devout Christian beliefs of Southern conservatives.”

MEDIA FAIL: Baby parts? What baby parts?

Planned Parenthood has hired a Democratic PR megafirm to handle its undercover video nightmare. I’m totes confident that not one penny of taxpayer money is going to pay said PR firm. (ha ha)

Given how pro-abortion the Left Stream Media is, one has to wonder how much actual bullying has been required.

BuzzFeed, Huffington Post, and Vox all specialize in reporting on anything that’s trending in social media. “Babies R Us” is definitely trending, yet none of the three has published a single story on the subject.

CMP releases fourth video

Planned Parenthood VP Says Fetuses May Come Out Intact, Agrees Payments Specific to the Specimen

Planned Parenthood has claimed the fees they’ve been filmed dickering over are merely to cover their costs and thus fall within the bounds of the law.

If that were true, there would be a flat fee based on their, you know, COSTS.  There is no reason to haggle over the value of the time and materials it takes to package, ship and do paperwork.  Those costs are what they are.  A flat fee schedule would suffice.

Bishop James Conley (Lincoln, Nebraska) reminds us of our responsibility to pray for abortion workers. “Behind every depravity there is a soul, in danger of being lost forever.”

July 29, 2015: The California Superior Court issued a very narrow and temporary restraining order preventing the release of a specific part of one specific undercover video. David Daleiden, the lead researcher with CMP, said it was a very good day in court for them and that the complaints filed are groundless.

“The recordings in California complied with the California law,” he said. “The California law only applies to ‘confidential communications’ and does not include conversations held in public that anyone can overhear. There is significant case law on this point as well.”
