Defund Obamacare!

IF the government gets shut down over this, it will be because OBAMA and REID force it. The majority in the House voted to fund all government activities EXCEPT OBAMACARE. The Senate was NOT ALLOWED TO VOTE because DEMOCRAT MAJORITY LEADER SENATOR HARRY REID would not PERMIT IT. When Obama says Republicans want to shut down government, he’s LYING.

So maybe BHO had a nervous breakdown

September 20, 2013: According to the National Report, two reliable confidential informants inside the White House have reported that Obama suffered a mental breakdown and is presently resting and under a doctors care. From the report:

  • This afternoon the National Report received three calls on our nationwide hot tip line (206) 222-1975. Two of the three callers are insiders known to the National Report to be reliable confidential informants. Both confirmed this week has been a political disaster for the president and this has taken a tremendous toll on him.
  • Earlier this week Russian President Vladimir Putin derailed the president’s plan to bomb Syria and bury the U.S. in another war, causing Obama a great deal of shame and public embarrassment.
  • Before Putin resolved the Syrian crisis, he granted political asylum to Edward Snowden, the man who exposed that the NSA is secretly spying on all US citizens with Obama’s approval.

I can believe Obama’s had a nervous breakdown. His thin skin, bad temper and atrocious leadership virtually guaranteed he would at some point or other.

But I am skeptical of this particular source for two reasons:

One, the author got something totally wrong that is very easy to check: “Today’s Gallup poll results have Obama’s approval rating dropped to the lowest in presidential history.”

Obama’s lowest approval at GALLUP was 40% in August 2011. His lowest this month was 44%. The four lowest presidential lows since GALLUP has been tracking this statistic have been GWH Bush 32%, GW Bush 31%, Nixon 25%, Truman 22%.

Two, the ads on the sidebar are of the “I was kidnapped by aliens and gave birth to Satan’s spawn” variety.

Not that absurd grocery store check out tabloids don’t get some stuff right. I think it was The Globe that reported, correctly, that John Edwards had a baby with his mistress while his wife was dying of cancer.

But it puts such a bad taste in my mouth to trust any blog that posts what’s in the sidebar next to the Obama breakdown story: “Twins separated at birth marry and give birth to grotesque incest child.”

Um, hate to break it to ya, but conjoined twins are always IDENTICAL twins. As in two boys or two girls. As in they can’t have a baby together. Sheesh. And the photo looks like something Picasso dreamed up while on LSD, which is worse than getting the Oompa Loompa song stuck in my head.

I need eye bleach.

Think of the children, for goodness sake

Christianity has done more for science than atheism ever could By Matt Walsh

The new Common Core “Next Generation” science standards … call for a renewed emphasis on man-caused climate change and, of course, evolution. Evolution — atheistic, nihilistic, materialistic, mindless evolution — must be taught as fact, without other ideas presented to compete with the theory.

Too often Christians cede “science” to the atheist and shrink away from his challenges, backing off in defeat while muttering something about “faith” and “belief.” “Well, you might have your fancy science books, but I’ve got faith.”

Yes, faith and belief are important, but you, my Christian compatriot, are standing on the Mountain of Truth. You have the high ground. YOU have the facts and the science on your side.

Your faith does NOT conflict with science. Christianity built this civilization; your Christian ancestors are the pioneers behind the greatest advancements in many fields of study.

You’d be hard pressed to find a single bit of modern scientific knowledge that wasn’t discovered, or heavily influenced by, the work of devout Christians.

Our understanding of the universe deepened so profoundly during the Christian era because of the Christian tradition that brought a sense of order and rationality to the universe.

Really, we must get atheism away from education before we all end up like the modern atheist’s greatest prophet, Nietchsze, who died insane and naked, eating his own feces in a mental institution. This is not the sort of fate we should wish upon our children.

Americans OPPOSE post-20 week abortion 2 to 1

New Poll: Do you support or oppose banning abortions after 20-weeks of pregnancy?

59% SUPPORT vs. 30% OPPOSE

This poll was commissioned by the liberal Huffington Post.

The Face of the Aborted

Planned Parenthood president Cecile Richards and her pro-abortion friends took to Capitol Hill today to rally for keeping abortions legal right up to the day of birth. Sen. Al Franken of Minnesota and Rep Rosa DeLauro of Connecticut joined them. According to Richards, “It is very rare for a woman to need to terminate a pregnancy after 20 weeks.” It is definitely less common than before 20 weeks, but at more than 1 per day in Texas alone, I wouldn’t call that exactly “rare.” Would you? Richards also refused to respond when asked if it was wrong to kill a post-20-week fetus who was healthy. The Pro-Aborts try to make out like these late termers are only for severe medical problems, but the Pro-Life movement knows it is also done for absurdly casual and frivolous reasons.

2012_08 08 I don't want no more girls

900 families asked for the chance to adopt a baby with Down Syndrome whose life was at risk of abortion. Pro-Abortion writer sneered at this, calling it “coercion” of the birth mother to carry a “nonviable fetus” who would lead a “terrible life” to term. According to her, “anti-abortion folks care more about fetuses with fairytale narratives than actual babies.” Yeah, right. This would be why they were all begging for the right to ADOPT this child. For LIFE. Sheesh.

Majority of Americans are Pro-Life

TWO recent polls demonstrate that the MAJORITY of AMERICANS believe the UNBORN have a RIGHT to LIFE.

MAY 2013

2013_05 GALLUP Abortion poll

MARCH 2013

53%* of Americans are Pro-Life:

  • Abortion should be prohibited in all circumstances: 11%
  • Abortion should be legal only to save the life of the mother: 14%
  • Abortion should be legal only to save the life of the mother, or in cases of rape or incest: 28%
  • NOTE: Only one to three percent of all abortions in the U.S. are for life, rape, incest.

30%* of Americans are Pro-Choice:

  • Abortion should be legal for any reason but not after the first three months of pregnancy: 20%
  • Abortion should be legal for any reason but not after the first 6 months of pregnancy: 10%
  • NOTE: The large body of scientific and medical research indicates that by at least 20 weeks, unborn children are capable of feeling the excruciating pain of abortion. Once this fact is explained to them, a significant number of Pro-Choice Americans choose to support the Pain-Capable Unborn Protection Acts that seek to outlaw these “torture until death” procedures. According to the CDC, approximately 1.27 babies are tortured to death per day in Texas alone, a state that is widely considered to be largely Pro-Life.

12%* of Americans are Pro-Abortion:

  • Abortion should be legal for any reason at any time during a woman’s pregnancy: 12%
  • NOTE: The official Democrat Party Platform on abortion not only takes this extremist, minority opinion, but goes even further to demand that all Americans PAY for abortions, regardless of their religious beliefs or conscience objections.

*National Poll of All Americans conducted by the Polling Company February 28-March 3, 2013 with 1,000 respondents and a 3.1% margin of error.

Obama vs Bush Approvals

Remember how Obama ran as the “Not Bush” candidate and how he got the Nobel Peace Prize after 11 whole days sitting in the Oval Office being Not Bush and how Obama et al. are STILL blaming Bush for everything anybody doesn’t like?

Given all that … I just think the latest GALLUP polls for the two are too funny!
