CNN’s Don Lemon makes sense and gets hate for it

Bill O’Reilly enraged many with his “Talking Points Memo” criticism of black culture in America. One surprising ally was CNN’s Don Lemon who approved of O’Reilly’s critique, and even said that he didn’t go far enough.

I do have one quibble with his ending shot at Republicans.

Supposedly, the only time we talk about black on black violence is when we want to use it to slam Democrats. Um … no. We talk about it, but the Left doesn’t listen. And how well did it work out for you when you talked about it, hmm, Don? You got a lot of backlash, didn’t you.

Well, pal, we get blamed for every damned thing that is wrong with everything in this country … in the world, for crying out loud. Whether we TALK about things or DON’T talk about them, we get blamed. We’re racists and haters and homophobes just because we checked R on our voter registration.

So tell me this, Mr. CNN Host … when was the last time you defended George W. Bush? Are you even aware that he SAVED MORE BLACK LIVES than any Democrat ever with his African AIDS program?

Get the PLANK out of your own eye before you presume to identify some phantom splinter you think you see in mine.

What Do George Zimmerman and Roderick Scott Have in Common?

When I saw the headline above, I could only wonder … who is Roderick Scott? Here’s the story:

In 2009, a man was asleep on his couch when he heard noises outside. He grabbed his gun, told his girlfriend to call 911, then went outside. Once there, he confronted three youths who were attempting to break into a neighbor’s vehicle.

His desire was to merely detain the three. He specifically stated it was not his intent to shoot anyone. As he approached the three, he could see that the dome light of the vehicle was on and at least one person was inside rummaging around.

From that point, things start to ramp up. “At that point, Scott testified he pulled his handgun out of the holster, and chambered a round. ‘I wanted to protect myself and I intended to,’ Scott said.” As he approached one individual, that individual began walking away. There were two still left looking through things on the inside of the vehicle.

At this point, Scott said he took the “shooter’s stance” because he said he did not know what he was up against and did not know if any of the individuals were armed.

“He told the individuals to stop, that his girlfriend had called 911, and that he had a gun. The individuals stopped, and a few seconds passed. Scott says the teens were talking, then one of them ran around the front of the truck. The other ran down the driveway toward him, screaming. Scott warned him he had a gun, then shot him.”

The shooter – Roderick Scott – was immediately arrested and charged with murder. A citizen’s grand jury recommended the lighter charge of manslaughter, which was what the prosecution went with for Scott. There was a trial and Scott was acquitted of all charges.

Cervini was an honor student who had never been in trouble or arrested for anything and whose father described as gentle. Cervini had also not laid a hand on Scott, had not even come in contact with Scott when he was gunned down.

Clearly, George Zimmerman was much more careful of Trayvon Martin’s life than Roderick Scott had been of Chris Cervini’s, yet they were both acquitted for defending themselves and only Zimmerman has been demonized … no doubt because “racial tension” goes only one way in this country and, in the Roderick case, the shooter was black and the victim was white.

Remember ANY racial tension or media brouhaha about the Roderick Scott case back in 2009?

Remember ANY Neo-Nazi Race-Baiting White Supremacists being praised by President Obama, appearing on television shows with friendly hosts, or having meetings with top Race-Baiting White Government Leaders and Justice and Liberty Loving White Hollywood Celebrities back in 2009?

Remember ANY Persons of Pallor holding vigils to honor White Martyr Chris or wearing shirts with Scott’s face and a target on them back in 2009?

Remember ANY Persons of Pallor marching, rioting, looting, setting fires or randomly attacking black people in the streets back in 2009?

Me neither.

Best lines: “They didn’t have enough evidence to charge him.” He “feels bad” that the trial gave “every white person and black person who is racist the platform to vent their ignorance.” He also called out the media for not having a “pure heart” when it comes to race. “Racism is wrong in any, shape or form,” Barkley said. “A lot of black people are racist too. I think sometimes when people talk about racism, they say only white people are racist, but I think black people are too. I don’t think the media has clean hands.”

Yesterday, CNN host Piers Morgan debated black conservative talk radio host Larry Elder about race in America. Elder spoke hard truths, which triggered a vitriolic Twitter attack.

One of the most common slurs thrown at Elder was “house nigger.” I’ve been thinking about this “house nigger” thing lately.

As I understand it, the house slaves got goodies from their owners by supporting them in their oppression of the field slaves. Given the massive damage that leftist policies have wrought on black America, it seems to me that blacks who support these policies are the true “house niggers”, not the conservative blacks like Elder who see and speak the truth.

The election, and even the re-election, of a black man as president, in a country that is 87 percent non-black — a first in human history — has had no impact on what are called “racial tensions.”

I put quotation marks around the term “racial tensions” because the term is a falsehood … a lie perpetrated by the left. A superb example is when the New York Times described the 1991 black anti-Semitic riots in Crown Heights, Brooklyn as “racial tensions.”

For those who do not recall, or who only read, viewed or listened to mainstream media reports, what happened was that mobs of blacks attacked Jews for three days after a black boy was accidentally hit and killed by a car driven by a Chasidic Jew.

Blacks stabbed a Jewish student to death, injured other Jews, and screamed, “Heil Hitler!” and “Death to the Jews!” while carrying signs with messages such as “Hitler didn’t finish the job.”

And how did the New York Times report the most serious anti-Semitic incident in American history?

As racial tensions.

Both sides equally at fault.

Once one understands that “racial tensions” is a euphemism for a black animosity toward whites and a left-wing construct, one begins to understand why the election of a black president has had no impact on most blacks or on the left.

I think there is another, deeper question to be answered which is WHY the anger?

Everybody in the world has stuff to be pissed about. Why does black leadership, the most egregious being allegedly religious leadership, focus not on helping people deal with their angers in constructive ways but rather vent it on the convenient and numerous “white”?

Isn’t that exactly what Hitler did? Germans were frustrated with their post-World War I lot in life, but rather than call them to buck up and change things for the better, Hitler gave them a simpler, more evil message. Blame Jews.

I see this in Obama’s narrative. He has a LOT of baggage, most of which is about crappy parents, but rather than deal with those issues, he just dumped it all into a bag of racial resentment and called himself a black man. And then, filled with this seething “racial tension”, he pretended to be the answer to “racial tension” in this country.

More kids need to die RIIIIGHT
